Always available when I need help and my two computers are always clean and up-to-date. Is there anything more that one wants from a tech service company? I have been a client for several years and intend to continue the relationship.

I am not that great on fixing problems with my computer, but I know CyberSecure is always there to help me. I would be lost without them.

I just wanted to thank John Evans who came out to my house as I work remotely from home. It was a Monday which is very busy in the Medical Field and I had no internet connection. I was in tears as he came to my door. He calmed me down and was able to get me up and working from a hot spot. I also had some problems the next morning and he walked me through them over the phone as I woke him from sleeping. I am so glad that John was the tech who came to my door. John is a very caring, intelligent and compassionate man!
