After spending 3 hours reconnecting wired system, I still did not have a working alarm. Technician took a 12V plug from communicator stating I would NOT need it since it would go connected to main alarm box. After doing so I burnt the communicator board and had to purchase another 4G and plug to connect separately. Have serious concern regarding level of knowledge and will not use again.

Fantastic customer service and installation ...beyond my expectations. Cleaned up after the job and Even returned later the same day to install the correct cable box, once I’d picked it up from Comcast.
