Not only was his rate the lowest, he helped answer all of our questions, and even helped us get a great jewelry policy to cover our new wedding rings (that the rental insurance wouldnt have covered).Beau was very personable and professional and yet talking to him on the phone was like talking to a longtime friend. It was really important to my husband and I to have an agent that we would be able to contact in the future who would be available and eager to meet our needs. And I could definitely tell just from communicating with him through phone calls and emails that Beau was our guy. Was having issues with my policy and beau did not want to explain the problem over the phone and said he didn’t want to get mixed up with things. The next day I show up at the office and he gives me a short explanation of the issue, after asking him for help on the matter he then says “ I don’t care, I didn’t want to go over it with you on the phone and I didn’t even want to go over it with you now. I just don’t care”. It seems his goal is not to help out customers and he even said to me me that I should find insurance with another company.

We hired Beau when we moved states and he had great reviews. I had an issue with my credit union that messed up our van refinance charging us for supplemental insurance when we had coverage already. We asked the bank to fix it like 10 times over a year. Beau stepped in and was all over it making sure they found the problem and proactively followed up until it was resolved. Nobody else did this and it wasnt even his issue. Super impressed. Sometimes people have good reviews then you hire them and it isnt a good experience, not the case here. Beau had great reviews and actually exceeded my expectations. I love when you find amazing people. Highly recommend!

He responds to e-mails promptly, if you prefer e-mailing over calling (which I do). Despite the (probably) hundreds of clients, and the fact that I almost never have to contact him, he still always remembers specifics about me, my family, and my situation. I never have to re-explain anything I tell him. He knows exactly what products State Farm offers and how best they can apply to me. Beau is very clear with all explanations and ensures understanding of anything he covers with you. And most importantly, when it comes to insurance, you need a great claims experience. State Farm brings you that (Ive had to go through 3 claims with them), and Beau Murray makes sure you have the right coverage so you can be sure youre taken care of in the event of a loss. Beau has been my agent for over 5 years now! Anytime I have a question he is right on it. His office staff is helpful and friendly as well. A couple of years back my primary residence was improperly included into a FEMA flood zone. My premiums would have skyrocketed, but Beau made the necessary calls to get it fixed with FEMA. And I know trying to get in contact with the right person with FEMA was difficult.
