Literally the worst insurance company Ive ever been with. Ive tried to set up auto pay for my account on mutlible occasions. Both times Ive been assured everything is set up. Neither time it was. I was as clear as possible about my needs and they were ignored. Im not sure they even listened to me in the first place. Unattentive and unprofessional. Avoid this company like covid!

Over priced, they take advantage of people. If you have a rebuilt title (not a lot of insurance companys will cover a salvage vehicle) they charge you the price of full coverage and its only limited liability. Their staff... Too many times I got rude behavior. And just over the phone.

Today I asked if my son of 4 years of age could use the bathroom in the store because the store we were shopping in didn’t have one. He was about to wet all over himself. The woman at the counter said no he can’t use the bathroom! Like really!? He’s literally about to wet himself. Like really where’s your compassion? It’s Thursday the 3rd of September 11:50 am.

Ive had insurance with them for two months now each month they botch up something. I work hard for my paycheck I really dont mind paying my bills. But I want anyone I do business with do put in the same energy I put in to do the job I payed them for. I am unsatisfied with Can-Do insurance. They have lost me as a customer I will pay more to get more Im switching

Whoever answers the phones in the nampa office just likes to put you on hold without asking if you can hold or tell you. Doesn’t say an estimated time frame for the hold.Called three times within two weeks and was quoted three different amounts.Notes weren’t ever left about the quotes given.Seems like a lot of unorganized procedures and lack of customer service.

PS just got a call from the owner bob and was trying to explain to him what happened when he got a phone call from Brett and decided to call me amanda cut me off while I was speaking and then got on the phone with him and said I have to take this phone call all call you back in 2-4 minutes very very unprofessional and rude coming from the owner of the business wont be going here again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a insurance company.After about 20 days of getting a policy , I got a postcard in the mail stating my policy was going to be cancelled if not paid and the amount didnt add up to what i had paid for. So i spoke to a agent and stated that the declaration needed to be sent to kemper so i emailed it and was told that it would be faxed in and that everything was settled,So then 2 days before my payment is due I got onto the qikpay to make my payment and my policy has been cancelled since the day it was settled,so ive been driving around with no insurance for more than a week with no knowledge of it and then to make matters worse i call in and they still cant help me since the agent that was suppose to have helped me before was not in ..wow !!! Seems to me they are unorganized and very unprofessional..

I asked for a quotes for due to this insurance company and it felt like I was being drilled as like I would give it some kind of a crime or something because she kept asking me he certainly little questions so I went back to my old insurance company which I didnt want you Geico but when you leave a person on the line line for 20 minutes and not get back to him yeah you hang up so yeah I recommend that you do not get insurance for from these people they got a one-star and I didnt want to give him a one-star but I had to
