I have a rental policy through state farm that is very reasonable. Every time Ive interacted with anyone in this office, the customer service has been exceptional.

For years I’ve been a customer with State Farm with this branch. Rebecca has been the primary person I talk to and if it wasn’t for her and how she treats customers with the utmost professional and friendly attitude to make sure all your problems are handled I would have moved to another company by now.The rates are fair and they will help you to get the price as low as possible within reason if you ask. Rebecca is a magic worker with everything and delivers swift answers and not once has failed to call back when she says she needs to. You will always get an answer from them. Both Sandy and Daniel are wonderful agents and will assist you so please don’t hesitate to look in to this branch if you are looking for a quote or insurance.

The team here has been fantastic with sorting out different issues what have come up. Including removing old vehicles from policies, and making my windshield replacement SUPER easy.

Before State Farm I did not know the importance of life insurance. They took the time to explain all the different kinds of policies. When it came to choosing my life insurance policy, I had a complete knowledge of what I was getting and why it was important. Love their dedication to their clients. I would recommend them 100%!

Dave took the time to carefully explain my need for a reliable insurance company way back when I was in college. He has been my agent ever since. Great agent. Great team. Great company. He was such a good agent I married him years later... :D

I have been with State Farm since I started driving at 15. Ive always been impressed with the service State Farm provides. We have 3 vehicles with full coverage, life insurance, renters insurance and a PLUP! All for a great price! My agent clearly explained all my benefits and now I actually understand insurance better! I have such peace knowing my family is covered! My son recently dinged another cars door. The helpful staff took care of everything. I have had my homeowners insurance with Dave Bollinger for the last 18 years. I had a water issue during that time that caused some damage to a wall. State Farm arranged to have it repaired, it was done quickly and looked great afterwards. I have two cars insured with Dave and life insurance for my wife and myself. We have been very happy with the service we have received through the years and will continue to do business with his office.

Was my insurance for almost 20 years friendly staff but deoped me after a big accident. Claim we thru without issues just wish this company would have a human side to it not Davids not at fault for statefarms cold way of treating a loyal 20 year customer. I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. I am 51 now. My truck was hit in my driveway, I was not even in the car. I have paid for full coverage on this truck since 2000. I had my truck repaired, and had to go back 3 times, and it is still not right. I talked to Jackie in the Nampa office, she told me to go back to Them after going back 3 times. She didnt understand. I will not take my truck back there ever. She said there will be someone calling me from the bodyshop, then she said why dont you call them back?? I am going to go back to my old State Farm in Twin Falls just to get away from all this CRAP, and be treated the way I should.
