I’ve tried 3 classes that are called “Warrior fit” so far which are bootcamp style classes. They seem to change it up every class which I really like. Workouts consist of warmups, body weight exercises, lifting weights with some kickboxing and other cardio workouts . The coaches are very high energy and nice. I would recommend this facility. It’s fun yet challenging.

Best gym ever!! My entire family and I go there for experienced Krav training, infared hot yoga and strength training. Soon to come well have indoor spinning as well. Super excited about it!Love love love this place!! You will not be disappointed. Owners make this place what it is 1000%!

I have found the BEST place to workout! All the instructors here are AMAZING! They are patient and care for each & everyone of their students! I feel lucky to have found them!My whole family is hooked!! We all look forward to the next class! Ive never been able to say I look forward to my next workout. Very family oriented gym. Excellent , patient and funny instructor. Highly recommend for kids, soccer moms and even professionals that need some real life effective self defense! Clean place, clean bathrooms and reasonable prices with no contracts

Awesome place to train. Great equipment, great instructors, fun and engaging curriculum with focus on proper techniques and maximizing power sent to potential attackers. My kicks and punches have improved beyond my 2-1/2 yr training in Taekwondo coming in. Morning classes are filled with adults which is a plus when you want real life scenarios. If you want to up your game this is the place for you.

SoCal Krav Maga motivates me to strive to be better with my health and also to strive to be better in other areas of my life outside of the studio. The instructors truly care wholeheartedly for everyone who comes to take class and you can tell they really want people to learn the techniques and feel welcome! They have a wonderful kids program and great family atmosphere! I highly recommend!

SoCal Krav Maga is lead by an extremely professional man who truly cares about his students. Keith (The instructor)not only works out his students, but motivates them to always do better. SoCal Krav is an extremely fun place to be, but also with a serious knowledge for training. If you want to learn from the best than this is your place to be. Ive lost 21 pounds going here for less than 2 months. SoCal Krav Maga also has classes for the youth (ages 12 to 6) and little children. (ages 4 to 5) SoCal Krav Maga is the real deal except no imitations.

My husband and I LOVE training at SoCal Krav Maga! We really enjoy the family oriented atmosphere that surrounds the training center. What I love most is having the confidence of being able to defend myself if I need to and that is all thanks to Mr. Keith and Mrs. E.

Mr Keith and Erenie are awesome, my daughter transfer from Beach cities location about 2 months ago, she love it!I was a little concerned that she might change her interest in this practice with the relocation, but turns out that she loves it even more. Mr Keith is very knowledgeable and experienced, yet he manages to keep his class fun for the kids. I love that he also give some life advice to the students. Im just a mom observing, but boy I have so much fun in every class.Highly recommended 😃
