This is a dope gym! Can be alittle much at first because there are some Really big guys that work out there but once you get comfortable here it’s awesome and motivating gym. All you people running your mouths about this gym snitching on other gyms stop hating and realize it’s the government not metroflex. You should be blaming gaven newsome! Not Ryan.

I have been training at Metroflex Gym Murrieta for almost two years. Whether you’re a hardcore competitive athlete or somebody wanting to get in shape, this gym will get you results. Wide variety of high quality machines and equipment as well as amazing trainers. There is also a supplement shop inside as well. The atmosphere alone is enough to help you push past your limits. Not to mention the members and staff are amazing and are always willing to help you out and give you pointers. With that being said, this is not your average commercial gym. The music is loud, weights are clangin’ and bangin and chalk and ammonia are more than welcome. Ryan, the owner, also takes great pride in keeping his gym and equipment clean and organized so if you decide to become a member of Metroflex Gym Murrieta, please follow the number one rule: RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was a huge fan of this place and then they ripped me off charging my card multiple times and on multiple accounts under my name. I talked with the owner and the manager and still nothing was done. Seems like if they get your money that’s all that matters to them. I thought they were pro Military but I guess not on how they treated me a Veteran with over 20 years in the Marine Corps.

I FINALLY joined Metroflex Murrieta, after about three years of following them from when they started building it out. I have found my new gym home! I get to workout intensely without any weird looks because pretty much everyone in there is working on being the better version of themselves every day! I have felt welcomed since day one, and at the end of my work day, Im always excited to complete my day with some smiles and heavy weights! Thank you Metroflex!!!!!

Was a little intimidated to start group training at Metroflex, but Ryon and the staff were so welcoming and made it such a positive experience! I absolutely love Ryons boot camp as well as my one on one training and would absolutely recommend him for anyone.Its been 9 years since I left the military and was serious about working out, so its an amazing feeling for me to have found a gym and trainer that keep me coming back!

Ive been coming to Metroflex Murrieta since before they opened and the moment I walked into this place the environment was exactly what I needed. Staff is excellent, trainers are here to help whether youre one of their clients or not. Equipment is great indoor and outdoor Metroflex has everything you need! Ryan the owner is always making sure his quest are good he will talk to you about new things coming and about things that may need a change all in all great guy and amazing gym! 100 percent recommend it.

I joined the gym today and will honestly say it was a great “raw” style gym... real metal weights and everything you need to achieve awesome results . The gal at the front “ susan” was so nice and welcoming to a new member ... the gym had sanitizers and equipment sprays everywhere all full ! Its a working out gym no judgement just lots of sweating ... and I love the back open “air yard” ...( prison yard) lol .. super cool to do walking lunges and be outside .. flip some tires ...!!

I just absolutely love this place! I drive 15-20 minutes out of my way, past several other gyms, to go to this gym. I had been looking for a bodybuilding gym in the area for a while. I was very excited when I heard about Metroflex. I feel like Im constantly learning new stuff from the other members and theres a lot of equipment available that isnt available at other gyms. The option to workout outdoors in the yard area, perfect place to be on a beautiful summer evening!

During our trip to Cali we trained at golds Venice, zoo culture, 24 hour fitness, and a few more and I am more than happy to say this is the best gym that we trained at by far! The gym setup, the owner and staff, the clean but hardcore feel, the music and athletes that were there.. nothing beats it. Really will miss training at this gym until next time! (Live in NY). This is by far a fitness/bodybuilding MECCA!!! 💯💪

I dont usually write reviews, but have to after reading some of the negative reviews. Yes, it can be intimidating to come to this gym with members that are so buff and fit, but it is amazing. I have never had a negative experience and I do not have the physique of their clients. The support and the trainers are amazing. I knew after touring a few gyms that this was the one for me after seeing all the weight equipment. This is the place to be if you want to be the best you can be! I find everyone to be very friendly, encouraging, and supporting. I have never met the owner, but I talked to him on the phone and he was very encouraging that it is a gym for everybody.

My boyfriend (Ryon) recently started training at Metroflex in Murrieta. He offers one on one training, boot camps, small group training and holistic lifestyle coaching. “The yard” at Metroflex is the perfect location to hold boot camps. I enjoy being outside while working out and the atmosphere at Metroflex keeps me moving and motivated to push through a brutal work out. I only jumped into fitness 2 1/2 years ago and at that time I was always nervous to go into new gyms. I often still get that feeling but after training at Metroflex I do not feel intimidated at all. The gym is extremely clean and the music is enough to keep you moving. I would highly recommend this gym to someone that is extremely knowledgable in health and fitness or to someone that is new to working out.

Ive been out in this area for about a year, and this is hands down the best gym around. Theres a good variety of people who go here, from people just starting out to competitors. Well worth the price, and being 24/7 is perfect when you work ridiculous hours. Ive got friends who drive up from Camp Pendleton just to go here. Sign up!

Great gym, great people, amazing atmosphere and everything you need in order to sculp your body. This gym has every piece of equipment youll ever need to use from Olympic and Powerlifting to Bodybuilding and Competition preparation!!!!!!

The gyms equipment is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I could no longer tolerate the behavior of the gym owner. His outburst and poor language made it impossible to focus. I witnessed him inappropriately confront a man cuss him out and throw him out of his gym without politely asking him to step outside to talk. He on occasions has posted negatively about his associates on his Instagram story and the way he talks to them in person is atrocious. He constantly gets drunk on site and leaves bottles around the yard. Constantly puts his own drama before the needs of his members. I’d only feel comfortable asking his employees for guidance due to his lack of social skills. 90% of the metroflex Instagram posts are of him trying to post and say he’s humble yet him and his buddy’s act like they are above all his members. This is not a gym that caters to its members it caters to him and his close friends.

The people that go here are ripped body builders definitely not a place for someone who is self conscious and trying to get into shape. All they did was stare at me when i was with a PT. Very unpleasant. But the equipment is insane

Badass equipment, all the good stuff. Iron weights. Only rule is respect the gym by racking your weights. They provide chalk too

People put their weights back and wipe down equipment when their done.
