I gave 30-day notice to cancel my gym membership in person at the front desk and even months later emailed manager James about the situation. Naturally, my paperwork was never filed and James never returned my emails. But they kept charging me even though I had not been to the gym for over a year and assumed everything was cancelled. These are the types of people who operate this Fitness 19. No communication and disappearing paperwork. When you hear about how gyms always try to screw you and make it difficult to cancel your membership this is the type of place they are talking about. I would encourage everyone to stay away

Its a great gym & they hire the nicest people that work there. Its been ages before this morning since Ive been, but I felt welcome.

I spoke to the manager about the cleaning the machines, specifically the treadmills. Its a great gym with lots of machines but cleanliness needs help!!

The facility is clean, the staff is very professional and amicable! The staff actually say hello/hi when people walk or leave. Some even ask how your day have been. Customer service is a rare art nowadays which is why I canceled my membership at anoyher gym. With that said, the trainers ie guys in red shirts are unfriendly and standoffish if you are not a client.They have a dedicated squat, deadlift area thats well maintained. A very usable turf area, exercise equipments you dont see at other gyms ie stationary tire flips device just to name one. Their Equipment arent falling apart. Quick example cable machines works no kinks. The bathrooms are very clean. The extra amenities are a notch above other gyms ie massage, red light therapy. Above all it is worth repeating, the staff is very professional and courteous!

I have been a member at various Fitness 19 Clubs throughout the Country since 08. This gym is nice. Real nice. I think the only thing it is missing is a sauna and a pool. I wouldnt use either at a gym but that may be important to you? During the pandemic they have spread the gym out quite a bit to include the parking lot area. It has given everyone much more room.

A good salesman would give you great customer service even if he knows you’re not gonna buy now, because he realizes that you may come back in the future to buy his product. However, a bad salesman sees that he’s not getting the sale right now, and loses all interest in his customer, and flips on a dime, and install customer service, and makes it so obvious that the only thing he’s interested in is the customers money. That’s what I felt like when I came here. I told The salesman that I plan to come back here in a year when I move to the area, but I would just like to walk around to get a feel for how it is. When he realize that he’s not getting a sale today, his attitude completely changed and he said, “no, we only let members into the gym.“ He clearly does not understand great customer service.

Probably the best managed and staffed gym Ive been part of, having spent 15 years in other gyms. Staff is always working, machine down time is virtually 0, bathrooms and equipment clean.

Maintenance in the locker room leaves a lot to be desired terrible shower head the bench is always loose and feels like its going to fall over theyve been told about it wont do anything about it

I’ve been going to this gym for a while and the best part of the gym are the people! The gym, itself, is great! It may not have specialized equipment but it does the job if you’re into lifting weights or cardio-classes. The ambiance of the gym is what I really like! The people such as Steph, who takes care of the gym to Jose, the head trainer, are fantastic. They show that they care about their clientele! For those that whine about the wait for the equipment, it’s like that everywhere. The environment is awesome!

Facility can be crowded in the morning. Less cramped around 4-6 and plenty of machines for use. Great staff and great music!!!!

Unhelpful. Rude. Not making changes to accommodate needs due to the coronavirus. I am high risk and cannot take the chance of coming in to cancel my membership or going to the post office to buy stamps. Ridiculous that you must come in in-person during a pandemic. And the service on the phone was awful.

VERY SHADY - When I enrolled here, they charged my credit card TWICE for the same initiation fee. When I cancelled because _THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE FOR THE FLU,_ they charged my card over $125 and no one could tell me why. Im reporting this as fraud to my bank and will then go to consumer affairs and the BBB. This is robbery.

I strongly suggests that the kids place should open the kids place at 8.00 on weekends. i have spoken with other parents and they do prefer going to the gym early.

This is currently the biggest fitness 19 location in the United States of America so its an awesome new facility that can fit a ton of people. Its a huge upgrade from their other location about 5 minutes from this location. Everything from the free weights to treadmills have been upgraded and expanded upon. The new location is nearly 3 times larger or more than the original location so there is plenty to do. They offer different classes such as spin, yoga, and zumba for whatever you might need for your specific goals. They also offer personal training if you would like to meet once a week or more in between your normal routine workouts. Overall its a wonderful facility and I highly recommend it to everyone. Its cheap and effective for keeping yourself in shape without breaking the bank to stay healthy and fit.

Fresh and new, the facility is great. Staff is friendly and willing to assist. Classes come in a variety of formats and focus and levels. The facility has a great childrens center. My kids never want to leave it off there. A full complement of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment me asked this place ideal for working out.

Good sized gym with a good amount of equipment. Theres a multipurpose room, turf track, 4 squat racks, good free weight section and plenty of cardio machines. There is a Fitness 19 across the street from my house, but due to its lack of equipment I choose to go to this one which is 10 minutes farther. Plus its 24 hours!

Just switched gyms and been going here for a couple weeks now and its been a great switch from LA fitness (which I have had forever). first off its 24hrs which is a big plus not as crowded as most gyms only negative for me is no sauna but I will live

This is a great gym if you don’t mind standing around wondering what piece of equipment isn’t being used. TOO CROWDED WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I love this GYM its modern of course but clean and they play great music to get you going while working out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Machines are brand new as well no complaints all good!!

Ive taken 2 classes and love them! The gym is nice. Its a decent size. The time that I go its not full of people. Love this gym

Great place to workout before work. Only issue I have noticed from taking a shower, is the only place to hang your towels while showering is over the curtain rod. For someone who is short like me this is a little issue. How about putting in a hanger right next to the showers on the walls dividinh the showers. Make it easier to get and we dont have to worry about our towels getting wet.

The place is nice although, I do not think some of the trainers know what their doing. In one instance I saw a trainer teaching a girl to squat, she wasn’t going low enough, her feet were to wide and her toes were pointed too far outwards. The trainer made no corrections. Also it is Tuesday at 1:49 am and I need a quick lift, this place is 24 hr for a reason, and to my suprise the place is closed. Why?

Member of Silver Sneaker and go three times a week to get some exercise. Fairly new facility. Lots of classes, but the Silver Sneaker is getting crowded so hopefully they will open an additional class or two.

Im from NJ. I visited this gym while staying with family for Thanksgiving. The gym is beauitful.

Great I love this place. The staff is awesome. They will help with any questions and will l show you how to use the equipment if need be.

Great gym, has every amenity you could ask for.*changed my review due to the fact that, as much as I love working out here and appreciate the staff, cleanliness has fallen off and the clients refuse to rerack the plates. And since the clients fail at this, the staff doesnt ensure it happens either. Ive had memberships at 24HR, Planet Fitness and Youfit (no longer in CA) and Ive observed the staff routinely keeping those gyms organized and clean. Ive communicated my concerns to management and all Ive heard were agreements and excuses as to why these concerns arent addressed or taken care of.

Easily my favorite Fitness 19! The gym is big, with lots of free weight and a ton of cardio machine. A bunch of classes ranging from yoga to TRX there is also a seperate spin room. This Fitness 19 has a locker room ( not all of them do) two massage beds and two stand up tanning beds. And there personal trainers are excellent! And really affordable.

Very clean, gym and kids area. The girls that work in Kidzone are so sweet and take such good car of my 1 year old. It makes it easier to focus and enjoy my workout! All of their equipment looks new. They have every machine you could think of and a large variety of dumbbells and barbells as well as cardio equipment. Both the manager and assistant manager are always very friendly and helpful. I also love that their classes go on ALL day! So if I miss one in the morning they always have a similar class at night. By far the best gym Ive been to in years! The only thing I wish they had is a protein bar! Lol
