Cancellation fee is unreasonable. If we are going to therapy clearly have issues that need to be worked out but all they care about is their money. Had to cancel the day of or missed an appointment its $112 charge but they only tell u its 100 then you’re surpised but the 12$ without an explanation. U discuss with them that this is not something u can afford during a bad time in your life so they leave you on read and charge you anyways. THOUGHT the therapist cared but clearly it was about money
