Called a handful of times, left a message and phone number all times I called, no call back.Riverside recovery in lake Elsinore is the place to go, had no problems, first time I called I was signed up, that easy.

The new front desk girl is nice and now they have new management. The place has been redone and everyone is so friendly making it relaxing to walk into the atmosphere.

Tried to contact through military one source to get marriage counseling for my husband and I who are both active duty. Whoever answers their phones kept sending me to voicemail multiple days in a row and it would go to voicemails at different numbers of rings. Left multiple messages and no one got back to me. If you’re not accepting new people you could of at least let us know instead of us waiting around. Will be finding a different counselor.

We have used this center for many years with great success. We now have our foster sons here and they have been growing greatly! Highly recommended.

Aurora Family Counseling center is one of the best organizations I have ever worked with. I am a single dad with 4 children all trying to do our best and make it through lifes most challenging circumstances. I have seen several different therapists there over the years and each one was amazingly qualified and helpful. Aurora is the first place I recommend for families, adults and children of all ages. I have tried other locations nearby and none have come close. I highly recommend Aurora Family Counseling.

The office and staff is very nice here. Therapist Danielle Lopez is amazing! I would highly recommend her for adults or children. She is ready to help you to achieve your goals in life, you have to be ready to listen too. I will definitely be returning to her.

So I saw on there website directly under“ forms and insurance” tab they take blue shield Cali / hmo my insurance. I was referred by another person. Looking for a councilor is extremely difficult. So I have tried for weeks now trying to contact them. No one ever answers the phone however they did Trying calling me back at least. When I was able to get ahold of somone today the receptionist is odd, she stated they don’t take this insurance even though it’s listed directly on the website ? She stated they can’t get taken off which Dosnt make senses. I myself work in a clinic and work on our website and we list only those we work with. So not only did I get bad information I got an excuse For lack of attention and bad receptionist. ??? Makes me happy I never went here in the first place

We are glad we chose to go with aurora family counseling, their therapists are wonderful and very helpful. We are very pleased and thank them for all of the progress our children have been making over the past few months.

Where can I start with Cathy Glassner? We met for my first session on my birthday this year. It took me our whole first session to answer one question. The same question Cathy always starts our sessions with. “How are you?” Needless to say I felt a mess. Cathy has been nothing but patient with me, and kind. She has also given me hard truths when I needed to hear them. She is there as support, guidance and an even just a person to vent to when I need her. I truly feel she cares more than I ever would have thought. I consider myself lucky having stumbled upon the Aurora Family Counseling Center and Cathy. While I feel I have made substantial growth in these past months, and I plan to continue to meet with her as long as I can. Wish I could give more than 5 stars both her and the center they are worth it.

This place is the best ! Helen is awesome . She has a great outlook on life. She full of wisdom and has a great counseling style . She cares about me and all of her clients and does not judge .

Anna Brousseau is an awesome therapist. She is so so helpful! I highly recommend coming to this office for counseling.

Poor management and front desk. They are great at making you feel unwelcome and like your call is not important! Counsel lacks experience.

My husband and I started with one of the therapist at this center, Cathy Glassner. I honestly believe she needs therapy herself. She is extremely insecure and narcissistic. My husband and I went to see Cathy for marriage counseling in Feb 2017. In our first visit, she seemed very defensive and told us that she had to terminate previous clients because it didnt work out. I thought that was a strange way to start a relationship, but dismissed it. I soon learned why her previous cases failed. She is very unprofessional and easily offended if you question her too much. She explained how she divorced her husband and asked me why I stayed with mine. Then, asked me not to tell him she said that. My husband is from Iran, and she kept making racist remarks, like I was surprised he allowed me to question him as much as I did since Im a woman and throughout my session kept insulting him and his family, calling them crazy lunatics. She also seemed very preoccupied during the session, complained constantly about her ailments and previous patients, and had no real method or plan for our therapy. It felt like she was flying by the seat of her pants.

Horrible office! I had a negative experience both times I went to this office. One time the counselor just didnt show up to my appointment, and the other time the counselor yelled at me in front of my kids and other waiting clients. Do not go here!
