We had a family situation that entailed geography difficulties (i.e., distance). Both sides of the issue genuinely believed Donald had the ball and was setting the pace/direction, but he repeatedly would not answer emails and reaching him by phone was generally difficult. In my case as the father involved, Donald explicitly directed me not to try and lead, but then he wouldnt lead either. No follow up on his part at all- pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Personable, friendly, but not engaged. Very poor experience.

Donald hall is wonderful ,I enjoy our sessions and he is very helpful with all the issues life throws at us
