My wifes car started shaking pretty bad and she asked me if I could have a look and fix it. I didnt have the time so I started looking for a reputable auto repair shop, I didnt want to because I dont trust a lot of mechanics. Upon looking I came across Diversified Murrieta Auto Repair. Based on their reviews I said Id give it a shot. Took the car down, Alex was straight forward with me no bs. Told me it was the hydraulic motor mount on the passenger side and showed me, he ordered the part and arrived within 30 minutes. While I was waiting I asked Kevin, Alexs dad if he could also look at the coolant reservoir while he was fixing the motor mount, I thought it was a bad head gasket with how much coolant I was putting in in such a shirt period of time. They got to work on it and brought me the reservoir and said, heres your problem, cracked plastic in two areas. Kevin the owner and Alex his son were true gentlemen, honest mechanics with more than fair prices. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Really appreciate them. They hold up to their reputation 100%

One of the fastest and least expensive local places to get a smog check. Have also taken my cars in for repairs and been happy. Calling in advance helps, but they take walk-ins, too, if not overbooked.

I always take my car to Diversified, they are the best auto repair shop in Murrieta! My car was making a weird noise so I ended up taking it to Diversified because it was closest to me. It turns out I needed to replace my steering fluid. The funny thing was that I took it to the dealership a few weeks prior and they failed to tell me it was running low.. Especially since they said that they check EVERYTHING; Apparently not. Diversified has never let me down and has never lied to me. I wouldnt recommend taking your car to any place else. Try Diversified and I promise you will be extremely satisfied. =D

Excellent, professional, quick service!Got to the establishment and no one to help me, office staff had run an errand, and one worker working on a car? The worker quickly came over and explained, the office worker ran to get a part, from another shop and would be right back...Initially I didnt have a great 1st impression of this establishment, but I sat outside the office and waited.Within five minute, a car pulled up, a lady hoped out of the car, asked me if I was waiting and what I needed help with; I stated a smog check. She asked for my keys and immediately pulled my car into the garage. Next, she asked for my registration, then asked if I would like to take a seat inside or outside...outside I said the weather is nice.10 Minutes later, she said my car was done, and to come in and sign the paperwork.That was it! I finally asked her name - Ms. Reenah!To Ms. Reenah, and the worker who serviced my car, my first impression was totally wrong. Your service was efficient, customer service was excellent, and friendly professionalism was outstanding.
