We have been bringing all of our personal and work vehicles here for repairs for the past few years. They are good at what they do and the prices are reasonable. we highly recommend them.

I had new tires recently put on my vehicle and went to BEAR ALIGNMENT AND BRAKES for an alignment. The overall experience was very nice and I felt comfortable dealing with the staff and mechanics and, also felt comfortable while waiting in the waiting room with coffee and snacks available. The shop foreman was polite and recommended some things to keep the alignment from drifting and afterwards the bad parts were shown to me. After leaving I felt really comfortable with this Shop and liked how professional the shop was. I will be back and recommend the shop to my friends.

Went for the first time gotta say they have great technology, they see what’s wrong with your car etc. They showed me my brakes and everything and what needed replacement. Very friendly and helpful people 10/10 recommended:)

I’d highly recommended this place! I bring my Genesis coupe here for maintenance including breaks, alignments, and oil changes! They have incredibly good prices and friendly service. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere with as friendly service as Emily and Brendon!They also have coffee and snacks for you to enjoy while you wait for your car!

2 1/2 hour minimum for a schedualed simple oil change??I schedualed this simple procedure a week in advance.I have a busy day and like to schedual things in advance so I can take care of everything.Why would I schedual a oil change a week before to only arrive and go to the end of the line. In my opinion they need to work on their schedualing because I schedualed my day around this and it is not nice to just make someone wait for 3 hours for a 15-20 minute procedure.

Ive had alot of work done on my Dodge Ram 4x4 here. Theyve replaced both upper and lower A-arms due to wear and sloppiness over the years as well as several routine alignments. Even though Ive had to come back a couple times for follow ups, they have ALWAYS stood behind their work and have made it right.I attribute a small part of this due to the auto leveling system that stays on for a period of time even with the engine off. It has to be manually disabled through the display. Unless the technician is familiar with this, he would never know. This, in turn, can change the geometry of the front end which makes aligning it a pain and not necessarily a true allignment. Not their fault but a cause of a return visit or two.Emily is always upbeat and cheerful. She treats all customers like a friend. Brandon is polite and straight forward. No pressure and sincere in his word. Very much appreciated.Definitely a honest and reliable shop to do work on your vehicles. This is coming from a guy that normally does all his own wrenching and is not easily impressed.

We are very budget-oriented, and Brendan and Emily at Bear entirely respect this and work with us in keeping our repairs within the budget we can afford. We LOVE these mechanics and these people. They are honest, helpful, smart, and respect my boundaries in what we can and cannot spend. We wont take our cars anywhere else. We dont feel pressured to fix any/everything, but they also spend time educating us on what these fixes are and why they are important. Took my truck here the other day. They told me there would be a possible two hour wait. It was done in 45 minutes! Great place, great work! Long time customer.

Horrible, had an appointment and was told it would be two hours...then I got the phone call trying to upcharge me for unnecessary work. Will never go back as I cant trust them. Update, had my alignment done today (3 days after my appt) at a different shop and was told there was nothing wrong with the front end and the work quoted by Bear Alignment in Murrieta was truly an attempt at a huge upcharge. Buyer beware !

Gave them a try do to an outstanding Groupon promo, 30-40 min away dep on traffic but would have been worth it... when I called they said they were booking appointments a couple days out, so I set down winter my schedule seeing as I was about to leave for vacation. I decided I would drop off my vehicle the following day prior to leaving for vacation and pick it up the day after the appointment seen as I needed to return to town during vacation anyway. Upon arrival I explained my plans and itinerary, to my surprise I was told if they do not store vehicles. I chuckled and said that to worry I would be in same day is needed to pick up the vehicle as soon as it was done it was getting an alignment and I thought I was going to have two tires mounted and balanced at this alignment shop does not do tires 😳😟😠. The purpose of the alignment was to prevent extra wear on the new tires somehow all the sudden everything is being done backwards while jumping through hoops... At this point Im scratching my head wondering if the savings equal the burden and potential frustration. The scene as I was already there I attempted to move forward and give them the benefit of the doubt. It was as if I needed to twist her arm in order to have them keep my vehicle for one night I explained I have great insurance and Im not worried about the liability of it being there in that they would not necessarily have to take possession until the time of the appointment and I would put the key in an envelope and have them open it at that time at that would make then feel better about their liability. At this point they simply asked for the keys and said they would call me. Following day: I receive a phone call in demon form. My inner and outer tie rods on both sides of my front end need to be replaced prior to an alignment being done, being a hobbyist motor vehicles and having the 99% of all repairs on any and every vehicle I have owned approximately 100. Im very familiar with parts costs time to complete certain tasks and services it was dumbfounded when I was quoted just under $700 inner and outer tie rods on both sides, that being said I could be completely off base and that could be the going rate I dont know I do all my service myself because I was going on vacation I decided to treat myself... (Side note: No Treat 😞, more like shot myself in the foot). Following day I returned to pick up my vehicle and for shitz and giggles I contacted the first of what look like credible print shops in a local immediate area to see if I couldnt still accomplish what I set out to accomplish. Keep in mind I now have a Groupon paid alignment that I cant use for shop I will absolutely never return to 😵 Lesson learned!!! The new local shop I contacted was closing within 20 minutes of our phone call but said that they were more than happy to take care of my needs. One dilemma, I was in my RV with my three dogs and only one person myself as a driver how would I get the vehicle two miles away to their shop and then back to my RV while leaving to take the dogs to be excessive heat...? Iran situation by Lorenzo the rep at the alternative shop into my surprise they were not only happy but eager to assist by providing me a ride back to my RV with my dogs as well. They even provided refreshing cold water for them while I did the paperwork. Kudos Kudos hoorah customer service does still exist in the Waze it used to it always should. Treating others cuz you never expect to be treated yourself!! There are still Shepherds amongst the Sheep, in businesses at Pride themselves but always perfect imperfection well evilly awaiting an opportunity tell you something a little better than they did last time. As much as I would love conclude their name in this review this review is not pertaining to them it is pertaining to Bear Alignment & Brake thumbs down thumbs down Siskel and Ebert are turning in their graves... Wow! I dont write reviews often but I just wanted to let people know about how amazing this place is. I came here to get my 4 door rubicon aligned. My toddler is high maintenance and I was pretty scared of waiting for two hours in a lobby with him since he can get overwhelmed and frustrated easy. My son has fascinations with lines and the staff gave him stuff to line up while we were waiting. Emily was so sweet and put on kids movies for us. When my Jeep was done, it drove like a dream.I will keep coming back here!

I received exceptional care when I had my brakes, rotors, alignment and oil change done at Bear. A few days later I heard a strange noise and they checked it out without cost, even though it had nothing to do with their repairs. They are now my go to for automotive needs.

Really nice. I mean Americas tire paid to fix their mistake but bear alignment fixed it plus the other mistake for my wheel studs. Really polite despite letting someone in with out a mask despite current pandemic. So it takes is 1 person to spread the disease more.

Called on a Wednesday after chasing parts all day, Brendan got me in on Friday, called me 30 min later told me truck was good to go and I didn’t need the parts I chased down. Very disappointed in this place. Went in for a wheel alignment and they said they could not do it because my outer tie rods, pitman arm and idler arm needed to get replaced. Which is fine. The kicker is these parts cost a total of about 80 bucks they were charging me $1700 so over $1600 in labor! GTFO! places like these is why people hate and can’t trust mechanic shops!

First off, Emily (the receptionist) was awesome! Brandon (the shop specialist) was awesome! And the mechanics that work there take much pride in the results of their work. I really liked the honesty of my needed repairs explained to me in detail (by Brandon) and the related costs associated with them. I must say that i spent a fortune on my repairs, but in my book, Honesty goes a long way. So thank you Bear Wheel and Alignment for putting my car safely back on the road. I have been taking my vehicles to the shop for oil changes for the last couple of years. Recently I had to have my 2008 jeep JK worked on due to a check engine light. They handled the situation very professionally and politely. They covered all the bases and did properly. I will be returning to them in the future for any work that might be needed and highly recommend them.

This is a family own business that treats its customers as if youre family. We laughed! We chatted about our day and we discussed the issues that were going on with the car. I told my husband to take the charger to Bear Alignment but no...... He decided to take it to Ramona Tire & Service Center and they told him that they could do the alignment but the steering wheel would still be off. Well, I decided to wait until my instruction challenged husband went off to work and I took it right where it should have gone in the first place Bear Alignment and Brake. They gave me perfect service, a fantastic deal and now my Dodge Charger is dodging more tackles and making more touchdowns than the LA Chargers were making. This was my 1st time ever coming here and I had a really pleasant experience the front desk girl was so nice and attentive honestly she was the one that made my experience most enjoyable. Hassle free! I was in and out in the exact time she told me. Very professional. The mechanics were so helpful fixing my issue.

This place was amazing! Not only were their prices extremely reasonable, but the staff was so nice! I hate dealing with car issues as a woman because it usually feels like I’m being taken advantage of. Not here! Brendan helped me at the front desk and he was so kind. He walked me through all I needed done and was extremely informative when I asked questions. He left me feeling great about the situation and he even called my husband to discuss the diagnostics with him. The shop is very inviting and you can tell they take care of their customers. This place was great, Emily was very personable, and the technician did a great job of explaining what was needed, and what was just beneficial ( I already knew and this matched exactly) without trying to upsale me. They gave me a time to bring the car in, which I was early to, and they said great and started early. The cost estimate matched excatly, and they finished the inspection and the work earlier than what they quoted me. Extremely happy with my decision to go here.

FINALLY FOUND A GREAT SHOP WITH KNOWABLE MECHANICS. My car was making some weird noises. I had taken it a few differant shops and kept getting I am not sure but we can try this and see if it helps. If your going to try and fix my car you better have a really good idea whats wrong with it. I took it here off a suggestion of a family member. A mechanic checked my car out and said its your struts they are old and need replacement. I was told at some other shops it was my whole axel or my front end needed replacement but they werent sure. I let them do the work they also did my brakes, alignment and rotors. The weird noises are gone and I was charged less then the other shops were quoting me for work I didnt need and would not have solved my problem. I highly suggest coming here to all my family and friends.

I just found my new car maintenance place. This place is really great. They thoroughly explained everything to me and were very courteous and kind. The work was completed in a timely manner, and all the staff I met were a delight to deal with.

I went in after another place said my brakes were ok, but I was hearing a a squeaking noise. This place calls and say I need to replace a ton of stuff and it will be $1900! I told the receptionist that I will pick up my car and think about it. A moment later the technician calls and starts aggressively telling me I’m not making the right decision and goes on and on. I picked up my car and brought it the another place, they told me like the first place that the brakes were fine and the squeaking likely isn’t from the brakes at all! The Bears place was all up-selling and lies. Beware of this place.

Moved to Murrieta two years ago and was looking for a place to take over the service of my vehicles (had been with a shop in the OC for almost 20 years). Heard about Bear on the radio (The Vine). Attentive, knowledgable and very friendly. Trust them enough I sent my son there, and now its the only place hell go for service!

I have gone twice now to get my oil changed at Bear Alignment and Brake, and I foresee myself only using this business for all future service. This business really knows how to take care of their customers and make their visits memorable. I went to the shop the first time, because their prices are so much better than anywhere else around. The customer service was good and the wait pleasant, as they have a big TV that shows movies while customers wait. The second time I went back, their prices were still way better than the competition and their customer service was still fantastic, but I noticed other small things that made a big difference--free Wifi and beverages for customers while they wait and a small bag of candy with a thank you note that was in my car when I left. I also received a thank you note in the mail later, thanking me for my business. I cant imagine that any other service shop in the area treats their customers as well as Bear Alignment and Brake, and they have certainly earned my business for many years to come.

So these guys have been great to me in caring for my car and my wifes car. They have always been reasonable and understanding with price and scheduling needs. I once went in having been convinced by a quick lube place that I was headed for a head gasket replacement ( a big ticket repair) and bear very honestly told me things in the engine looked fine and all I needed was a coolant flush ( I was well over due for that service and I knew it) additionally they gave me an extra 50$ off a previous quote I had gotten from them for said ccolant flush which I was happy to accept and they stayed late to get it done and accommodate my teacher schedule.The fact is there are several places in the same parking lot as bear that perform similar work so if they were trying to price gouge, customers would just walk next door for a better deal. Bear does excellent work and they will go the distance to prove themselves trustworthy and reliable.Lastly, for the guys posting reviews about how they charge to much when you can fix it in your own driveway.....yeah....duh. Its no secret that if you have the skills to repair your own vehicle you can probably do it cheaper than a shop. Mark up on parts and charging for labor is exactly how a shop makes money. If you can do it yourself stay home, do it, and shut up. Repair shops are for those of us that just plain cant do it ourselves. Its not charity and they deserve to make a profit for having the skills and ability to fix my car.Bear is fair and honest. They have earned my loyalty as a customer. My Dodge Avenger has 93000 miles on it so....ill probably be back for something very soon.

The team at Bear are not only honest, efficient and professional- they are kind and genuinely care about their customers. I showed up on a busy day without an appointment due to my 97 Honda Accord leaking brake fluid. They worked me in to their busy schedule and 3 hours later I was driving away with repairs completed for a very reasonable price. As if that wasn’t enough I noticed they left a fortune cookie in my car with a note saying “we are fortunate to have you as a customer “. We have been and will continue to trust Bear with all our car care needs!

Went in for an alignment after adding a leveling kit on my 2016 Tahoe. They did a full inspection and determined that I also needed a front brake job. I usually get pretty skeptical about repair shops when they want to do extra work but in this case it made sense because I was getting the shake when braking from higher speeds. They seem really knowledgeable and my vehicle drives and brakes well again. Best thing is my steering wheel is straight after the alignment.

I got fast friendly same-day service. Clean lounge with gourmet coffee, chocolates and bottled water. Nice television was playing a film while I waited. I was happy with my service and the price was right. Recommended.

We had a recommendation from Americas Tires. They told us they were honest and did great work. We brought my sons car in to fix a wheel bearing issue. Everyone was so professional. They even brought my son back to listen to what a bad wheel bearing sounds like We ran into some other issues when replacing the wheel bearings and they were up front with additional costs. We felt that they truly cared about us as customers. Each time they said they would call they did. We were very pleased with the work when it was completed. Bears customer service is off the charts. I showed up for my appointment for rotors and brake pads first thing in the morning with two kids and a baby. They promptly offered a kids movie, coffee, and donuts. They also assisted me with an issue I was having with my trunk latch, as an aside. Upon reentering my car I was treated to a complimentary fortune cookie. A couple days later I received a Handwritten thank you card from their front desk. And then I received a follow up text. First time customer, went in to get a second opinion on front lower control arm bushing. The staff was very polite and courteous, after the inspection I was escorted back and shown not only did I have bad control arm bushings but also a broken motor mount. Since I had a mechanicals breakdown extended warranty insurance policy, they handled all the paper work and completed the repairs on the control arms... no problem. The motor mount was a dealer warranty item and I took it in the next day for repair.Thank you Bear Alignment and Brake for doing an outstanding job.Sal

I had a GROUP ON i paid $49 for for a 4 wheel alignment. I was called and told it didnt cover caster alignment and it would be an additional $120. so now $170 to align a Nissan versa. I was then called 6 minutes later that my car was done. shouldnt an alignment cover camber and caster? was a rip off. should have went to Precision alignment and brake. $20 bucks a minute??? Ridiculous!!

Great friendly service. I made an appointment, they did a general inspection, alignment & front brakes, they finished the job sooner than the promised time. They have a comfortable waiting room and made me feel like a special guest. I will be back for any future maintenance.

I came in for an alignment for my dumb Kia at the recommendation of America’s Tire. Emily at the Desk is such a sweetheart. The techs were very knowledgeable and down to earth. Very professional and I will bring in my other car for an alignment soon. They got Free WiFi too, a big plus!
