Ken was amazing! He patiently set up my new phone. Entire staff as friendly and courteous while I waited. This store had such a nice atmosphere & knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thanks guys!

My dad came in a couple of days ago to switch from a flip phone to a smart phone. Colby and Ryan made his day! Colby was able to change the phones out in a matter of minutes and Ryan was able to help move all my dad’s contacts over into his new phone; saving me from having to type every contact back in. Thank you two for proving excellent customer service!

Great experience, the boys at the south Rutherford store, Colby& Mike, Payton did a great job helping me set up my new phone. Taught me how to transfer pictures!! So excited. Will come here if I have any questions! Great service. The manager was Kenneth & he was awesome

They are the freaking best!! Kenneth, the manager, is super helpful! All of the employees are friendly and will go out of the way to make sure billing issues are corrected and customer service really is their number one priority. I won’t go to any other location ever

Colby was amazing we were having a hard time trying to get our phones to switch over and he stopped at no obstacle to make sure we got it done before leaving. Gave us plenty of options explained everything in a way that I could understand. 10 out of 10 would recommend this particular AT&T building and especially Colby to all my homies. Went an had my phone set up here on S.Rutherford an they where great but when I went in to get my phone information added again because it went back to default an they were not willing to help an girl went to speak to manager an he wasnt willing to help either so I am thinking about changing my service provider .

Stellar guys! I walked in with a 1000 questions lol. They exceeded my expectations. I was happy to join the AT&T team and leave my Verizon plan behind. I recommend AT&T and to get you set up, see Payton and Kenneth.

Ive been consistently charged more than I was supposed to be according to the rep who signed me up. I had to reach out to him multiple times about one time charges which he then applied credits for.I’m still being over charge monthly which the representative has acknowledged but then never responded again. The same thing with their Facebook support agents. I’ll be looking into Verizon today

I came into Att store on South RutherfordIn Murfreesboro tn. Colby was the person who helped me. He was great. I got 5 brand new phones. His store managers Robbie! and Kenneth really helped out as well. They made the experience wonderful. Great conversation speedy phone transfer for all 5 lines. I would highly recommend going to this store for all of your ATT cell phone needs.

Best in store AT&T experience I’ve had by far!

The professionalism and information given was wonderful. Michael had excellent patience and perseverance with transferring one phone to another. It was so bad; it had to stay overnight. Matt was also highly informative by introducing a new way my husband and I could get a discount on our services. Great location!

Today I was in this store and there were all new people. They were very professional and I appreciated that. However, the crew prior disappointed me. They costed me money and time because of their lack of knowledge regarding promotions and discounts. There are many things I would have done differently had I received correct information prior to signing on.

These guys fix the problem that I couldn’t get fixed with AT&T corporate. They reactivated my secondary line and put me back in business in no time at all. They seriously know what they’re doing and I highly recommend them

DO NOT GO HERE! We went for a simple upgrade in February and the staff here lied to get a sale. We were told multiple things that after calling AT&T customer service were not true. Through my multiple calls with AT&T customer service, I found out that this store is in the lower 15% in sales within the nation and just told us these “deals” to get the sale. I do not recommend this store. This transaction occurred in February, and I’m still dealing with the repercussions.7/11/20 UPDATE: Still having problems with the “deal” that the representative from this store “helped us get”. We were paying more than we ever have been and with multiple calls to Customer Service they informed is that there was nothing they could do to help us. We are now Verizon customers.

You can go to Cricket or Metro and get a cheaper phone line and unlimited for a cheaper price

This is the worst experience I’ve had trying to get WiFi, if I didn’t have to deal with ATNT I wouldn’t but it’s my only option multiple no shows on appointments if I could give less than a one star I would
