Bought a phone on 12-26-20 and returned it on 1-1-21. Still trying to get my refund on 7-22-21, and I have their refund ticket that shows exactly how much I am owed. The store employees and the manager cant (or wont) do anything to assist me with my refund. They will not even call Verizon to help me resolve this, and just keep saying this and that about their policy and their rules, bla bla bla. The problem is that they are not an actual Verizon store, but rather just an authorized sub-contractor. Their is a critical difference when you need any assistance or help. Even Verizon says that their hands are tied because I didnt buy from them. They have their own rules and policies that differ, and are on top of Verizons. Basically Verizon blames them, and they blame Verizon. It is an endless loop of problems. Go directly to an actual Verizon store, and skip the Victra scam.

** Update 1/22/21 - The sales person was able to find a work around with the assistance of the DM to release our devices to us today.Order online or go elsewhere! I ordered three phones and two Apple Watches in this store on 1/1/21. I received one phone and one watch that day. I was notified via email that the other two phones and watch were delivered to the store on 1/8/21. I went to the store and was told that I would have to come back to the store on 1/12/21 after 11 AM due to the order being locked, and the only person who could unlock the order was the sales person who placed the order. Both phones and the watch were on location and visualized by myself after being removed from the safe. I went to the store on 1/12/21 at 11 AM and was told The sales person was running late, and I should come back after 12. I return to the store after 12 and was told again that I could not take the devices I have already purchased home because the sales person couldn’t unlock the order. I have followed up with the sales person multiple times via phone with no resolution as of today 1/21/21. My husband called the store twice today, leaving messages both times and did not receive a return call. We have had 1 to 4 active lines with Verizon for 17 years, customer loyalty is obviously not appreciated.

Their customer service and support are terrible.Their sales practices are shady at best.They are rude and do not stand behind their products.They sell you a $65 screen protector without telling you the price stating they will replace it in store and when it scatters the next week they wont replace it.They are crooked.

Tony went above and beyond to help me when my phone died. He tried hard to fix it, but when I ended up buying a new phone, he gave me the best deals possible, recommended the accessories best suited for my situation, and was very patient with me and my never ending questions. He took his time and never made me feel rushed even though other customers were waiting. His personality shone through but he was still very professional. What a wonderful experience!

The 2 people working were very professional & courteous. The store has you check in with your phone. Problem here is if you dont have your phone, like me because mine quit working. They were really busy, but they helped as many customers as they could as fast as they could. Had a few system issues but they took care of everything as fast as possible. I was there for an hour+, but they were doing everything they could to take care of their customers as quickly as possible. If I had been in a hurry, I probably would not have been very happy, but who is when in a hurry & things dont go as quickly as wanted. I gave 4 🌟 because of how they handled their situation.

She did a marvelous job remembering where everyones phone order was. She deserves a promotion for the great attitude, and keeping everyone served in a rough time

On 12/15/20 went to this store, got 2 IPhone12s. It took us over 3 hours to transfer data from old phones and complete transaction. Was told my new Bill would be $105 and that we would be getting two $250 Visa cards for switching from Sprint. Well looks like my payment is $174. Today I received 2 Verizon eGift Cards that can ONLY be used at a Verizon Store. Also, after 3 hrs they refused to let us use the restroom.Jan 14, 2021Since my post on Jan 8th. I responded via email as requested. Recieved a response that they were forwarding my email back to the store. No other response has been received.

Not the flashiest building or displays or deals, however the guys working there were knowledgeable and really helpful. Bonus it’s next to Chick-fil-A so when you’re crying about spending 4 car payments on a new phone you can cry with nuggets.

Very long wait! Only 2 or 3 reps available at any one time. Minimal allowable customers in the store at any given time. Very long wait to do the administrivia to change phone from AT&T to Verizon.

Took over 2 hours to do a simple set up and port to Verizon prepaid. Sales associate at first told me she couldnt get my number ported and didnt know if port department was open. She set up calls with Verizon port department and kept getting bounced between the port department and prepaid department. While this was going on I was having to conduct and speak with the Verizon agents over her phone while she walked around with other customers. Felt like I was partially being neglected. After 2 hours and multiple disconnected calls a helpful girl at Verizon port took care of everything related to port. I then asked sales girl if she could transfer over files from my old phone to the new. She said oh its easier if you just do that at home and download the iOS app. Well I have an android not an iPhone. Took another 2 hours at home to transfer over all files after researching what correct app I needed since I was given bad information. Sales associate did not strike me as very knowledgeable nor helpful. Do not see why I paid over $30 for a set up fee when I was conducting part of the set up and doing part of the sales associates job for them. Very disappointed.

It is with deep regret that I inform you how my initial experience at Verizon was almost my last. I had an appointment at 2 p.m. 11/11/20. I notified Andy that I was in the parking lot and intended to leave Tmobile after 18 years and establish service with Verizon for two lines for my husband and I. At 2:30 p.m. he called and said I could enter. He stated Id need my pin from Tmobile. While I was on hold with Tmobile I asked to use the bathroom and Andy said Youll have to use the one at Target, but when you come back Ill stop working with the next person and come back to you. When I returned to the store not only did he postpone helping the next client, he called another couple from the parking lot to assist them. At 3:48 I asked when he would assist me and he stated When he had a chance He proceeded to call customer service for the customer, pay off her old phone, wait for the safe, then updated her to an Iphone. I felt humiliated as an african american female at 4:33 p.m. when the caucasian male he was assisting asked to use the bathroom; Andy let him use the one on the back. Thank God for Billie J. who assisted me at 5:07 p.m. It took another two hours making my total trip 5 hours but it was worth it to leave at 7 p.m. finally with two new phones, a car charger, case, and liquid glass. And most importantly she treated me with dignity and let me use the bathroom at 4:19 p.m. and 6:07 p.m. She not only saved the day, but me as a customer. I never got an acknowledgement or apology from Andy. Maybe its time to do a virtual diversity training?

I think the associate Richard is so rude to the customers if I could give him a big zero I would he makes you want to switch carriers by his rudeness vdrizon needs to pay their sales people more so they dont take it out on their customers . Not all people are tech savvy I dont know if he just had a bad day but Ive been in there several times always rude rude rude

Sean was amazing! Recently we were reconsidering verizon and if we should leave. My husband broke his phone and we DESPERATELY needed it replaced so we tried to port the number and it was a huge hassle. So we came to get a new phone with Verizon and just deal.... but I was so pleasantly surprised with the manager having so much patience with us, the lady on the phone (coworker), someone elses phone under the counter AND a very irritable man that tried to come in twice and cussed about how he needed to be serviced RIGHT NOW.... this experience made the whole ordeal totally worth what weve been through the last few months with Verizon. And that says A LOT!! So shout out to Sean and his amazing customer service skills! Thanks for everything!

First of all I was the only customer in the store for approximately 2hrs of the 4hrs it took just to upgraded my phone. Mind you I already knew which phone I wanted prior to my arrival so, I didnt waste any time trying to decide on a phone. They were really promoting & being very pushy trying to convince me to purchase the liquid glass screen protector. It sounded awsome so..I decided to buy it. ($60 bucks whatever) But, what they failed to tell me was......If you decide to go with the liquid glass it voids All warranties & insurance on your brand new device because its a permanent aftermarket placement!!! I Had the phone less than 3mons & all sounds stopped working so Im stuck with a new phone that has no sound.

All other locations told me they only knew I Phones and I was out of luck. I was almost done with Verizon, however Richard and Billiewere super patient and changed my mind. Horrible place. I went there on a Thursday afternoon and I was the only customer. I asked for help transferring from my old phone to new one and the one employee there looked so disinterested. When I asked him questions he literally sat on his phone playing around for 10 seconds before looking up to answering me, as if I was annoying him while he was on the clock probably flirting with his wife. Terrible service and Im never going back. No wonder the place was empty.

Where to start. Well I am CEO of a company that has over 1000 employees nationwide. I went into to shop for phones as I was going to switch us from Sprint to Verizon. I stayed there over 3 hours the SECOND day waiting for the lady to verify me and my company. Hmmm odd since I gave her all the paperwork from the state where we are domiciled, as well as our EIN paperwork. This went on and on for several days of them telling me they would call me back once everything was approved, and NEVER ONCE did I get a call back until someone from Verizon called me, District guy, and told me he was getting involved. At this point its been well in excess of a week so I bluntly told him he had 2 more days, making it officially two weeks of TRYING to deal with them, or I was going to AT&T to shop. I believe in giving people a chance. So those two days came and they went. It was now Monday morning. I walked into AT&T, provided them the EXACT same paperwork I had provided to Verizon and within 1 hour I was out the door with my personal devices. As enthusiastic as I was at that point I returned the following morning. I spent 4 hours and purchased over 1000 phones and over 800 tablets. Guess Verizon dropped the ball on this one!!

This just happened to be the Verizon I went to. My complaint is about Verizon as a whole. My iPhone has stopped working while being in perfect condition, the speaker went out, can’t send pictures, almost every call I make drops (says call failed). I bought the phone brand new, now they are replacing it with a refurbished one. I get the “new to me” phone the next day (went in Thursday and got the phone Friday night) and it’s worse than the one I sent in. The one they sent me can’t take pictures at all, the speaker doesn’t work when making a call and has zero ability to get service. Went in today when they opened to tell them and now they have to send me ANOTHER refurbished phone that I won’t get until Tuesday. We pay so much to have the good service verizon claims to have and this is what we get.

Kyle was great. I called in advance to see if they had the phone i wanted in stock and they had one left, he put it on hold for me until I got there. My only complaints about this location is I guess since they are not an actual Verizon store but an authorized retailer they can do less. I have to go to the post office myself and send back my old phone as opposed to just turning it in there like Ive done in the past at other Verizon stores. Thanks again Kyle for being very helpful.

The woman at the desk was awesome. She was working her butt off as quickly as possible. There were only 2 of us in the store... however, there were 2 other employees (at least that I saw) In the back room, conversing. Now lets set the woman in the front aside, because she was giving the woman she was helping 100% of her attention. As it should be might I add. However... a man thin, dark hair, red shirt comes out of the back room ... says nothing to me...grabs a box , goes back into the back room... But closes the door, so no one can now see them talking. I thought this was kinda rude, considering he saw i was in line, and waiting. Didnt acknowledge me, say a thing to me.

Verizon will only treat you well if you are NOT a current customer. They told me about several promotions over the phone. Once i got to the store they explained that current customers have to pay double. Seems as backwards if you ask me. I am now with another carrier. I admit, the coverage is probably the best, but they need to work on the customer service, and they should treat current customers as good as new customers. ( my 6 year relationship with them should not put me at a disadvantage)

The sales man (John) remembered me from our phone call and had the items ready before I even arrived. He was currently helping a rather elderly couple having A LOT of trouble and apologized for the wait. I watched him go over and beyond to help this couple, it was a rare moment where you could tell he really wanted to help. He answered every question I had (even the dumb ones) and was amazing. I never write these, but this one deserved it. It warmed my heart!

I went in having issues with my phone. The phone was paid off and bill current, however the cost to upgrade was $180 as my current phone would not turn on and additional fees; taxes, cases (I didnt plan to add) etc. I didnt want to pay that fee and the person that helped me was really nice and informative but the fee....not his fault, I guess. So I went to BestBuy. The cost of the better phone was extremely cheaper and there were no issues with my current phone not turning on. My advice; VERIZON CUSTOMERS (or cell privider) ALWAYS CHECK BESTBUY FIRST! Better prices, deals, and class A checked phones. Same bill. Just sayin!
