Dont even bother making an appointment, they are not mindful about peoples time. They make people get appointments because of COVID restrictions, yet they take their sweet time and have a lobby full of unmasked people not social distancing, everyone there was past theirappointment times people started to leave. You can just go next door to AT&T their employees actually work and their service is amazing

Thiz is by far the worst severice provider you can find. I upgraded to the more sports package just for NFL Redzone and that channel doesnt even work. I have a error code xre-03121. Ive talked to every tier agent and 3 supervisors. Even had a trch come out. NO ONE HAS FIXED THIS PROBLEM SO I GUESS I WONT GET NFL REDZONE ANYMORE!!! I mean dont u have to figure the problem out? Im a payinh customer

New install and told them someone was on the way 25 miles away when I set the appointment and the day they first alerted me they were on the way. I said dont leave because my girlfriend is on her way. Called back she was 4 minutes out, they said sorry cant wait. Then I called back was put on hold 51 minutes 12 seconds, they finally came back and said sorry you have to reschedule. So when I got off work I called back was put on hold another 21 minutes and told it would be a week later before they could come back out. So I drove over to the store 20 more minutes away, was told by them sorry for your issues, I will have someone call you tomorrow and come out to do hookup, this was Wednesday May 5th, it is now Sunday May 9th, I have yet to hear from anyone, so I am headed another 20 minutes back to the store to complain yet again. Not a happy person!

I just moved here and xfinity mobile is an awesome deal but my second month I burned through my mobile data!! I went into the store and got a 10 minute lesson. Staff was very helpful and pleasant!! Oh yeah user tip turn your wifi on and leave it on and when you go to businesses you visit regularly log into thier free wifi and your smart cell will automatically log in so you wont use your mobile data when visiting.They still require masks even though CDC came out this past Friday saying masks are not necessary!!!

Was out of service for 4 days before I finally got to speak to someone. Pre recorded msgs saying all back on & fake typing but tech finally found out there was a problem feeding this small community. They closed our store & the closest help or store is 45 miles away. When it works, its good.

The system for setting online appts is great. Selected my date/time, rcvd reminders and updates, checked in online when I arrived, waited comfortably in my car, got a text to head into the store when my svc rep was available, went straight in to the rep, took care of business and was back out in no time. 👍

I went in to the store to get my account cleared up. I had tried to do it over the phone and talked to two different reps. They where very polite but could not clear up my issue. I met a young woman named Missy she was very helpful. She explained to me what she was doing. She was effenciant and friendly at all times. She helped me but more important she never made me feel bad because I didnt understand. If all of Xfinity employees would be as nice and as informed as Missy they would never have an unhappy person walk out of the store! Thank you Missy so much!🤗

The experience of the staff and manager are pretty poor. Manager that looks like a dude cant do simple math. I got more help over the phone about my billing issues. Get rid of her and I might give the store a four star rating.

If I could give them a -5, I would. Their customer service (by phone) lied about my modem being compatible with extreme and gig internet either because their employees are incompetent or just trying to make a sale. Turns out Ive been paying for a service that I was never getting. I called tech a couple times due to lags and still didnt correct the issue or tell me that my modem wasnt compatible. I did my own research and checked the site and it shows the incompatibility but their team still didnt realize it or did and didnt care until I read it outloud. So now they want me to honor a contract that I never received correct services for after they said they checked the compatibility..Sad that Xfinity is an option for internet services. Beware..

While the storefront has been ok to work with, I am giving a one star review so that no one bothers getting Xfinity. Get AT&T instead. Xfinity/Comcast had really improved their customer service, so after not using them for 5 years, I decided to give them a second chance 2 years ago. All has been well until the past few months. Their customer service, that they had done such a good job to fix, has crumbled. Its back to automated phone services and chat bots. When you do get a real person, they arent authorized to do anything and are insanely unhelpful. Just get AT&T.

They really do know that they have no competition but little do they know with Google fiber and unlimited data on phones with streaming devices they are in a rude awaking. Year one of this service, I would have told you 5 stars no issues. A lot has changed on year two. After a 3 month battle over a price increase from 45 dollars a month to 120 dollars a month, I feel much less happy with them. About every week we get a call from them trying to offer a higher priced service. We tell them every time to stop calling, only to have them call again. Not to mention the people calling are extremely rude and will refuse to hang up even if you tell them your busy. After our last battle over the bill, looks like round two is about to start up. Our 1 year plan is about to end and they are trying to jack up the price again. If you do not check in on your service monthly, they will add on other services without your permission and charge you for them. Only reason I gave them two stars is because internet has been decently consistent. It is being throttled by about a 100mb gap. This review is reflecting Xfinity service as a whole. The people specifically at the Murfreesboro location I imagine are just as good as any other location of Xfinity. Just be ready for a battle on a monthly basis with anything that you get. If you let your guard down for one second you could be out hundreds.

If I could give 0 starts I would , they gave me the wrong modem in which I had run back out and go back to the store and then be told they where all out . Then the only bright spot was they had one in cool springs. I will say thank you to the person that called that store and had it on hold for me. But this should have never happened.

Mobile service has been messed up for a year. My phone call to customer service today - I was transferred to 3 different people within 15 minutes. None that could help me and was trying to transfer me a 4th time, but disconnected. My phone is deactivated, and received a new sim card which I refused delivery yesterday. I have the same phone as I did with this sim card. Very disappointed - theres so much more, but would not have enough room to type all of it. Definitely considering a change in mobile service. Wish I could have gave a ZERO, but doesnt exist as a option...

Everytime I go here the employees are super friendly and give excellent customer service. They always give me a great deal if I need to change my plan, and always give me an upgrade, router and modem, if mine is out of date. Highly recommend.

The only way to ask a simple question, like do you have any 4k cable boxes in stock, is to drive to the store. They do not have a direct phone number you can just call.When I called the customer service line the female in India told me I could go to the local store to replace my standard cable box for a 4k one. I had to schedule an appointment, go through the trouble of uninstalling my cable box, and drive to the store.When I got there I was that the store hasnt gotten a shipment of 4k cable boxes in a long time. Probably because no one there is competent enough to order some.If I could just call the store directly I wouldnt have had my time waisted.

Comcast is awful!!! First, I held on the phone for 9 hours!!! I was reimbursed $8!!!! After missing work meetings, and my children missed school, $8 was the consultation. This is totally unacceptable. We had cable tv installed, and the rep guaranteed us that our cable would work on all of our TVs. Of course it doesn’t. Now, they’re telling me that they would have to call me back to resolve the issue. They can’t tell me what day or time confining me to my home. If I receive a call back after waiting for days, and I am not at home when they finally call...then what!!!!?? I’m switching service providers.

I have been having a billing problem for 2 months where I paid an significant amount but it wasnt credited to my account. Every time I called the help line they opened up a new support ticket because the prior one had been closed because they said I hadnt responded to THEM. But they said they would call ME back and never did. I went to the local store with a file folder of documentation. I was paired with Ty to help me fix the problem. In 5 days my account had been credited the money I had paid, late fees waived, and all is well. Ive always been pleased with my internet service but their billing method is terrible. Ty was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He said he would fix it and he did. If not for him I would have dropped my Xfinity internet service. Thanks Ty. You were great helping me.

It keeps forcing me to the pay option. If xfinity isnt providing the services why should I pay? The kiosk for bill pay was down and I was not able to pay my bill. There are no other options available there at the location for bill pay which is ridiculous considering the amount of people working there. Xfinity is just making it harder on people instead of easier.

Transferred service last friday to new address. Didnt work. Called customer service on hold for an hour then after speaking to an agent in the Phillipines, said it was activated and put in an open ticket to install the RG-6 connector. Signed up with Xfinity they came out the first time and was not able to do the work needed to run the line. So today they run the line and cut my current service out just so they can tell me that they maybe able to get out to install today but probably be tomorrow. So cannot work and or do anything. Dont forget I had to wait over an hour to get someone on the phone to not help me. But I received an apology. So far my service is Xfinity is not great.

Cant stand Comcast! If you ever have a simple question, try calling Customer Service. You go through 10 menus and then someone that you can hardly understand...sounds like theyre in Asia somewhere. They did not even know how to turn off the hotspot!! EXTREMELY frustrating trying to get an answer to the simplest question. And, their numbers to the local stores are not even listed.
