He can explain everything to you if you are not from an IT background and is always on time. Also a very good value for the service provided. I highly recommend Ron Young at Eagle Communications. Ron represents a number of different phone carriers so he helped us find the best rate and greatly reduced our phone bill back when we had a traditional phone system. When we upgraded to Voice Over I.P. Ron worked with us (in person), answered all of our questions, and helped us find a VOIP system that suits us very well. We have a remote employee who works out-of-state. Ron set it up where she can answer our phones, make calls from our phone system, and transfer calls back and forth to her. Ron also set it up so that we have Apps on our cell phones which allows us to use our cell phones to make and receive calls using our office phone system. This is also really nice because when the internet goes out, we just turn on the cell phone apps and we dont miss any calls. I was reluctant to switch to a VOIP system, but, I love it now, and, Ron made the process easy, painless, and efficient.
