One of your realtors cut me off and almost caused an accident on Monday, 11/16/20, just to pass a semi a little faster. She got on EB 24 from the Pennyrile. Blue Subaru Outback/Impreza wagon with Reliant Realty in big letters on the back glass. Please be more careful...who knows if you drive clients around this way!

I did not used them after reading their contact very carefully!!! You are basically giving them the property to have total control, and you are liable for everything that happens without being consulted. I have six rentals through another property Manager and can assure you this is not standard! They say one thing on their web site and something completely different in their contract: IE: We do not charge for the paperwork, they why do you have to pay $ 350 up front and for any printed advertising, They state we will check your property after 90 days, but the contract states that is extra, only visits after the lease is terminated is free. BEWARE!!!

I would never recommend renting through this management company. We lost the perfect house because of their inability to return a simple email detailing where we needed to send some paperwork for our application. Since they didnt tell us where to send it after multiple emails, they rented the home to someone else because our application was incomplete due to the missing paperwork we had but didnt know where to submit. 2 and a half business days and multiple emails shouldve have given plenty of time and notice to respond to get our paperwork in, but since it wasnt we are still on a house hunt with a ticking clock.

Scott and his team do a GREAT JOB !!In addition, Scott is very knowledgeable on current laws pertaining to property Mgmt ( If you owns property and looking for a property Mgr ).Scott and his team are very customer service oriented for anyone considering leasing a home.I give few recommendations - You really must do a great job for me to make a post like this.Great company !!

As close to a scam as you can get list properties as move in ready, collects application fee from you. Just to deny you. property I viewed had a big hole in the chimney and they had it hidden with a cardboard box but did not say anything about it when I went into the office to pay application fee. Seems to me they are just collecting as many app fees as possible to pay for property restoration. I have a degree in business management and also military veteran In my honest opinion it does not seem this company is trustworthy.

Very rough experience with this group. Out of the blue I was told my management company was transferring my property to Reliant without a discussion, option, or heads up. First time speaking to the young lady, she didnt introduce herself properly, and caught me off guard that she was now my new management company. I immediately put on my defenses because I was not sure if this was a spam caller or why did this happen only after 2 months of having my rental property managed. After I confirmed with my current management company that they were transferring everything over to a creditable company because of the work load, I called back to ask what was included in the management service. She explained to me about the lease. I explained to her that the lease and tenants were in place, and what other service did they provide, she seemed very offended and would disclose other services they provided. She told me I had to call my current management company to determine what had been negotiated during the transfer. She said she would call him to see what he included in the service. I asked if she could call back EOB Friday, because it was already the 2nd or 3rd, to let me know what was needed to be done, as well what was included in the service, she said she would try. I waited for a week and never heard back. I called back today to find out what services were provided, and she said she couldnt accommodate the same services that my current management property included. I asked her again what kind of services did they provided, and she again told me about the lease, which is already in place. The service was doing a quarterly HVAC filter change to be sure that the units HVACs filters were being changed. This is a 4 visit a year property. The cost I currently pay is $125.00 for the fee that they would collect on an already existing tenant and signed 2 year lease.This company doesnt seem to be very customer service friendly, and very odd that she couldnt discuss what other services, besides writing a lease, the company offered. Needless to say, this kind of company seems to be good to you if you are in their network of friends but not so much if you are a new comer to the property management world. This is my first time experiencing this, and it has been a very rough experience with this company.Hopefully, they will read this and try to be more customer friendly, polite, and show better manners towards new clients. I wish them the best, but would not recommend.
