Vicki was absolutely amazing! She did a WONDERFUL job on my first set of dip powder nails and did a great job explaining what I was getting too😊 She had a great sense of humor during my visit as well, very personable! My pedicure was perfect— she does her job very well. From what I was seeing, several of the workers at this establishment did great work. I will definitely be booking with her Vicki again in three weeks! 👍🏻

Amber is amazing! She put so much effort into my acrylics and made sure they were perfect. You can tell that not only has she mastered nail design/acrylics, but you can tell that she genuinely cares about her work. I am a forever client of hers now.

I had a wonderful first experience. Amber and Huy were wonderful. Amber is an excellent artist and Huy was warm and welcoming. The environment was elegant and relaxing. I’m looking forward to another visit.

The Worst experience i’ve ever had. I got my toes done first and i came home and noticed paint all over my skin… I also then noticed the paint job didn’t even cover the whole nail. Then I got a gel manicure. My nails are different lengths. They are completely patchy and see through. One of the colors i wanted wasn’t right ( my fault i should’ve said something) Some of my nails are thickly coated others are super thin. She seemed super rushed and kept checking her phone like she had something more important to be doing. which I understand but she could’ve at least stepped away taken care of it or had someone else to my nails. All in all HIGHLY disappointed in my services.

This is the best nail salon. Tan is awesome. He really did a wonderful job with my gel manicure and pedicure. I recommend him. Kind and great staff as well. Really enjoyed my experience ❤️

Love this place. They give me wine or other drinks and a hand massage to relax me during my manicure. The pedicure chair massages you. It is beautiful in there. The staff is very friendly. And my nails will last a month. They dont fall off like other nail places.

This was my first visit with them and I will definitely be going back. The nail salon was gorgeous inside and clean. My nail tech was such a sweet lady and did my nails exactly how I asked. I highly recommend.

Ive been going to this place for at least 4 years with no problem, but my only issue is my latest visit. I went to get a pedicure, which I only get once a year, if so. I am very ticklish, and the gentleman who did my toes seemed slightly annoyed every time I squirmed. When he finished the color on my nails, he said, Let it dry for a few minutes with no further explanation. He walked to the back. So I did, and because of his poor communication, I assumed the session was done and I could go. I removed foam shoe that they put on to separate the toes while they dry, and some of the color chipped off. Thats when he walked back out, and looked very disappointed and annoyed, and thats when I realized the session wasnt over yet. He had to redo some color. All of this confusion could have been avoided with better communication, and he could have at least been professional and not annoyed. It was on a not busy weekday. Because of that, Im not sure Ill be going backUPDATE : Your response has nothing to do with anything I wrote in my review. You either didn’t read it or blantantly ignored it.

06-21-21I took my girlfriend here to get us pedicures. The ladies were nice and all but they didn’t know what they were doing. They left my legs with Mark’s and gave my girlfriend a wart on her toe….all for $45 just to pay more to get her wart removed….

I love getting my pedicures by Lo-Ann!! She takes her time and is precise. Her foot massages are to die for.

I went to this location on June 21st for a pedicure to get French tips on my toes and turns out I got scrubbed to death with a scratchy sponge in the pedicure process especially hard on the left side of my right big toe. Now from all that I literally have a huge wart that formed which is costing me more to get rid of than the pedicure price I paid which was $45. What a rip off literally never will I go back. Obviously the tools aren’t clean especially with covid cleanliness is supposed to be a concern for companies. You would think clean tools. Come on. RIP to my toe.

I just visited Vogue Nail Bar yesterday for the first time to get a pink and white full set and I am VERY impressed!! My sister in law referred me and I did not leave disappointed. The place is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly, and everything was impeccably clean! Havana was my nail tech and she was fantastic! She is so sweet, professional and detail oriented! We talked the entire time and I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks! They provided a very relaxing experience for this very busy momma of 3!

I love vogue nail bar. I’ve been going here since I moved to Tennessee two years ago. They are the ONLY nail bar I trust . Solo is the only person allowed to touch my hands and Peter is amazing with my feet. We joke and talk the entire time which is important when working in customer service. I bring my husband and kids to get their pedicures and nails done with me and they all love Vogue.

The establishment only takes appointments, however they do not service you at the confirmed appointment time. Appointment was at 10, nail technician was just starting another clients nails at 10:15, the receptionist stated he was finishing another client up. Once I was seated, I saw that he was not even close to being done with the previous client. This led me to not being serviced until 10:40. This is ridiculous, you cannot tell clients to make an appointment and then have them waiting almost an hour to be serviced.

Arrived as a walk-in on a fairly busy day. The hostess were extremely polite and professional!! The tech who did my pedicure, Havan, was amazing!! I was the only guy in there and she broke the tension by telling jokes and explaining everything she was using. I highly recommend coming here!

If I could give this 1 star I would. I had my nail already shaped and done and just wanted a color change & the lady literally filed my nails so much I now am down the the quick on both sides. I left there bleeding and in pain and all the manager did was give me 10$ gift card. I paid 65$ for a dip color change. HORRIBLE customer service. Will not be going back & will NEVER RECOMMEND!

I got a dip manicure with tips and they did a great job. My nails look great.My first tech did not have her mask above her nose. She was clearly offended when I asked her to wear it correctly. She informed me that someone else would be finishing my nails because she had asthma and could not properly wear a mask. The tech who replaced her did not wear his over his nose either.I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during a pandemic. I had a pedicure booked as well but did not feel comfortable staying.

Twice I been here. I will definitely come back. I found my new favorite nail salon. Everyone was wearing mask fully but if they chose not to I would be okay with it. Happy holidays.

I would rate it lower but 1 star is as low as you can go. Their prices are outrageous the manager Aka the owner is as rude as can be. My friend just went to get her nails done she had Nexgen (dip powder) on prior and the owner decided to argue with her saying it was acrylic when she obviously knows what she had on before. She got black with gold glitter on 2 nails and they tried to charge her 75 dollars. There was not a price sheet visible. She didn’t get what she asked for. The employees are unprofessional going back and forth working on different nail clients we got there at 12:45 and didn’t leave until almost 4 o clock. She called to speak to the owner he wouldn’t let her get a word in constantly interrupting her and speaking over her not being compliant at all. We will definitely not be back!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have always come to Vogue nails for my Pedicures and Manicures since moving to Murfreesboro. The staff is generous and super professional. I have had the experience of getting my pedicure done by Ms. Lo-Ann. She is extremely friendly and is fantastic at pedicures. By taking her time and paying attention to detail, she can care for your feet because she is not rushing. She has spoiled me, and the only tech I want to do my pedicures.😊

I went there with my 2 granddaughters. Both got the same thing except for one hit a brow wax.One of them was 78 for both nails and pedicure. The other one with the exact same service some how was chatges 115. That nails alone. I still dont understand the difference other than different colors and shapes. I feel like I was took fir 40 extra dollars for the same service I paid for 2 of them. And mine.

I’m sorry but I received the worst manicure ever from this salon. First of all the manicure was so quick that I asked myself what in the heck did she do for $27!! My polished started chipping and pealing the very next day, I wore gloves to do my dishes and everything and it still chipped.

The best nail spa I have ever visited. Clean, professional staff who pay attention to detail. They always focus on the client and never rush. They are timely and overall have a great vibe.

Staff is super nice and my nails turned out great. However- I am not happy with their sanitary procedures. They use the same files and buffers between clients without sanitizing. They are very skilled so I just ask for my own new file and bits. They will do it but you have to ask.

Relaxing, comfortable, and positive atmosphere. I met several nail techs while there, and everyone was friendly fun. Not to mention complimentary wine, and Beyoncé playing in the background. :) Very happy with my spa manicure, definitely will be back!

I went to get a gel fill. I normally have long nails but today Diane took it upon herself to just cut all of my nails off and then after she cut him off tell me I cant do no long nails. I stayed at the salon for 3 hours and finally got a new full set and theyre still way too short and they still charges me the price of a full set for their workers error. Needless to say I will never be back to the salon

I’ve had my dip manicure on for less than a week and three nails have chipped. I wanted to get them fixed so I showed up at 7pm and the door was locked. Also, no one answered the phone when I called. I’ve seen 7:30 and 8pm listed as the closing time. Either way, they were obviously not willing to take anymore customers after 7pm. Disappointing. I was very happy with my previous dip done by Tom. He was thorough and took his time. The most recent dip however, I knew would not last very long. It was a younger male tech that did it and he rushed through it. Probably will not go back.

I had my nails done here for the first time for a wedding with the bride and flower girl. I had gel nails and Tom was quick, very nice, and did a very good job! Polish is even and my cuticles have never looked better. The place is very clean, pretty, and has a nice environment. I will be returning for any nails in the future!

I went there with my mom as a treat as our first Mother’s Day together as moms and they started my pedi AFTER my moms was completely finished and we were there until they closed.Then the nail tech did a HORRIBLE job on my dip and the manager was no where to be found! I called and came back on my next day off for them to try and fix it and they made them look even worse and asked me to come back the next day. I came back and she told me she could just give me a %20 discount because duo can not be filled in!!!

Joselyn was amazing! We had great conversation and she did a great pedicure. The receptionist however was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Hopefully she gets that together and is not so unpleasant the next time.

If you only want your acrylics to last less than a week, then this is the perfect place for you! I’ve been getting acrylic nails for the past 5 years at various salons, but decided to finally give Vogue a try. Two of my nails broke off in the first 4 days I had then. I was not rough with them. When I went in to get them fixed, they did not care about how my nails looked. I was left with two new nails that: 1. I had to ask multiple times to be shaped the same as the rest of my nails 2. Were twice as thick as all the other ones 3. Are not smooth on top 4. Shorter than every other nail 5. Had to ask to clean out all of the additional acrylic from under my nails. To make it worse, it took over an HOUR to have two nails fixed because the guy kept leaving to do other things. The only reason I give them two stars instead of one is because Kara did a beautiful job on my nails the first time I went in there. I absolutely will not be returning.

Im only giving 4 stars because before today my experience here has always been great.Today was my first time having a painful experience getting my nails done and the entire process just seemed so rushed. I had, who I think was John, as that was the name on all of the stuff he was pulling out. He said he hasnt been there very long.I wanted a full acrylic set that I took my own nail polish in to be colored with.My left pointer nail had a bump in the center because he didnt smooth everything out before painting the nail.The edges on the underside of all the nails were rough and blunted, they werent smoothed down at all despite how much he seemed to be filing away. He just left everything bluntly filed, which I will have to fix at home.He didnt fully paint the nails, as there were streaks and areas along the sides missing nail polish.He kept digging his nails in between my nail and skin, especially when he was trying to push the skin away from my nail due to him gluing the fake nail to my actual skin...The nails werent shaped evenly, so they look slightly off.Again, I generally have a really great experience and love my nails when I leave this place... but today felt like I was in elementary school again having a slumber party, but without all the fun.When it came time to dry, he rushed me through that and told me not to bump them on anything and just kept motioning me to the front.$50.00 dollars later...Im going to fix them here at home, to shape them and smooth out the underside of the nail, as well as repaint them.

This place is supposed to be able to do marble nails but they only have one person that can supposedly do it. And he doesn’t even know the proper technique to marble nails. They have overcharged me on two separate occasions I would not recommend this place

While some things are pretty decent here. Like how you pick out gel and dip colors and the ambiance, the rest left a bad taste. I had one lady who was doing my pedi and would do my mani after. But instead, someone came in, unscheduled, and requested her. So I was switched to another gal. Which I didnt appreciate, but its not a big deal.The other gal ended up giving me a couple of sore spots from using her drill on my skin and also cut the tip of my pinkie finger from one side of my nail to the other. My finger was tender for a good week. Plus she tried some new brush techniques which just left the gel uneven. It even started chipping within a week or so. They do allow you to come back within 2 weeks if anything chips, but Im not setting foot in there again.

This was my first time at this nail salon. I have to say that Jennifer did an amazing job. I will drive from Antioch to the boro just for her to do my nails!!! She took her time and listened to what I wanted.

Vogue advertises a two week satisfaction guarantee on acrylic, dip, AND GEL. I went in this morning on day 9 after my gel manicure to ask about this guarantee, because 7 out of 10 of my nails were starting to lift and peel up. The person I spoke to looked at them and insisted that this is what happened as your nails grow. Its not. There should not be a giant gap and air bubble. If I run my fingers through my hair, my hair should not get caught between my nail and the gel polish. They refused to do anything about this and were incredibly rude about it and acted like I was stupid and dont understand how manicures work.The second star is merely a courtesy to the woman who did my pedicure. It was relaxing and she didnt skimp on the massage. But still, overall, Im not impressed, and I wont be back.

If I could give this place less than one star I would have been here and walked out twice the customer service here is just not. The techs even the manager will walk right past you like you are invisible. My last visit I waited for 35 minutes no one greeted me but you expect me to pay top notch for your services. Yeah right. I walked out and never looked back went up to Nail Noire was greeted and seated within minutes. They lost $200 that day and going forward we will never return.

Vogue nail bar is a super nice place! Even though its nice its cheaper than a lot of other nail salons Ive been to. Its was $40 for gel nails plus a mini arm massage and hot towel!

My first visit to Vogue was pleasant and my nail tech was sweet. I came in for dip powder and it was quick. One of my nails was split and it broke so she trimmed it and added a tip, free of charge. I dont remember her name but she was great and we had good conversation!My second visit, my nail tech was La, who was also very sweet. Came in again for dip, went for a light pink color. Sat me down and wrapped my nails, then came back with two different jars of powder: the color I picked and her favorite color. I decided to try out her favorite color (a very light pink OPI powder), and ended up loving it! I was there for a little over an hour, so it was pretty quick. Ive gotten several compliments on my nails, from friends and strangers. La did a great job at shaping the nails, applying the powder, and was gentle. I did get nicked once but she apologized.Both times the total came out to $48 minus tips, so Vogue is on the pricier side but I will definifely be returning.

OMG!!! I originally went to another place, but they were appointment only. I was referred here by one of the ladies in the other nail salon. When I tell you Im happy af that i was referred to this spot, I mean it!!! My nail tech name was Thai, he was so lovable and gentle. He took his time and made sure every last one of my nails was perfect. I will be back just to visit my new found love (Tech Thai). Please, if youre new to the area let this be your 1st nail spot you visit. I promise you wont regret it😘

The service and quality of work is hit or miss here. They have a 2 week guarantee, but it’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix a nail. They don’t ever want to take the blame for anything, and the owner is rude.

They told me the wait was 15 minutes.. “at the most”. AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER, I’m still sitting here waiting for them to fill the water basin for my pedicure. I would NOT be paying for this service if I didn’t have a gift card!! A 2.5 hour wait is not only ridiculous, but to not be upfront about said wait time?? Astounding. WILL. NOT. BE. BACK.

Where do I start...over priced, crazy loud, and a staff that just doesnt care about their craft. The floors were dirty, the nail polish samples were limited, and everything was extra. We asked for cuticle oil to finish off our manicures, generally this should be a standard treatment, and were told that would be $5 extra. Seriously?! For like 2 drops of oil? My mothers toe nail polish looked like a blind 2 year old put it on. My toe polish wasnt that much better. They didnt use a primer on either of of our nails so both our gel manicures lifted within a week. Ill pay top dollar for nails IF someone actually does a good job, but we couldve gotten better results going to the beauty school. The music was so loud I thought I was at a night club - I had a headache by the time we left. I kept asking my girl questions and she couldnt even hear me - even though she was only a foot from my face. I really dont know what there is that anyone can rave about in regards to this place.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this salon. After spending $90 on a pedicure and gel nails, the French pedicure looked like something a 5 year old could do, and the gel nails hardly lasted a week and a half! I went to another salon to have my toes redone and now they look nice. For the cost of this place, you do not get what you pay for .But it gets one star only because the inside is very pretty.

I have loved my experience at Vogue nails Every. Single. Time. I get the dip set and a pedicure. Kara is AWESOME. She’s a perfectionist and gives 100%! She’s also very efficient and gets me in and out. I’ve never experienced a wait because I usually go during the day during a weekday, on a Sunday, or around 4pm on Saturday. It’s never busy during those times.

Very nice place, however I asked for acrylics with gel polish and they recommended I get the dip powder. Since I’ve never had it before I decided to try it, the dip powder took way too long to do and I had to wait for them to dry which is why I always just get gel. The dip powder left lumps in my nails and weren’t shaped nicely and doesn’t match the same color pink I have on my toes which is gel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the dip powder, but the place is very nice.

THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!!!This was my first time using this nail bar. Today is my daughters birthday, so I brought them to the nail bar to get pedicures It looked really nice on the inside. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I inquired about pricing etc...I explained to her what we wanted and picked out colors. She didnt know the exact prices, so she went to the back to verify twice the cost. Since she was nice, I decided to go ahead and get a pedicure alone with my toddler. ( 4 pedicures) Everyone was nice. So Long stort short...I go to the register to pay, the lady told me my total cost was $31bucks more than what I was told.I didnt know why. She said that they had to charge for the designs and the different colors that the kids used. I honestly did not know that they would charge them as the techs where asking the kids if they wanted designs etc... 2 of the techs voluntarily added colors and other designs without my permission and without my daughters permission.The manager basically tried to force me to pay for services that I didnt ask for and didnt know it would be at an extra cost.I told her that I wasnt gonna pay for the extra charges as I wasnt told in the beginning that it would be extra. I asked if we could come up with a compromise? I also asked if she could go verify with the tech and the receptionist the quoted prices. Apparently, the receptionist had left, however, the nail came up to verify what I was told. The manager didnt care about that. All she wanted was for me to pay the full price.Before the police was called, she offered to take the polish off and put solid colors on. I said, thats fine with me, however that just mean more work for you guys to do. She went to the back to tell the techs, apparently they declined it. She said, you are right that will be too much work. You have to pay the full price. I said no mam I will not! I asked her to get the receptionist and the other manager to verify what they quoted me as this will eliminate the issue. Apparently they didnt know who there receptionist was between 9:30am and 10:00 am. She also didnt care that the tech verified that the receptionist indeed went to ask someone twice about the prices. She then went to say that they all left. (This is such a long story)VERDICT: The police literally told her that I was right and I should only have to pay for the pedicures. If she wanted to file a civil suit later she could. I was totally embarrassed! I was humiliated by the manager! This had to happen in front of my children and on my daughters Birthday!! This could have easily been handled without calling the police on me. I hate to through the race card 😡 but I wonder if that had anything to do with it. I dont see any other bad reviews that says the police was called on them for $31. Had I known ahead of time, I would not allowed the nail techs to do designs and add all of that extra stuff on their toes. 🤷🏿‍♀️ She also went to say that everyone should know that its extra. You cant expect everyone to know. She was so nasty and rude to me! I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW MY EXPERIENCE! I DID A REALLY GOOD JOB OF REMAINING CALM AS THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A MESS!!! On April 3, 2019, my friends and I went to Vogue Nail Bar in Murfreesboro to get manicures and have waxing done. Both my friend and I were severely burned by the wax. We didn’t realize how severe it was until we left. We went to a another professional brow artist to ask for an opinion of what went wrong. ALL of them agreed that we were burned. We had to purchase $80 burn cream to heal our skin. We then went back to speak to the manger and request a refund on the waxing. He stood in front of our CLEARLY burned skin and said that he did not see any burn and refused to refund our money. He then went on to say that it was acne in my forehead when you could clearly see that it was blisters. I have pictures to show what my forehead looked like prior to the visit and what it looked like after. All photos have a date stamp so I can prove the before and after are from the same day. I also have a picture of my receipt to prove the services were received on the same day. I DO NOT recommend that anyone go to this place as the technicians are clearly not trained properly and the manager has no interest in making things right. I have never before experienced worse customer service. Just trying to get an honest review out there to protect anyone else from being victimized.

Just finished getting a gel manicure with Melisha. She did a phenomenal job!! Shes new to the salon but not a new nail technician. I highly recommend giving her a try. My nails look great and the hand massage was incredible!

Nice place, friendly service, and very relaxing! The lady that did my nails did a GREAT job! Their prices are a little high though.

I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. I had my bridesmaids get their nails done here with me before my wedding and everyone loved their nails and nail technicians. Today I had Vinh (“Vin”) and he was such a pleasure to talk to and did an amazing job on my toes and my nails. I’ve been to multiple nail salons in Murfreesboro and Vogue Nail Bar is my favorite.

Hands down, the BEST of Murfreesboro!!! Love the decor! Love the customer service! Love the work! So friendly, available, and skilled! This was my first time here and I have found my nail bar home! Shout out to Vincent!!!!!!

Everytime I’ve been here I’ve gotten treated with kindness and respect, and have been really good as doing my nails/toe nails. This is a good place to get acrylics although it is a bit pricy for said acrylics.

Tina was excellent hardly any wait at all nail shape was perfect Mass variety of dip gel and regular polish colors. Everyone was super friendly

Nice facility, and my friend’s pedicurist did a good job, but mine—not so much. She dug into the corner of my toe and cut out a chunk of nail saying it was “ingrown.” It was not ingrown. Now, however, my toe is inflamed and infected. I notified management but received no reply. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people need to be careful.

Nail bar was great minus the long wait for wine. Friendly staff and great job on nails. Needs improvement on classification of nails. Kids are running around yelling, but still over all a good salon. Defiantly overpriced though it was 40 for a gel mani which they didnt even use fake nails or anything. I would have paid 30 happily but 40 is to much.

The best in town. Highly recommend! I get dip nails and they always last 3 weeks. Love this place

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I go is just a disaster. I tried to get them a chance but I’m done. Last week I called to make an appointment on Wednesday afternoon. I get there on time, pick my color and they had me seating for 1 hour and 15 min before they even start the service. Today -a week later- two of my natural nails broke even though I had gel on it and is never an issue for me. I called again to make an appointment and fix them and the manager says I can just walk in. Get there and they made me wait 30 minutes, the tech cut my nails without my permission to the point I needed fake nails. After I complained the manager said everybody was busy and to be back at 5pm. I Get back on time and he barely touched my nails when he leaves to work on another person at the same time. After that he kept saying they didn’t have the color I needed even though they did my nails A WEEK AGO! Bottom line don’t waste your time and money here. Highly unprofessional. Don’t know what they are doing. You are better off doing your own nails at home.
