I got a full set and the website price shows $32.Once my nails were done. I asked what was my total? I was quoted $55.00. Who paying 55 for a basic full set. 🤔 So the tech says, for gel polish its 55.00. I do not want gel polish, the regular polish will do. And my bill was $32.00. I do not like when ppl try to take advantage of me. Also, the website says they only use products nail files & buffers on clients once & then they are discarded. That was not the case with my visit. Will not be returning.

Lots of add on charges. Wanted a basic gel dip manicure, was quoted $65. Had to settle on plain pink & white acrylics which still came out to $60 plus tip. Not satisfied too thick, no special experience here...

Today was the best ever! I needed some me time. Chloe was the absolute best. She did not rush, she took her time, and made me feel like luxury! The vibe in here when I come is always chill. The people here are always nice. Best place ever!!! I recommend you come here!!

Nail tech was switched in the middle and you could tell, my right foot noticeably had longer toenails than my left. The polish job was rushed and streaky. Everyone was polite though.

Arrived 12:30. Still here at 3:15 and its not because they are busy. New ownership and the inexperience shows. Noticed a few other unhappy customers here too. Maybe later but not now. My toe looks like it took off sideways. A lady with an appointment even had to wait an hour for service. Missing Vi and no one will tell where she went. Feel bad for Linda but no doubt she will find something better after the baby.

Had a pedi here today. I had the same one as last couple of visits. She is very good.However, since covid they had to change the nail stations. As a result they raised their prices. So that is why I am giving them 4 stars

Very fast, extremely focused on sanitization, and made my tired feet feel much better with a relaxing massage. All my callouses were gone!

The dip service was great the pedicure was a little less than what I’m used to I was in a grate deal of pain in the soles of my feet afterward from burning wax and scraping tool.

Very messy nails. Felt rushed and basically kicked out at the end. Tech did not make sure nails were all similar length. Did not offer to clean the excess paint off my skin. Did not apply cuticle oil etc. not worth the 60$ I was charged Two other customers came in to have nails fixed while I was there.

I have been going to serenity for over a year now and have always enjoyed my experience. Today was definitely NOT one of those days. First i apparently got someone new and figured ok everyone deserves a chance. Well was i wrong. I always do dip and have pretty long nails. First he didnt even ask if i wanted a cut down, which I did, so i asked him to cut them, maybe he didnt understand but kept going on with what he was doing, no cut. I left that alone then he proceeded to put the wrong polish to start the dip base. He put on and drilled off TWICE! Finally someone came over and pointed out which one to use. Drilled off again and never put base coat back on. I had to say it to him! After that he couldnt get my nails full in the dip and kept pulling my fingers. He the proceeded to put multiple coats and i finally said thats enough, its too thick! 2 HOURS LATER, my polish is lumpy and not smooth and missing spots! I was just ready to go! I get home and a few hours later, bam! One cracks in half right across the middle. Ive been going to the place a while but after today and all the employees knew he was messing up and noone helped or said anything to me afterward i may never go back,! Ive sent many friends here and rave about their services....no more!!

Kay gave me a pedicure I was so pleased. She didn’t rush , she was sweet, made sure I was comfortable . I was very pleased with her service. I let her freestyle a design an it looks great. I will be returning next month.

I have been going to serenity nail spa for about a year now and have referred many friends. Tim does my nails and the reason I keep coming back is because of his attention to detail. If he doesnt like something, he will go over it until he gets it right. I get the dip powder nails, and while some salons will drill your nails down to remove them, Tim soaks them off and removes them properly so as not to cause any damage to your natural nails. When I get pedicures, I let anyone who is available do them because the whole staff is WONDERFUL!! They are so friendly and inviting. They say hello every time they see you. They really take their time on perfecting your pedicure and giving you a great massage. They also keep the salon very clean. Which is important! I will be a life time customer because I love this nail salon so much!

I love serenity! I recently moved and was checking out nail salons and I finally found my salon home! Kim is AMAZING at pedicures and has even remembered my name, so sweet. Tim and others at the front are very talented and remember what I get everytime. They really care about their customers. Plenty of colors to choose from and plenty of services offered. :)

Took my mother for her first ever pedicure, got one my self (first time) great service.

I love Serenity! Their pedicure with the bags of hot wax are my favorite! Prices are fair especially for the quality of work. I recently have started doing the powder nails and they last for a good 4-5 weeks before I have to get them redone! I am always happy with my service at Serenity.

I just recently went to this nail shop and an older lady did my nails. She was polite but a little irritated when I asked for for more coats. I spent $85 dollars on see through nails. She didn’t even want to put another coat on my nails. I’m very disappointed and will not recommended this nail salon. They didn’t even have the Yellow color for my nails for I had to get a gold that is not even thick on my nails. It’s a see through gold and I still have Pink on my nails from my original color. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS NAIL SALON!!!

I was treated to a manicure/pedicure which was absolutely amazing. Every nail tech. were courteous, warm, and very helpful. For pedicure I had Kim, and I couldnt have had a more pleasant experience.. She was very thorough (I especially loved the massage!!!)

They’re seriously the best. I’ve been in Murfreesboro for about 7 months, and I always complain about how awful my nails look after getting them done. My roommate recommended Serenity, and I haven’t even thought about going anywhere else since! They do all the little steps you hope that they will but you don’t have to ask. From nails being the exact length as their mate, to the shape being exact. They’re amazing.

I’m very displeased with my nails I got acrylics and paid 38$ for a half done job.I asked her several times to paint the ENTIRE nail but she couldn’t be bothered with my requests (: so she ignored me several times and still did not fix the problem. Now almost 2 days later it looks as if I need a fill which is extremely displeasing. This was my first time there and I’m NEVER going back. If you’re younger they will treat you as nuisance and continuesly try to pressure you to spend more money

I would give ZERO stars if I could I didnt catch the mans name but he was very rude and turned my daughter and I away for what reason not sure we were told by a woman who worked there to pick out what color we wanted and then a few minutes later he approached us telling me we had to leave. That made my daughter and I upset like my money wasnt good enough I will never recommend this place to any of my friends!

This was my 3rd time going. Same shoddy work. Im done!! Had nails done YESTERDAY, and nails look like I shouldve have a fill in LADT WEEK!! Three of the nails are crooked! What the hell did I pay $165 for yesterday?? Although only $65 was for my nails.... seriously...would YOU pay $65 for crooked nails you have to have filled in three days later? Would you?? I know u wont EVER AGAIN!;

I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite a while. Haven’t been there for a while so after telling my daughter what a great place it was we went... . The man that sits at the front should have given us our money back. She was pressured into a $40 pedicure. The lady that did my nails was very rude and asked me how short I wanted my nails, I responded with “What do you think” and she spoke loudly back to me and said “how short do you want your nails!!!!! It was very rude and inconsiderate ...then she spilled nail polish on me and looked at me like it was my fault. She was laughing and I was rather loud and very upset because I’ve never had an experience like that there. She did glitter over four nails and when you hold them up to the sun you can see right through them.....she would not put more polish on them just one coat. Last, but not in any special order her nail sponge went flying at me down into my lap. After I was loud and very very upset and told her what I was feeling and how a customer should be treated especially when you are paying to get a service and should never be pressured into a service that you do not want. If I had known my daughter was pressured into a $40 pedicure when she gets them done once a month and has never been Told her that her feet needed it and my daughter is a really special person and just wanted to leave she is so upset also... she never got her nails done and they put other people in front of her. My girlfriends go there because I told them about it a long time ago ....well I will be letting everyone know what poor service we got today. I would never step foot back into that place ever again and honestly in all my years of getting my nails done I have never been treated like that and for the man that has always been nice to me to treat me the way he was treating me today ..I am honestly sitting in my truck not believing what just happened and to top it off my daughter did not get her nails done. She got her feet done, I got my nails done and they put someone else before my daughter to get her fingernails done. My family are my world and for you people to do this I can only stay I truly believe in karma 100%... shame on you Serenity nails... I guess you just got too big for your britches.....I am giving a one just because there’s no option for a zero. Please excuse all of my mistakes but what we just experienced was unforgivable.

I LOVE the new owners!! New pedicure chairs that are great and the pedicures themselves are so wonderful and relaxing. Im also in love with the acrylic dipping powder they have for nails!!!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! People of color.....DO NOT waste your time here, as your patronage is not appreciated here. I have never been treated so rudely in my life, and this is a pattern of behavior. An African American female also walked out due to the maltreatment. You may not like serving me, but I choose where to spend my money and time....and it will not be here! There are so many other salons in this area that are happy to take your money, and theyll treat you right while doing so!

The ladies were nice but I just paid 30$ for the fastest pedicure that I’ve ever had. They rubbed with oil for MAYBE 2 minutes a leg/ no lotion or anything.I just think 30$ is high for a crappy pedicure :/

I will never go back!! The male that was at the front door messing with his phone when I came in was not customer friendly at all but also lied to me about the price! He got mad at me when I asked him to fix some deep groves he left on my nails that you can see very clearly through the clear coat! He did a fill and white tips and told me at the door the fill and to paint my toes only would be $35.00. My husband paid $63.00! I know I was ripped off!!!!

Here I am, the picky :)I was here at 9:30, I was the I only customer, I had a relax pedicure with Ms. Cathy. By 10:20 there were 4 more customers and I can tell they are frequent customers because they knew the employees. It was clean and well organized. I didnt like that the man was texting while I was asking for information.

The guy who did my nails was nice and all but he just was rushing and I had bubbles in my nails and I came back and they gave me a full new set for free and they were good so that’s why I gave a three

They did an ok job on my nails. Had a manicure. Took only 20 min. Lady was on the phone when she walked me back to the light. She had not put the top coat on my nails yet. Had to twist around so she could put top coat on because there was another lady next to me. I accidently bumped my thumb nail when I twisted back to put my hand under the dryer. She was obviously not happy that I bumped it....I apologized,but she still looked unhappy...gave a $5.00. Tip for a $20.00 service....I expected a little more courtesy...and maybe even a smile would have been nice.

Best mani and pedi Ive ever had. They really go above and beyond...feet leg hand AND shoulder massage...left feeling like I had been to a 4 star spa! Nice ladies!

WOW. The customer service was absolutely awful, so many unprofessional ladies working under one roof. I dont even no where to begin. First i was greeted with a rude stare and unwelcoming Sign in. I sat down at the pedi station and Sal was the one who greeted me nicely and performed my service, that was until i was wanting a design on my toes, he had to call someone else over to do this, i believe her name was Victoria. First off she was dressed inappropriate to say it nicely, the sad thing is she wasnt the only lady dressed this way, it was the entire staff, other than how these ladies looked, while she was performing the simple design i had flinched slightly, she said in a loud voice WOW you cant do that, whats your problem? You need to sit still i was like excuse me? First off im paying you for this service, second it was not that dramatic of a move that you had to make such a huge seen. Even the young gentleman who performed my service apologized for her rudeness when i was checking out. I will NEVER GO back to this place, and i dont recommend it to anyone. As a licensed cosmetologist, someone who has done what they do for many years, i would never ever ever hire people like that for my place of work. Its a shame people like this have the opportunity to run a business.

I had a shellac manicure there, which I have had done elsewhere and it lasted for 3 weeks, it was chipping the NEXT day. I went back the following day to have it repaired and they grudgingly fixed it and 3 nails were chipped again the next day. I went somewhere else and had them removed. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

They have kids running back and forth bringing products and helping out... not really relaxing.

Avoid like the plague!!! First pedicure of the year for sandal season, they clipped two cuticles too close, causing them to bleed and surprise surprise two weeks later those same two toenails are yellowing and chipping off. Im 32 years old, never had toenail fungus a day in my life, honestly didnt know what was happening when they started chipping off, and to make matters worse Im pregnant and cant take any meds to fix it. Not a doubt in my mind that my fungus and subsequently ruined sandal season is due to my horrible mistake of ever walking into this place.

I got the the $40 pedi on Saturday. By Sunday it was chipped. Of course Im going out of town early in the morning, so I cant go in for a touch up, but I certainly will when I return. Ive never had a pedi chip. Only one coat of polish was used. The guy doing my pedi wanted to be anywhere on this planet except where he was. I MIGHT try them one more time, but I doubt it.

I have been going here for years. New owners r great and new pedi chairs are really nice. No other nail salon in the boro has the new healthier dipping powder for your nails. I love it and I love them. Prices are average there products and services are above average whay Ive experienced in other spas. Never had any problems with cleanliness. Only downside is occasionally they r very busy best to call ahead or have apt to keep from waiting but definitely worth it!

Very good pedis, they do not skimp on leg rub. Love the chairs comfy. They lost a star on acrilic nails. Paradise nails in lavergne normally does mine flawlessly and a bit thin to look natural. What i dont like about how serenity does nails is they are to thick for me..Not their fault i should have said something before they started. overall they still look good.I saw the lady next to me gettng the dipping powder, IMO its way to fake looking and to thick..

My nails looked horrible and when I tried to tell them what was wrong they told me it was my nails fault :(. Some of the ladies there are fabulous but other tech needs try something else.

Literally just left this place. Incredibly rude staff and they dont even look up to address you. I only needed a fill in, and my tech made me feel like i asked the world of her. Worst of it all, the scenery is so nice and the other techs may be kind but my first experience is ruined. My fill in job was so terrible im going to pay another salon to fix it. I addressed her mistakes w her and she told me it was just my nails. I told her my real nails do not bubble its the way she so sloppily put my acrylic on. Anyhow, id recommend going elsewhere, dont spend money here! Beware of Christian (american name).
