She’s been my nail technician for some time now so I decided to follow her at her new salon. Anna knows exactly how I like my nails. She just gets it. I never have to mention anything regarding shape or length. She always provides honest feedback when I have trouble picking a color.Once I arrived for my appointment, Anna was ready to provide my services. She took her time with both services and I was able to enjoy my time there without feeling rushed. The salon was very clean and relaxing. I also enjoyed the multiple color options. I made an appointment for Saturday to get gel nails, they looked great. By the end of my nail one of my nails had already chipped and one other nail was starting to peel off. I went back Sunday to get them to fix it, I figured I would have to wait also not a big deal. When I walked in I tried to explain to the man that I was here just yesterday and my nail is already chipped and I just wanted them to fix the two nails. However, he kept interrupting me asking when my appointment for today was, I couldnt even get my full sentence out! I finally said I dont have an appointment I just need two nails fixed and he refused to try and fix them because they were fully booked for the day. He talked to me very rudely so I walked out and I will never be returning. Never have I ever had a nail salon not try to fix my nails as soon as possible if there was a error. The way he talked to me was truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not recommend coming here.

Absolutely love this nail salon! They are kind, friendly, efficient, and they do a great job no matter what you need. They call you by name, and make you feel so welcome. Truly a wonderful experience every time I go no matter which nail technician I have!

Everyone here was so nice and joked around with us, great energy and environment! They offered us drinks upon arrival and it was a really great experience overall. Our nails came out perfect (even though we all bumped and messed them up a bit, they fixed them for us!) we will definitely be back!

Was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was friendly. Huge selection of colors. Salon was clean. My pedicure was as expected. Prices are what you expect. They have many options for your pedicure. I chose the spa pedicure with the essential oil paraffin wrap. I will definitely return.

Anna might be new to this shop, but she definitely isnt new the game. Ive been going to her for 5 years and shes absolutely wonderful. Shes always prompt and kind and is the only person I have found to do such exquisite nail art.

I just moved to Murfreesboro from New York and I’ve tried other salons in Murfreesboro but recently found - my nail salon and I absolutely love it! The customer service is amazing, it’s always very clean & they do great work. I highly recommend this salon.

I generally really like the place. The people there always engage in conversation and make you feel very welcomed. The machines are great and the place is very clean everywhere. Although they do try and force you into getting things you dont want they do make suggestions to help you decide. The lady I did get I tried telling her what I wanted and she refused so that was kinda a downer because I paid the money for it. Other than that I really enjoyed it but they are very expensive

I have been going here to get my nails done for a few months now and love going! The customer service is good and they try to make you feel relaxed and enjoy your services. They have a great selection of products and the techs honestly have decent skills. I have been to nail salons closer to Nashville that have charged more and have done poorly. For those that have complained of longer wait times, they do take appointments and they honor them.

Olivia is my favorite! She’s done my nails twice now and they look so good! Definitely will have her do my nails again!

This nail spa goes beyond any expectations and cleanliness that I couldve imagined there was Lysol & Hand sanitizer throughout the spa ! It was also equipped with plexiglass to protect the nail tech & the client . They treat you as family there and have every color imaginable!!! Every nail tech is well trained and does amazing work !!! My nail salon should be voted best nail salon in Murfreesboro.

Very friendly. Great service. My new spot for upkeep for sure.Price is what the price is... a few bucks more for convenience and friendly service is cash well spent. If you are complaining about a few bucks then you probably shouldnt be getting work done.

Asked for regular manicure and got gel put on. I had never had gel so I was unaware and ended up paying more than I wanted for something I didn’t want. Gel chipped in less than a week. Two stars just for the technicians kindness but felt slightly scammed/ignored due to getting something I didn’t ask for

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. And not only is the salon clean, but very open and relaxing. The owner has done a wonderful job with the place. She really does care about her clients and her staff. The prices are affordable, too. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

The people who work here are so nice! They are very accommodating. The place is very clean and well kept. People seemed to leave happy, but I was not with the powder nails I received. I got diamond dip nails when I went in and they are some of the messiest I have left with. I have color on my cuticles, have dried power and polish on my fingers, and color on the sides of my finger where it clearly should not be. I had to go home and attempt to clean them up myself. Another downside is that I was there for two and a half hours to get this done. Even with dip on my nails that had to soak off, it has never taken that long anywhere else I have been in the past year of keeping up with dip nails continuously. I think the technician needs more practice.

I read a lot of these reviews and got nervous but this is probably the best my nails have ever looked. They were all so very nice and helped me make a decision. I am extremely happy with choosing them.

When they first opened this place was great. Now it seems they never have enough staff & people are bouncing from one chair to another. The lady doing my treatment walked away for 8 minutes to work on another client & came back to me then walked away again. I have to say they are super nice, but nice doesn’t make up for my wasted time.

Beware of this salon. My first and only visit, the lady doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing, and kept asking the lady next to her what to do next. The salon was not busy, and I was in disbelief at what was happening! After her feeble attempt at a pedicure, and a little lotion on the top of my feet, the other lady came over and painted my nails. I asked her why I didnt get a leg massage or a normal pedicure, and was told I had to buy the deluxe package, however, no one ever gave me options or package choices. Clearly the first lady was not licensed, and it was very disappointing to say the least, especially at a grand opening. My concern is if they are taking these kind of short cuts now, what else are they taking short cuts on? If you get a licensed technician, you are lucky, but beware, the next time you might not know who they are letting use sharp instruments on you. In fairness, before I wrote this review, I sent a Facebook message to the owner explaining what happened and asking for an explanation, hoping maybe they were not aware of what was going on, and give them a chance to make it right. Instead of a reply, my message was deleted, and I was blocked from replying, or sending another message. That tells me everything I need to know.

Came in for a lay over and pedicure. Pedicure was amazing. The overlay was bulky, rushed and very, for a lack of a better word, ugly. I asked her while I was sitting there to fix them and she did the bare minimum to fix them. They were closing and so I decided to come back after calling and speaking to the shop owner I was denied a refuned and forced to let her “fix” them. Still unhappy with the final product.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received. My nails are all crooked. The paint is terrible. I had to go home and scrub acrylic off my fingers. I asked her to fix a few of the nails and she told me I just couldn’t see they were fine. I didn’t want to pay for the service because it was so terrible. I would have rather taken off the nails and left without having my nails done. I will never be back. They lost me as a customer and everyone I know. And I’m pretty sure they weren’t cleaning the tools like other salons. They had a cup filled with some sanitizer sitting behind the left side of the stations and they used the tools in the “sanitizer” on multiple clients. Save your time and money!

I went in to get a full set and OMG I feel like I have soxs on my fingers! I asked if my tech could thin them out so the would feel more real she said oh yes...well that didnt happen then bubbles were in one and I said can you redo this one...she acted like she never seen one problem much less any bubbles! My cuticles were also painted😬 $54 later I want to cut my nails off! They are HORRABLE...SAVE YOUR 💰💰💰

It was a horrible experience. I was rushed out because they assumed my nails were dry but they werent. When I returned to get it fixed, they laughed at me because I got a regular mani/pedi instead of the gel, after I had already explained how the gel made my nails brittle with breakage. Also the nail tech tried to imply that I didnt use lotion because I suffer with psoriasis, after I had already told her my skin was dry due to the psoriasis. Furthermore lotion does not work for psoriasis!I will NOT be back! These people are very insensitive and need lessons on how to deal with customers from various backgrounds.A very dissatisfied customer.
