My friends and I come here all the time to get our nails done. I recommend Daniel, he is amazing. If you want unique and cool designs for your nails, he is the best at it. The staff is always friendly and willing to make time and room for all of us to get our nails done.

They were extremely rude when i called to schedule an appointment. they messed up my acrylics on my middle and pointer finger. when i came back to ask for a refund they immediately tried to fix it instead of giving me a refund. the lady doing my nails put a clear coat on that had hot pink polish in it from the other lady she was doing. i do not recommend their services or their employees, incredibly rude. the picture below is them AFTER they fixed it. this isn’t even the shape i wanted. i asked for an almond shape, i don’t know what this is

The nail tech was very rude and disrespectful messed my nail up yes he tried to fix but with his attitude I refused then I move on to my pedicure and the water was cold no hot water on top of being rude with messed up nails I will never come back here again and I can definitely tell I was treated differently being a minority (black) his name was Daniel or something like that picture below safe your money he charge me 95$ for a fill in with a 30$ pedicure !! Pedicure lady nice but like I said water was cold

I have been to 4 different nail places and so far this place been the best. They are gently they dont rush.

Daniel is awesome and I have been coming here for over 5 years for acrylic nails, pedicures etc. Ms. Tina gives excellent pedicures and is the kindest person you’ll ever met. I highly recommend VIP nails!! ❤️

I was moved 3 times after they started my nails. After moving me another time I let them know I wanted them matte and they still shined when I walked out the door. I just didn’t want to deal with it at that point. This was my second chance for them and they truly failed me. I won’t be back. Oh and my pinky nail is crooked. I’ve gotten my nails done way to many times and never had crooked pinky nail 😂💀.

They did a great job and our nails look great. We will be going back and my sister-in-law wants to go with us because our nails look so good.

Ive had my nails done for many years! I went there because they were close to my home. Aweful 😡 I was rushed through...wanted my nails done and got asked 3 times if I wanted a pedicure. I said nails only and when I was getting my nails done...the guy asked why I didnt want a pedicure! What the hell? Ashamed of my nails and polished them in a few days afterwards. The atmosphere was anything but relaxing .Ill never go back.

I loved it but on mine she did add a few extra things it is overall super cute!

The people were kind and lovely and saved me from myself when I would have messed up my nails otherwise before they dried. Would definitely go again!

Daniel is the best nail tech Ive ever had. He cares enough to make me step outta my comfort zone and have fun with my nails and gives very honest advice as far as what looks good and what does not. But not only that, I have never had nails last so long without chipping or breaking off completely. I highly recommend Daniel to my people if you want quality.

The people here are very nice. The customer was too. Their regular customer have nothing but great reviews for them. But my daughter (16yrs) broke her acrylic nail that evening. Im not sure who is at fault. But we will go here again and give them a second try. Well update review when we go back.

I was here for an hour before i got my nails actually worked on. Many people without appointments walked in and got their nails done. I had 4 different people who did my nails. The second lady was rude and constantly left or rolled her eyes. I came in at 11 and a lady without an appointment walked in at 11:50 and got her nails automatically got her nails done. I’m disappointed with my service but i like my nails.

This place is not good because my girlfriend went to get her nails done but the people were rude to her so I suggest yall go somewhere else😤

First time customer, friendly tech.i had a good experience overall,but I won’t be returning.when I got home noticed some areas on several nails not fully colored in,so I returned to see if they could retouch the areas.the lady that helped me was in a rush, bc of that the touch up was also rushed and one of my nails looks like a blob of nail polish.now I have go to and spend more money somewhere else for it to be fixed.dissapointed.

I appreciated the service for sure. Bambi saved my nails from a horrible service prior(she shaped perfect), she had good conversation, and a nice family but them prices at the end is why I will not come back .$55. = $65 with tip. For a gel fill in and one nail with glitter no rhinestones, or any extra designs.I didnt come in with any broken nails or anything. No way! ATL would never. But again good service overall. Open on Sundays was a pull too .

I just love this place. The nail techs are always super friendly. You can usually get good conversation while you are there. They have every color under the sun and they pamper you like you wouldnt believe. The salon has always been clean when Ive gone in and you normally dont have to wait too long. They let you make appointments too! Go see them and get pampered.

After moving back to Murfreesboro from out of state, I needed a good nail salon with reasonable prices and wait time. This salon is mid-range when it comes to prices but you really get the gold star service no matter what you have done. I regularly get a pedicure and occasionally get a full acrylic set. Your best bet is to call before going and reserve a time, because every time Ive walked in, I wished I would have called ahead to get an appointment. They are super busy always. The only reason for the 4 stars is because theres no website, Im unable to find them on Facebook, it would be nice to be able to post to their page about their wonderful services.

The atmosphere is nice and one or two of the nail techs (name unknown) are good that has done my nails, however, sometimes some of the other techs act as though they dont want to assist you if you dont have an appointment.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon that can do long nails & also freehand designs. I finally found both at VIP. Quality work at reasonable prices. Everyone was very friendly and polite. I won’t be going anywhere else.

First time I had visited this salon. We were seated after only a short time of waiting. I got a manicure for the first time and loved it. I was getting it done for my wedding and she did exactly what I asked her to. I was happy that the same girl that gave me a pedi also did my mani. Would go again!

Waited FOREVER. I walked in, they were busy, and the guy up from told me to make an appointment for later. So, I did. I came back for my appointment time and I was ONLY acknowledged one time. I waited for another hour and 15 mins as I watched people walk in and get seated immediately at the pedicure chairs. (I wanted a mani-pedi) The person up front, who I’m assuming is the manager, could have cared less. I don’t mind waiting, however, I do mind being ignored and being told me make an appointment only to come back later and not get anything done! I could have gone somewhere else!!! Never returning.

I have given this place tons of money, I was a regular having the same routine done every 2 weeks, faithfully, month after month. I have referred in great customers and probably not so great customers. Never once, had a bad experience in this place until this morning. I had a removal/replied late lastnight.I called first thing this morning letting VIP Nails know my concern. VIP Nails offered to take a look at my nails this morning. When I arrived, a male employee made the whole salon aware of what my compliant was, I didnt like that. Employees were inspecting my nails making a freak show out of me, while other employees speaking out that I was wrong and VIP Nails was right. Even a customer chimed in. Thats what really wowd me. Maybe I was wrong, and dont know the legalistic on manicures and pedicures but I knew something was wrong from all the previous applications I have had done. Maybe their chemical ratios was off on that nail color product they use on me last night, or maybe the employee miss a step. Who knows.I wasnt ugly, hateful nor raised my voice, I was more in shock, dumb founded that a place of business would act like a middle school full of drama. I was humiliated and felt like the bad person because I wanted the issue fixed, not everyone to know my complaint, not a removal/replied, nor a refund. I hate this because the salon is close to my home. My advice to you VIP Nails for future customer complains, OWN UP, and dont act like BULLIES!!!Sheila Robinette

Went with my mother today and the girl that took care of her was AMAZING. Her name is courtney and I HIGHLY suggest requesting her whenever you go in. We went for a pedicure and it was the most fun and interactive experience ever. The lady that did my pedicure was more worried about gloves and messing around on her phone. My mom was way into her pedi before mine was even started and we both finished at the same time so it kinda felt like mine was a rushed job of just going through the motions. I do not know the lady that did my pedi but I will request to wait next time for someone else.

Didn’t even get to get my nails done. Called right before I pulled in and the guy on the phone said there would be no wait. When I got there there was only 2 girls in front of me and more girls came in and they all got to go in front of me. I sat there for over an hour and half and finally left.

My nails came off 3 days afterwards

Went in for a lip wax and it looked like a scene from horror movie. The nastiest business Ive ever been in. I walked right back out.
