Jaden and the entire staff at Zales inside of Stones River mall were FANTASTIC! Jaden, the gentleman, and the blonde specialist all deserve a bonus/raise for being so kind and helpful. Their friendly, inviting manor is the reason Ill be back. Not to mention the selection was Outstanding! There were so many beautiful rings within my budget that I picked my top 5 that i LOVE! I look forward to continuing business with them!

Terrible customer service here. They will not answer their phone (they let the phone ring while I was in there and never answer my calls). They dont act like they know what they are doing here. I wish I could go somewhere else but its the only one closest to me and I have a policy plan here. Go to Kays instead!

Came in for warranty work for a ring as its due every six months for the past 3 years. Apparently they only do appointments now so turned me away only to come back later in the week even though they were dead in the store playing on there phones. What a joke of a store!

Zales is the worst, the sales team in the stores lied about the promotional plan and fail to mention hidden charges. I spent an hour on the phone discussing the fees. Worst establishment and their partner comenity bank are all total scams. I advise no one to do business with either of them.

I like to thank Cindy for the great customer service. She has giving me for five years. I have came for the last five years and buy my wife a Christmas present from Zales store I always use Cindy because of her great customer service. This year I came to the store because I had bought my wife a new car for Christmas I just want to get something simple and not cost too much so I told Cindy I want to get something around $300. She is very patient with me and you make sure that she found something in my range. She worked with me for almost an hour show me several different pieces until she found the one that I would like, thats what I call going above beyond customer service. I also sent my son-in-law to Zales to buy my daughter a present and I told her to ask for Cindy dont tell her I sent him to her. I want to see what kind of customer service she gave my son-in-law when he came back he called me and told me that she was excellent and found the perfect gift they want to buy for my daughter once again she goes above and beyond what she should make your customers happy thank you Cindy for five years of great customer service I will continue to come to Zales and buy something from you. Web site shows that they are open, but they are not. Next closest one is 30mi or more away. Sad....... that they would fail like this.

Bought an engagement ring here and the center stone fell out after two weeks. Called Zales to have them reseat the gem and the manager just asked if I had a warranty and then offered to sell me one. They wouldnt fix the ring unless I had a warranty. It had been two weeks, Id understand if it had been a year but this goes to show they dont stand by the quality of their jewelry at all.Then i took it to Platinum and Gold Jewelers and they said the stone was cut incorrectly for the setting and offered to replace the band, they even reseated the gem for FREE while we debated on replacing the band which we ended up doing.We will not be going to Zales for our wedding bands, needless to say.

Let me just start by saying Joel and joe are very compassionate about their job, they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer I received patience from them no push back on my request and I will definitely continue to business with these two guys, this is definitely what you call top notch customer service and putting the customer first

Better than I expected.

Went in for a return on a ring that I bought my girlfriend who had previously come in and was told ring wouldnt break asked if could switch to a different ring was denied first time.2nd time after ring broke and manager was informed from previous visit we felt the ring was gonna break tried to get refund.Was refused refund and sotre manager acted very condescending to me was not a pleasant experience ring was swapped but will not be going to zales ever again.
