John was wonderful to work with from start to finish! I came in with a vision for what I wanted this ring to be and he took my ideas and multiple pictures and made me something unique. The special touch he added to this ring was that he melted down some family jewelry to make the yellow gold band. The filigree is so intricate and he is incredibly talented. I also really love the little diamonds in the white gold around the center stone. Not to mention, he found me a PERFECT diamond. I’m thankful we trusted him with a project so special, because I now have a new favorite piece of jewelry! I can’t stop looking at my ring, and would 10/10 recommend John to create something amazing!

Not only was the sapphire exactly the complex color we wanted but the cutting and polish John did was exemplary. The sapphire appraised for almost THREE TIMES what I purchased it for. First of all, this is a super convenient place for anyone living in Middle TN, especially the Murfreesboro area. Its right beside Medical Center Parkway and in close proximity to I-24 and 840.Secondly, the staff is phenomenal. I only have the best things to say. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable when doing business. Their prices are competitive, and they arent out to nickel and dime you.Perhaps the best thing I love about this place is when you need repairs/re-sizing. I was told it might take up to a week (which would have been more than fine), and it was completed within 48 hours. Customer service, communication, and quality is the reason I will now only be going to GemRite for my ring repairs/re-sizing needs. Theyre amazing!

I inherited a 1920’s Art Deco style ring from my grandmother. It is part of my wedding set. I am a nurse and my ring gets a lot of damage due to the work I do. I took my ring in to get serviced and replated. He said he would do all the work in house which was important to me because I don’t like it being sent out for work. He found a lot of my prongs were worn down to almost nothing. He replated and fixed all the issues on my ring and made it stronger than ever, plus it is shiny and beautiful again. I am planning on have him make me a custom ring as well. He did amazing work and I will not be using anyone else for my jewelry needs, he is the guy to go to!!!!

I had several rings to be resized so I called a few places in town. John not only did the resizing for a very reasonable rate, but he also had the fastest turnaround time in town. Thats because GemRite is the REAL DEAL. They actually work on the jewelry themselves. Theyre not sending your jewelry off to be worked on at another shop, and they dont have to wait on the jeweler to come by once a week to pick up items to be repaired. Phenomenal and friendly service. We picked out a very particular diamond and John worked to get it in from overseas in 4 days and had it set only a few days later. I bumped the “due date” for the proposal by 1 week and he was still able to get it to me on time. My fiancé loved her ring and the custom cut and setting was better then she originally imagined. I went to Gemrite to get a custom engagement ring made. John and his wife were extremely professional through the entire experience. They knew exactly what I wanted from a quick conversation, and within 24 hours had a price quote for me. I accepted and within the next 24 hours I was sent a 3D rendering of what the ring would look like and given a chance to make any changes. Work was started when I paid 50% down, (personally I paid in full). The ring was completed in 6 days and looks amazing! I cannot recommend them enough for any sort of custom jewelry. Fair prices for a completely unique piece, fast, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.

OMG!!! I was without my wedding ring for over a month. The stone broke from the base. I found GemRite on google. I called them and explained my issue. They told me to bring it and that they could probably fix it. My husband took it in. We were told it may take up to two weeks but I received a text that it was ready the same day. He took my original broken wedding ring that my husband and I purchased years ago at the National Training Center Military Post and had the yellow gold refined and added white gold and custom changed my diamonds to make a cross in the middle. Also he put a designer engraving inside that I requested. It came out perfect and it took less than 7 days to get it back to me!
