Also had a Tiffany bracelet that had gotten stretched out and before we moved here I couldn’t find anyone that would touch it. First, shop local! This family created a top notch experience for my engagement ring purchase. They were patient from start to finish. Communication was impeccable. They listened and understood our needs completely. They were transparent with the whole process, from finding the right stone, to even working together on the CAD process to build the ring. Not only did he fix it he made it better than it was the day it was bought many many years before. It was just by sheer chance that I found this wonderful place! I was at a craft show that was happening in the parking lot of this shopping center and I wandered in just to ask about a repair on a ring that has very little dollar value but absolutely means EVERYTHING to me! It had been broken for months and I was afraid of what it would cost to fix so I just dealt with it. Ryan looked at it, took it to the back and fixed it right on the spot. He was so sweet and so was his mama! This is a cute little family business and they have earned my business for life! They couldnt have picked a better day to be the best people they could be! Super nice and helping people. He got me -exactly- what I was there for. He didnt bring me a ring 2500$ over budget and try to push it on me. He brought me what I told him i wanted to spend. I support businesses with my wallet and went 2k$ over budget.Entire pleasurable experience took less than 10 minutes start to finish.I supported what I believed in and a family owned local business gained a lifetime customer in 10 minutes. Shawn turned my first wedding rings into an anniversary ring. He did an amazing job and I love it!After loosing weight my rings didnt fit so Ryan added jeweler beads to my rings they no longer spin and when my hands swell they are not tight. Beyond impress with the wonderful establishment. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get an estimate on upsizing my wedding band and engagement ring. The price to have this done was very reasonable and even better the work was completed in under 2 hours; was not expecting same day service at all!!!! My rings turned out beautiful, fit perfectly and returned to me looking better than I have seen them in a long time (amazing what a good cleaning will do). I have visited Kneucraft twice for different reasons. I first went in November 2019 to purchase a watch for a Christmas gift. They did not have what I wanted in store, but they gladly let me flip through a book with a wider variety. I found what I wanted and they ordered it for me and received the watch in about a week! I also went today, January 2020, to resize a ring that I received as a Christmas gift. The price was surprisingly very reasonable (and less than what it would have been to go to the company where the ring was purchased from). The resizing was done in store and in the same day!I will most definitely be returning in to this wonderful family business in the future if I ever have any more jewelry needs.
