Very polite and welcoming staff.I went for a decent haircut.The lady asked me the size of the trim I would want, and recommended a 5mm for me.After the haircut, she also made changes as per my feedback, and made it super nice.Good haircut for $23 excluding tip.

I went in to get a shampoo and a trim. I was able to walk in around 9:30am and get seen immediately. Martha was awesome and immediately recognized that I previously had an A-line bob before and discussed options for me to keep it the same or even add layers. I opted for a trim to the existing cut and she was able to finish my haircut & shampoo in about 20 minutes. My hair looks great and feels so healthy now! For the shampoo and cut it was $25 + tax.

Called 5 minutes before I showed up just to make sure they have someone available. Which they said they did, and that thered be no wait.When I showed up, I was told Id have to wait for 1 hour because the person I spoke on the phone with forgot to write down my name to guarantee my spot.Thanks for wasting my time (:

It’s exactly what you expect it to be. Quick and simple haircuts. Don’t forget to do online check in. There seems to be a wait if you try to do a simple walk in.

Place gets busy over the weekends for sure, if you can, call ahead and put your name down. Staff was polite and handled kids ok. Shop was clean. Skill set for hair dressing was low and so was their level of care, felt like they were just going through the motions. Parking gets busy also here because of others shops here but you should be able to find a spot.

Good service, and its easy to reserve an appointment online. The drawback is its a lot more expensive than average supercuts Ive been to. It was $22 for a haircut, and this wasnt make clear to me on their website.

Not sure why the low scores, but this place has been good to me since theyve opened. Friendly people, good haircuts and good products too. Only complaint I have is the parking. Can get busy in the shopping center, depending on the day and time. I always like calling in advance to put my name in.

Always a consistent cut, never too long of a wait (15-20 minutes max if any). Weve only had short hair cuts so cant speak to longer styles but very pleased each time.

When I visited, I received a standard mens haircut for $21. There was no wait and the employees seemed friendly. I believe that the stylist who cut my hair was new, as she took much longer than anticipated and her blending technique had to be corrected by another employee. (Which was a little awkward for me).My experience was not fantastic, nor was it horrible. But thats the expectation when visiting a Supercuts location!

Very rude employee today. After she changed my appointment for 30min and I got there on time, I had to wait for another 15min then she didn’t want to dye my hair because there is not time! They also rushed my hair cut to be in 5 mins. I will never go back there again.

Experience here depends on the person working on your hair. Some times it is excellent, other times I wish I just cut my hair myself. There is a tall lady who is very rude and her work is really bad. I wish I dont get assigned to her but it depends on your turn. I once asked to cut hair around my ears little higher, she cut it on one side and forgot on the other side. Also she does it super quick and leaves it uneven. I dont ask for a crazy or very modern hair styles. Just make it even I ask, they dont deliver that 3 out of 4 times.

Parking is limited during lunch time appointments. However, Tea Tree treatment was well worth the wait.

The only reason I give it one star, its because one person there. I believe she is the manager. She is the most rude person Ive ever encountered. Ive been going to that place for 3 years now, but my last 2 experiences were unpleasant because of her. Im not planning to go there again. She needs a training on customer service.

I used to go there for every haircut but unfortunately, their new hires dont seem to have the same training. I asked for a #3 on the sides and a bit off the top (standard mens haircut) and the hairdresser couldnt understand what I was asking for and ended up with a terrible haircut. This has happened the last two times I have been there so I will be looking for a new place for my haircuts.

If you are not in mood to tolerate rudeness, then dont come to this location. Unfriendly people. Specially the lady with pierce on her nose. Who I think is the manager.

I showed up at my appointment and left without service after waiting for 15 minutes and finding out there are still people before me.I wouldnt trust their lines either. To me, host saying there are 2 people in front of you upon arrival for the appointment and actual of 4 people being called is, at the very least, confusing.
