Their honesty lead to me buying a new version of what I had already broken. The repair cost wouldnt have been that much difference than buying a used ipad mini for work. Id recommend them off my experience.

The man was really nice, don’t get me wrong, but I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in their service. Paid $110 yesterday for a iPhone 8 screen replacement right at closing time and the phone was good. A few hours later the screen literally popped out like it wasn’t properly. Long story short the next day I bring it back to Tech Fix and they REFUSED TO FIX IT. Now I’m stuck with a brand new screen with no front camera or mic, which worked great prior to new screen falling popping out.

My iPhone battery was not charging, took to Larry and he opened it up and found a chunk of glass stuck in the battery, just had the battery replaced 7 months ago in a different shop, so they sabatoged the battery. Thank you so much Larry, youre awesome. Very knowledgeable and quick.

Pulled up and neon sign said open, so I entered only to be told by employee they were closed. Instead of apologizing for the situation he made a smart comment about them being closed. I asked if they sold screen protectors he said yes but we are closed. I asked if they put them on and was told again in a very sarcastic tone yes but we are closed. Have some respect. Will never shop here.

If I could I would give them 6 Stars!!! It’s most definitely an 11/10 business with two extremely knowledgeable very courteous young men who assisted me immediately with my repair. Another bonus was that they were $20 dollars cheaper than anyone else in town, and I didn’t have to wait for parts they keep them in stock. I was in and out with a smile on my face and my problem solve in 12 minuets.

Note-5 battery required replacement while in Mobile. Stephen at Tech-Fix quoted a reasonable price and noted it would take 15-30 minutes. The replacement was made before I could finish a cup of coffee for the price stated. Great service, great attitude. Now four weeks later still happy with their work.

This guy, Larry I think it is, is always on his little iPad. I come in the store on January 32nd okay looking for help to fix my cracked iPhone screen and when I walk in, he goes wait one second. Then he starts screaming at his iPad and starts saying stuff like PASS ME THE BALL and WHAT ARE YOU DOING!! I leave the store immediaetly thinking this guy is a physco or something. I come back one month later on Febraury 44th hoping theres a different guy and there he is again playing on his iPad. This time, he doesnt say hi or nothing. Might just go to Apple and pay $300 to get it fixed smh Larry.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a repair and need it done fast. He literally took 10mins tops to replace my screen. He explained the difference between the two screens I can chose from and didn’t try to sale me on getting the higher price screen. My overall experience was 110% amazing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be back (if my kid decides to chuck my phone on the concrete again.)

Called today to see if they could replace my iPhone6 battery. I had my own spare battery and they said that was fine and charged for the labor only ... two other places I called would not do that. Took my phone up there and it literally took them 5 minutes and it was done. Highly recommend ... they are also in a really convenient location, right by Target on Schillinger Rd. I also got a glass screen protector installed while I was there, and finally for once in my life ... no air bubbles!

Excellent Customer Service! My touch screen broke on Sunday and T-Mobile sent to Tech Fix and stressed not to go anyplace else. The 2 gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and walked me though my repair options. My phone was fixed and I was out of there in a hour. While I was there they were just as professional with the multiple callsand 2 other customers that came in as they were with me. Professional is who they are!

Guy is nice and knowledgeable. Cant really beat getting a completely new screen in 10 minutes. It probably wouldve been even faster but he was teaching a new guy! They have cases and screen protectors for cheap in the store too.

The 2 men working here were super friendly, knowledgeable, and informative about the problems I was experiencing with my devices. Price was reasonable. My only problem was I had my daughter with me, and the reading material was not appropriate. The guy said it was from the smoke shop that used to be there. But, my daughter (8 years old) pointed out cuss words in one of the articles. Not that big of a deal, but should be addressed. The guy did apologize tho.
