I HIGHLY recommend Mings Wireless - iPhone Repair on University and Cottage Hill Road. The screen on my phone was not only smashed, but the phone itself was also bent. The guy warned me that he might crack the back glass, too, trying to straighten it out--since you cannot put a flat screen on a bent object. He told me to give him 25 min and he would see what he could do.NO LIE, exactly 25 min later he had my phone completely FIXED!!!! For only $95.Do NOT buy a new phone / device!!!! Take it to Mings!!!

I hade a electric mod or a vape mod actually a dna250c with evolve chip and I broke the charging port from the chip and they did micro saudering on the device and fixed it. The service at Mings exceeded my expectations. It was extremely fast and reasonably priced and I was treated very courteously.The screen I needed to have replaced had to be ordered but luckily arrived the next day. I dropped the phone off and it was ready in less than an hour. I am extremely happy with the installation.Its difficult to find businesses who live up to even half of these standards. I highly recommend Mings and will definitely be having all my repairs done here.

Bad service... replace my kid screen and three days later my kid button wasn’t working properly. Took my kid phone back up there to get him to fix it. He open it and said it had water damage in the camera and had to replace the screen because the button wasn’t working tried to charge me $90 more dollars. He should have replaced my screen for free and charge for the front camera. And If he fixed the screen right the first time it probably wouldn’t got water in it. So I took it to play and talk they charge me $60 to fix everything.

Ive had to take several of my kids Iphones here and theyre reasonably priced and we never have to wait long.

These guys are the best! Verizon told me my phone was a lost cause. I could hear the caller but they couldnt hear me... So they sold me $100 Bluetooth handsfree ear buds. THEN told me about Mings! So off to Mings I go. 10 minutes and $33.00 later, my phone is good as new! Headed back to Verizon tomorrow to get my money back. The guys at Mings were extremely friendly and helpful! From now on, I will go there first!

I called Because I forgot my password to my phone that I was not using. The man was nice and he took the steps to make sure the phone belong to me and he had my Samsung fixed within an hour. I did loose all my information, but I was with because I was given the phone to my mother. So it was a win win!

Brought my first phone in here. He repaired it in about 10 minutes. Asked him about the cases he was selling; giving him all opportunity to do some up selling. He said the nature of the damage would not have been affected with any case. Impressive. Seems upstanding establishment.Son threw a friend in a pool and so we brought a second phone in. He said issues showed phone screen needed replacement and likely battery as well. After leaving phone with tech, he said replaced screen was in good shape, and that he didnt think i should pay for battery replacement. Wrote me a script for battery replacement at cost should we have any issues. Again, a wide opportunity to charge much more, yet he opted to be far more than fair.Ill never take another phone anywhere other than Mings. The level of service is simply insane.Disclosure - I know nothing about Ming.

This place does really great work. Price is reasonable for prices in the area. If you are getting a screen replacement, you are paying for the convenience that they will fix your product the same day. The place also sell phone accessories for Apple and Androids which is very reasonable in pricing.

Wonderful service & very nice. I was so excited about my phone finally getting fixed. It looked great when he got done. The only thing is when I made a call, I could hardly hear my call. And the volume was all the way up. Ive never had any problems with my speaker until after my screen had gotten fixed. Calling tomorrow to see what can be done. I am still pleased with everything else. I highly recommend them & will be back with future phone issues.

I have done business with Ming previously and everything worked out extremely well. I ordered some tempered glass screen protectors from him and he even threw in some candy with it, to my surprise. He helped me solve an issue (my fault) I had with the screen protectors months after I purchased them. He knows how to fix many different devices and is willing to tackle the odd-ball repairs most other shops wouldnt touch. I definitely plan on doing business with him again!

Took my girlfriend phone there 3 days ago. And he a real cool dude. Great customer service but this morning she woke up her screen wasn’t working nomore. I spent all this money to get it fixed . I wish I could’ve gave this place a better review

This place was excellent. My phone was completely broken; the LED in my screen was out. They took my phone, let me know that I had a couple of people in front of me, and told me to come back in an hour. I came back and my phone was like brand new. I visit mings more than I care to admit but they have always taken great care of me every time. This last visit, Ming gave me a great discount on my repair without me asking for it (3rd visit in a month). Already tell all my friends about them and will continue to do so.

I trusted them with on of my babies as I like to call them, in this case it was my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. He did a great job with the screen, with leaving very little to no damage to the gorilla glass on the back. They were professional, courteous, quick and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again. Hopefully not for a cracked screen though.

Got my iPhone 6 repaired here, very quick service and excellent quality. I was warned that a bad screen replacement could lead to the touch screen not registering as well but my phone works flawless after getting it fixed with Mings wireless. Even get a higher signal strength somehow!

My screen looks great. However, I find it very odd that my iPhone has now been hacked into 4 days after this repair. I wouldnt think anything of it unless my ringtone hadnt been changed to a default tone when he handed it back to me...odd.Working with Apple to find a solution and hopefully pin point who did. Other than that, ummm I like my screen protector.

Friendly staff, but since my Lcd screen has been repaired, my phone is almost useless. My screen freezes every time I try to unlock my phone. I fixed my phone there 3 years ago and everything was perfect thats why I went back there. But this time I am very disappointed.

I called around town and everyone else will either have to hold on to my iPad for up to a week to replace my screen or just flat out dont repair it. Apple wants $350 to replace my iPad, which would result in me losing all data on my iPad. These guys told me 2 hours to replace my screen and had it ready in a little over an hour! They are a lifesaver and saved me over $200 compared to what Apple would have charged me, and I didnt lose anything at all! Very nice people and great service overall!
