I called on a Friday evening inquiring about getting my screen on my S10 fixed. With closing time fast approaching the technician Jameswas extremely accommodating and was able to replace both front and back screens while I waited in less than 20 min.Great service and very professional. Service: Screen repairReplacement screen was $140 but the quality of the screen was terrible with glare issues. Also the screen can be easily scratched from daily use. I will be either buying a new phone or sending it out for repair. This business is really only useful if you need a fix on that day. Otherwise don’t waste your money.

They were able to fix my phone with the help of my daughter on the computer at home. I was able to keep my pics of my son that and Mom that recently passed away. Thank you TC.

This place is terrible! They had my Ipad for 5 weeks. I was told parts were ordered, then they werent. Only one person could check in parts when they arrived. The only Ipad repair person was out for 2 weeks because of family issues. Then he quit. I went to pick up my Ipad and they had broken the screen. Then was told more parts were ordered. There is no store manager and they cant get in touch with their Regional Manager. I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this location.

Very kind and professional staff. Guy at the front with the long hair did a great job being patient with people and answering questions. He was very thoughtful with his responses when people were surprised by the cost of repairs if they didn’t have insurance. I know that puts him in a bind to have to manage that but he did well. Tall guy in the back that fixed my phone did it in less than 20 min (iPhone XS - I heard Samsung’s take about 2 hours to repair, just manage your expectations if you have a Samsung). When the tall guy came out with my repaired phone he asked if he could do anything else for me, I mentioned my phone was having trouble connecting to chargers. He took it back and cleaned out the charging connection. I’m now sitting in my car typing this plugged into my car charger and it’s charging like new. I used to have to fight it and hold it at “just the right angle”. Really appreciate them going above and beyond. It’s the small stuff that counts.

Quick and amazing service.

Terrible service. Battery was swelling in my Moto Z3 play so went to them to get a new one. Told they had to order the battery. Called back two week later, and was told still on back order. Called back four weeks later and was told entire staff had been replaced, all previous orders had been canceled, and they only work on Samsung and Apple phones now.

Eh. Its a chain fix it shop. Not the best work. Not horrible either. For me my junk never got fully fixed and had to return it to Google.

UBreakiFix did a great job repairing my Samsung Galaxy Note9 after it was dropped, thus breaking the screen and the LCD display.They did everything by Samsungs book and replaced the battery, LCD display, and screen all in one piece; it is now back to normal as-if it has never been dropped.

Dropped off iPad to get fixed and never called us to say it was done or couldnt be repaired. Two weeks wasted waiting and wondering with the run around.

They were closed Sunday when it clearly said they were open on my phone and on the door. So they shouldnt even get 1 star from me.

Fixed my iPhones broken screen at a lower price than promised on the website and had it ready when promised. The young clerk was very friendly and courteous. I appreciated the attention to masking and social distancing. Over all a great experience!

Per my repair insurance, I had to go to this store. The person that repaired my screen, and broke my phone. Then offered no help.

I left my MacBook with them to repair the screen. They had it for 7 weeks and still didnt fix it.

The service is great no doubt but I would not recommend buying a battery. I replaced the battery on my work cell this past Saturday and it is Thursday now and it will not hold a charge. This is my work phone. I don’t even use it like my personal phone. Last night I charged it to 100% and put it on my nightstand, I woke up today to a dead phone. I am very disappointed by this.

Took in my Google Pixel 1 which had a bad battery to get the battery replaced. They switched out the battery in just a couple hours for only $80. Saved me hundreds from having to buy a new phone, and will be able to use this phone for at least another year. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my phone in to get fixed. Phones have a way of getting damaged at our house because of my kid. They had it fixed within 30 minutes. Because I couldn’t make it in right away they had no issues holding it for me. They are professional and courteous and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the repairs on any of my electronics. A Great job done well.Phone screen replaced on one phone and an issue with charging port resolved on another.Both phones now working well.In past would have simply got new phone, but as the cost of them has skyrocketed a repair is the best economical solution. I would recommend their free analysis of your phone before throwing it away.

Repaired my note glass in 2 hours place as advertised great service.

I got a quote on my iPad repair in Dec. and the price was $150. I didn’t get the repair then but I should have. I got the repair done today, 5 months later, and the price was $180. I think the price is a bit much but it’s still less than Apple, which is twice what I paid here. But the job was done and done well. Damion is nice & professional. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

My phones screen was completely shattered!! I had almost given up hope when I found ubreakifix. They gave me the diagnosis free and told me if I wanted my phone fixed Id have to wait 2-3 business days for them to order the part. I was definitely okay with it and they called me when the part came in. The process took about 2 hours to fix but the end result was exactly what I was looking forward to. The customer service was amazing, the guy there, Damien had did an amazing job and the store was nice and well kept. The music kept me entertained, but the overall experience was wonderful and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

The loudspeaker on my Note 10+ needed to be replaced so Samsung scheduled me an appointment for 5 in the afternoon for uBreakiFix to make the repair. I called uBreakiFix about 2pm to ask if it would be better if I came in earlier to have the speaker replaced or if I should wait until my appointment at 5pm. They told me to come on in because it would be better for them to have a little more time to make the repair before they close at 7. So I drive 45 minutes from my house to their store only to have them tell me they do not have the part in stock to make the repair. They clearly should have told me they did not have the speaker in stock when I called earlier instead of having me drive an hour and a half round trip for nothing. So in the future when they know ahead of time as they did in my case what the customer is coming in to have repaired, I hope it becomes their business practice to inform customer if they do not have the part in stock to make the customers repair.I will add inspite of everything they were very polite.

UbreakIfix fixes my screen on my lunch break from work. Easy and fast!

I wish I could give negative stars.I will start off with the positive and say the staff was very friendly.However, the negative definitely out ways the positive. I took my phone in for screen repair at 11 AM and did not leave with my phone until 6:48 PM. I was told originally that it would take 2 hours for the phone to be fixed.I arrived 2 1/2 hours later and the phone was not fixed and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I then arrive 30 minutes later and it was still not fixed and I was told that there was an issue with going through the steps needed to release the phone and that a manager was called to fix the issue. I then arrive at 4 PM and was told that it would only be five more minutes, I ended up waiting and an hour and then a tech comes out and explains that the phone could not be fixed without replacing another part that would cost an extra $89 but they would not be able to release the phone until it was fixed and the part would have to be ordered. The only feasible option to leave with my phone was to have them put my old broken screen on, so that is what I chose. An additional hour and 45 minutes later I finally was able to leave with my phone.So my frustration is that it was literally an 8 hour process just to leave with my broken phone.While I was there from 4:00 PM to 6:48 PM I witnessed a technician give someone the wrong phone as well as give someone else a newly broken screen that had been fixed. So I am not encouraged with the competency of the place at all.Some advise that I have for store management to help with customers waiting: If you are going to play Christmas music please do not leave it on loop with the same 4 songs, that gets old FAST.Also after an extremely long wait it would have been nice to have some magazines or reading material in the lobby. After all you have my phone, what am I suppose to do beside watch the repetitive TV screen of Ubreakifix advertisements and Iphone 6 repair over 658 times. A TV wouldnt be a horrible investment either.Another thing is, DO NOT give customers unrealistic time frames - as i was given . If you dont know how long its going to take to fix just be honest with the customer. As I mentioned the workers were friendly but after physically waiting in the lobby after the first hour, I was completely ignored for the remaining hour and 48 minutes as im sure the entire store (employees included) were aware of my frustrations after 3 hours of watching broken phones walk in and out by other customers.Just be cautious before making the mistake of using this company, especially if you have an android.
