I came in for mt appoinment, she was running about ten minutes. No biggie. We start talking about what we were going to do, (chop my long hair into short faux hawk), and we were vibin, going really well until she was almost done and asked me if I wanted anything changed at all. I asked her if she was going to finish the hair cut, she said she did not have time..... End good experience here. I try to explain what I still needs to be done, and she does a few more cuts here and there and asked me again if I wanted anything else done. I said no, I dont want to waste your time. At that point i felt completely disappointed and i wanted to cry, (i did in the car). I just wanted my hair cut to be finished. It saddens me that she was ok with letting me walk out with 3/4 of a haircut. No blending, chopping, point cutting, nothing. This lady really needs to learn time management. It is NOT ok to let your client walk out with an unfinished haircut because the STYLIST was late. Thats on her. So no, i do not recommend this particular Supercuts. They dont actually care about your hair, as long as you are in and out in under 30 min. that is fine with them. Haircut not quite done in 30?Sorry, I dont have time.

Tipped but shouldnt have.. i know its a covid pandemic and things are weird but it was the worst haircut ive ever had.. i had to reshape it myself when i got home and probably could have done a better job without paying 30 dollars plus tip.. didnt shape my hair on my neck either until i asked and didnt shape hair around my ears... idk why i didnt ask for a refund it was really dissapointing :(

I had sol for my hair cut and I am so happy with the result! So helpful and informative with aftercare that would help my hair without being pushy about any specific product, while giving me the steps to a better curl. Definitely will only be requesting sol from now on, this was my first real hair cut in years and it greatly eased my anxiety.

Kristina is the best and only one I go to now. I dont like going to salons where I have to book appointments weeks out or where it is an issue to cancel. If I feel like getting my haircut then I go no problem. Never used hair color service here so no comment on no that.

I would recommend Supercuts and this location. The Manager takes care off all our hair cut needs. She is great at her job and delivers the best hair cuts and styles you request. The manager is very nice and very professional. Thank you for the great hair cuts your amazing. We will be coming back.

Of all the places you could get your haircut why would you go anywhere else? I felt by going hear for only my SECOND time they knew how I like my haircut done and they even took the time to remember where my moles on my head were. A simple recommendation can be achieved through positive experience here you are taken in like family. I would suggest this place to ANYONE looking for professionalism at every level and I assure you will not be disappointed.

Convenient location. Heather was helpful and efficient in cutting my hair as well as the people in line in front of me. Very friendly and helpful. She was a one person operator on Wednesday afternoon, and had a steady stream of customers.

Felt a weird vibe from the beginning but for some reason went thru with it. Didnt feel genuinely welcome at all but I really needed a haircut. Left feeling rather disappointed. When I got home and was looking in the mirror I noticed a lot of things wrong and did my best to fix them myself. Something one should never have to do after paying money for a haircut. Needless to say I wont be back.

I was here today with my 5 year old she wanted a short bob about chin length, I asked the lady if she could do it and she said well if I cant then I shouldnt be working here. Well then you damn well shouldnt be. My daughter being 5 of course I had to tell her a few times to be very still and she wiggled a little as most would throughout the cut, at the end I said it looked longer in the back then in the front and she said well it will only look the same if I try to fix it. At this point she made me feel as if I were being a pain in the a$& so I paid and left. Then my husband sees her hair and was furious. The left side was about an inch shorter then the right and the back almost two inches longer than the front. Maybe they do well with adults but I would say never ever take your daughters there. Also it may only be that specific person. I hate to be so negative but with her statement at the beginning of the appointment and how absolutely awful the cut turned out I felt very frustrated. Dont rush through a little girls cut and let her leave with a bad uneven cut people. Now I have to go pay again to have it fixed.

THIS REVIEW WAS FOR GREAT CLIPS.SUPER CUTS STAFF GET 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG. THE STAFF AT SUPER CUTS ARE SWEET.The store manager is rude and speaks unkindy to undeserving customers the last few times I visited this location for services. It would be different if a customers behaviors had warranted a disrespectful response. This managers behavior was over the top and most unnecessary. I base my opinion off 3 separate visits to this store. The third visit was my last visit to this location for services or product.

Very clean, everything was sanitized while I was there, enforcing social distancing and mask wearing.

I came across some kind of coworker feud in the middle of my haircut. Curse words were exchanged between coworkers. It ended up making me feel very uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. My haircut was also not done the way I wanted it and, the stylist was very impatient and rude when I was trying to find the words to describe what I wanted done. I will never return here again and would highly discourage others from coming here.

I’m a lady from the 80’s and I went to Supercuts In Milwaukie and Natalia did an amazing job with feathering my hair I highly recommend her. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair and she was very patient with me thanks Natalia I’ll be back

Wish these people learn how to use sign language to communicate. Also I arrived 15 min early and it wasnt even open till 1015am. Kind of disappoint little.

I went in 40 mins before close on the person working acted like she was doing me a favor cutting my hair. There was only one person working and she turned away 2 or 3 people for haircuts.When she cut my hair she managed to leave an uneven line on both sides. It was bad enough that I had to go get it fixed the next day at a different place.I will not be going back there.

I came out looking clean and my lines were clean and the hot towel was nice. My stylist Kristina is a master of her craft.

Poor customer service! I came in needing a trim for my daughter and I. My daughter was scheduled at 1:30, at 1:40 the stylist was still not finished and her customer decided she wanted a color. She proceeded without even acknowledging us about the longer wait. I got up and asked her about the wait she said another ten minutes, then said she could fit both us in while the color on the other customer was processing. Not only did we have to wait but she would rush on our cuts to continue with her other customer. We left and ended up finding a way better place! BTW her name is Christina, very unprofessional!
