A super nice diamond in the rough of downtown Milwaukie. This place is great. A place for men where men give manly cuts. You can get a shot or a pabst while you wait. The owner works here keeping everything top shelf.Barber Dan did this cut. Suggesting leaving the chin hair a bit longer. To give style to the beard trim. Wonderdul result.And they do fabulous straight razor cuts better than anywhere I ever been.Worth every penny. I been coming here 7 years since they were in Glastone.

This is by far the best barbershop around. Sure there may be a short wait, but thats what happens when a shop is just that good. Sit back, have a cold beverage, and enjoy the lively conversations. No oversized tv, video games, or gimmicks here. Just some really good guys spinning some eclectic tunes, spouting off interesting stories (that may or may not be true) and giving the meanest fades this side of the Mississippi. If youre looking for a truly traditional barbershop, this his place is the real deal!

Ryan did amazing work, cool shop in DT Milwaukie. Pricing was higher than chains but you get what you pay for and they were good with walk-ins. May not be kid-friendly (unless youve had/ are ready for the birds/beds discussion, lol) due to some of the decorations and posters up. Hope this plays stays around for a long time.

One of my friends with a very nice beard recommended this place.It has a very unique and special aesthetic to it. While I was there I got my beard trimmed and shaped by a gentleman that understands that sometimes people dont want to talk and they just want to get a haircut. The man in the chair next to me love to talkin and his Barber obliged to the fullest. I would recommend this to all men that need a beard or a haircut. A truly special place with great views on the ceiling.

This place is amazing. It is always super busy because they do a great job. I have no need for a barber, but all of my boys do, and they love going to see Ryan. Great guy, and huge supporter of Milwaukie athletics.

After growing my beard back for the first time in years, I realized I needed the occasional professional trim. Barber Dan did not disappoint. I left with a nicely trimmed beard that was neat, but not overdone. With the arrival of summer, I decided to forego the beard altogether and went back to Barber Dan this time for a complete removal. Id forgotten how great it can be to get a professional shave. In addition to multiple electric passes and a straight razor pass, the treatment also includes several hot towel applications. I walked out of there completely relaxed and with a face that hasnt been this smooth since Kindergarten!

I do believe I just got the best haircut Ive ever had. Never a disappointment, thanks man. Its nice to know that you can still go to an old school barber for the haircut your grandpa got when he was your age.

Good shop, but the barber Marcus has his own new shop up the street it’s called Stay Sharp it’s on Concord and McLoughlin in the GGs parking lot. Marcus does a good job. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair.

By far the best barber shop I have ever been to. It is old school a place you can go to get a cut and straight razor shave and kick back and socialize. Ryan and Marcus take there time with each cut to make sure it is just what you wanted. I cant say enough good things about them. They are what makes Milwaukie one of the best places to live. This is a great place, for a good price. They usually have groupons, and give a great old-school shave. On Veterans Day, they have a cool event, and vets get free haircuts. Support local and give them a try.

These reviews are fake. I got a hair cut with both guys. I wanted to give it a second shot but the second was worse than the first. Not patience, perhaps they were good but now I have to have my hair fixed, if I can

I come in about once a month or so. As a veteran service provider in the area, I cant say enough about these guys. The service they do for vets on veterans day and the overall quality of their cuts and shaves are unparalleled in the area! I cant think of a better compliment than to say this: This is the only place ill go for a cut and shave, and I recommend you go there too!

Slowest barbers I have ever witnessed. Inane conversations with constant aggressive male cursing and ignorant bull. i eventually have up waiting and went somewhere else. I was amazed that people bring their kids to this place, there is basically porn on the walls and these guys have no filter. No comment on quality of haircuts.
