Not at all happy with my experience. Took my truck in due to being hit by DUI driver. Took almost two weeks for passenger fender and door repair. They called and said it was done. I went to pick it up just to find damage to both driver side doors, and a broken passenger door window switch trim. Dropped it off for them to repair and buff the entire outside for the inconvenience of Innovation not providing a rental car while they had my truck fixing the damage they caused. Almost 3 weeks later was able to pick it up. The truck was detailed okay minus the hood and driver fender, that didnt get touched. Due to my experience I just took it anyway. I have called a couple times about the trim piece as they said they would order it and I will just install it myself. It has been over a month and still nothing. I will not be recommending them to friends or family.Update 7-12-21After a few more calls, trim piece was handled. But not before the owner gave me a hard time about a bad review, he eventually cut me a check so I could order the part myself. He did round up $9 extra bucks. Here is the update I promised I would do...no option for a half a star upgrade...but since he rounded up so will I

My new car was hit in the bumper and left side. I took it to Bill for the estimate because the insurance company is set with them. I really liked how well they looked at everything and then set up the time and rental car for me. All I had to to was drop it off. Jason, Bill and Jeannie kept me up to date with the progress and when I picked it up it was cleaner then when I first bought it!!!

I had an accident few months back and was trying to find a bodyshop where they actually do as they say they will... This made it hard, looking at many shops and reviews I decided to go to innovation they used original parts for the repair and didnt cut corners, id say if you have a nice car or luxury car you cannot afford having a cheap shop fix it since you will have issues for years to come. Make a smart choice and take it to innovation body shop.

If your looking for an honest and professionally ran auto shop look no further! I took my new truck in to get a paint issue worked out. They ended up fixing for free and had me out the door in 15 min. I could tell in that short amount of time they were very honest and friendly people. I will definitely be back if I ever need more repairs!

Went there based on the high quantity of outstanding reviews. Someone scraped my newly purchased Mustang GT in the Costco parking lot with their big pickup truck and left it mangled for me to find. Went in to get a quote and was promptly attended to. The gentleman was upfront, very helpful and pleasant. Walked me through the process of dealing with the insurance and was quoted lower than I expected. Also helped me get an idea about other work that I plan to have done in the future.Unfortunately, ended up not getting the work done because I lost my job shortly after (covid-19...) but would highly recommend this shop based on my experience.

I moved to Portland in 2001 and found this gem of a repair place on McLoughlin in Gladstone. Theyve always treated me fair and honestly, and the rates have always been reasonable. The repairs have always been very timely and done beautifully. I will never take my car anywhere else, and its nice to see the same faces when I need work done. Always very friendly and accommodating. Im a lifelong customer~

They seem like really nice people, but they kept my Corvette there for a month without doing a thing, and covered the car inside and out with filth. Not sure why, but they were sitting in the passenger seat and forgot to close the mirror on the passenger visor which drained the battery.To be fair, they just might be too busy for their own good, and the repairs they did on your typical Toyota, Honda etc seemed fine.After posting a 2 star review, Jason called and really did his best to try and make it right. He offered to clean the interior and repair the seat they messed up. He explained some of the process that took place because of my insurance companys desire to just total the car instead of fixing it.He also offered to help me out with anything in the future and was genuinely concerned that I wasnt happy with their work.Im impressed with the fact that I was contacted in order to try and make me a satisfied customer. That kind of customer service is hard to find today.This was not a typical body shop visit. The car is special, and had some complex issues that needed to be dealt with. Knowing what I know now I would have taken care of a couple items before taking it to them, and feel fairly confident the outcome would have been much more satisfactory.

This shop works directly with my insurance, or I probably wouldnt have found them. Worked with Bill and he was reassuring, kind, and knowledgeable. Answered my many questions and as a woman with very little car knowledge I didnt feel patronized or taken advantage of. I felt like I did all of the reaching out for communication, but that might be because I was anxious. He ALWAYS returned my calls and kept me informed of the status of my repair. There were quite a few delays in getting parts for my extensively damaged vehicle. It was a bummer, but I cant fault the shop for that. I just wish they would have given a little more padding in the estimate of how long it would take.So, the repairs. They seem...great? The paint job is nice. Like I said, very little car knowledge but it runs like it should and I feel confident they will stand behind their work.This place is BUSY and its because they are good. Just keep that in mind with the timeline of your repair.

I bought a brand new Jeep less than a month ago and someone brushed up against the passenger side. While the scratch was minor, I wanted it removed given that my car was so new. I saw other reviews of Innovation Auto and sent in a estimate quote email. I received a call back within 30 min and brought my car in the next day. They buffed out my minor scratch for free and on the spot. I was there for about 10 min and SO PLEASED. Im usually very skeptical when it comes to dealing with car issues, but Ill be bringing both my cars back to Innovation whenever I have an issue. Absolutely amazing shop. Cant recommend them enough. Very friendly staff...I needed a minor adjustment on my headlights and told me to come right down to fix it in a timely manner.

My project was a very simple small project so i cant provide a complete review. But what really stoodout for me, enough for me to want to write this review, was their customer service! From the first contact over the phone to until i picked up my vehicle, they made me the customer feel important. It was just a pleasure doing business with positive friendly people. Honestly for this reason alone i will be using them again.

I had a great experience with the fine people at Innovation Auto. I was given time, advice, and a very reasonable estimate to fix my cars damage. All for free. Even more importantly, I was treated with patience, respect, and without judgement after I had recently caused an accident and was feeling very sad and embarrassed. They even had one of their guys zip tie and secure my floppy bumper so I could safely drive home. I regret that I waited to post my review because Ive since forgotten their names. But I will definitely be bringing my car to Innovation Auto for my repairs.

Meh. So, the folks are friendly and all, and the work was done correctly. But- they dont excel at organization and communicating. They dont do appointments, so thats the #1 complaint I have. I understand that body work can take time, but Id like to have some idea of drop the car off now and itll be ready at such and such time on such-and-such day. It took a long time to get the part in, and I realize that may not be their fault. I did feel like I had to keep up the communication myself. They seemed to keep forgetting me and what I needed to have done, and I was even given a different price at checkout (versus the estimate) because of this. Oh, and when dropping off my car well after opening time, I had to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes before seeing *anyone* working there. No service bell, no be right back sign, just an empty lobby.

Oh my lord! I’ve never been here before, but man am I glad I stopped in.I have an old van, and the door was acting horribly. It needed to be fixed, but I don’t have the skills to fix it. I gave innovation auto a call, they got me in immediately, and fixed my door in minutes. And I was out like lightning. I feel like I couldn’t have brushed my teeth in the time it took them to fix my problem. I am so so grateful. They were so kind, and fair. I have truly had a positive experience there! They can set up your rental car deal with your insurance company. Their work is really really beautiful!! After being told I need to get multiple estimates around town. They educated me and letting you know that I only needed one. After giving my claim number they were able to deal everything for me. No more running around town! I found my place.

Found them by searching for places near me and this has been the best experience I’ve had. I told them of a bad experience with a dealership I had and they went above and beyond for me. I’ve mainly spoken with KJ and Bill but everyone else is really kind and approachable too! I will definitely come back here if anything else happens and I’m recommend them to any and every one!

Stopped here on a motorcycle road trip with an emergency and they got me welded up and fixed up in less than 5 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, fast and friendly!

Had some work done recently on my BMW 135i after an accident. All other places I called couldnt get me in, just for an estimate, for another 3 weeks. Innovation Auto was able to give me a very reasonable estimate immediately. The body work to car was fabulous - cant even tell it was rear ended. Kelli Jo was excellent to work with; I was kept updated with repairs, they handled all the insurance paperwork and helped me with arranging a rental car and even vacuumed all the dog hair out of the car! Not to mention the afterwards follow up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. If the need arises again, I will defiantly be back.

Both my wife and I have gone to C &J for bodywork for many years and always drove away happy. Today in pouring rain they helped me unjam my Aerostars rear door. We will go back to them anytime we need their help hopefully not too soon.

Excellent service! My car got damaged while parked at Costco store. I took it in, they worked directly with my insurance company. I can not rave enough about how amazing Bill and the entire staff is! I was in a rear ended accident back on January 19th. My Toyota Camry had a little damage which I thought to my bumper but Innovation took my whole car apart to make sure that they found all the damage that was done to my car. My car was fixed over ten years ago by this company. Recently the paint started to flake due to bad paint at the time. Even with new owners and a new paint supplier, the company still covered the warranty repair.
