My first experience at an auto body shop was Gerber Collision. It was a horrible experience, it left me feeling very uncomfortable and mortified with how they spoke about me on the phone (unknowingly.) So to say the least I was very cautious when I selected Fix Auto to fix my car because of my past encounter with their neighbors down the road.To say the least, I was overwhelmingly impressed by Fix Autos all around professionalism and quality of work.Fix Auto was the best choice I could have ever made for my repairs. The body repair and the paint look amazing.But the one thing that I was not expecting that completely impressed me and made my day was my ENTIRE car was cleaned. The inside and outside of my car looked like it was fresh off the lot of a dealership. My mats look brand new the entire body of the car doesn’t have a spec of dirt on it. This truly amazed me that they took the time to clean my car to that extent. It shows how much they care and appreciate their customers trust into taking care of their vehicles.This experience I had at Fix Auto has got to be the best experience for Auto Body Repairs around the Portland area. Someone crashed into my car that I paid for I went into this place to get it fixed on my own insurance, my dad was trying to get involved and the rest of the time on paper they had his name on everything even though it was my insurance and car and issue so I don’t appreciate the sexism they had there they messed up the paper work so it was difficult for my insurance to get it properly done. Next time you have a woman come into you’re shop have HER name on the paper since SHE the customer...... overall they did fine work and it was taken care of in a timely manner.

I just picked my truck up today from being in the shop for a few weeks. The extent of the repair that needed to be done was completed in a very timely fashion, and before the initial deadline given at the time of drop off. Scott and the team at the Gladstone location have lots of years of experience and it absolutely shows in the quality of work they perform. The blending of the metal work and paint, all the way down to the welds are as close to factory looking as you’re going to find. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their repairs to seal off their top notch work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a repair done right the first time. Phenomenal jobs guys. Very satisfied customer.

My most recent experience at Fix Auto was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! I also had a great experience here with Scott a few years ago after getting rear ended and let me tell you, their excellent service has not changed. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could!!After hitting a rock on a hiking trip, I had some pretty serious cosmetic damage to my car. I first took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass on McLoughlin as it was closest to my house and recommended by USAA. My experience there was HORRIBLE. My car was deemed a total loss and wasn’t going to be covered by insurance. I met a tow truck to retrieve the car and it was left in pieces as Gerber refused to reassemble it. Not knowing what to do, I called Scott at Fix Auto as this was the only prior shop I dealt with in the past. He was AWESOME. Though my car was in shambles, he was still totally willing to check it out and evaluate all the damage. He even stayed 30 minutes after the shop had closed to wait for me and the tow truck driver to arrive!!! He was so understanding of my financial situation (I’m attending a bachelors program soon) so we went over everything together very thoroughly. We discussed what I wanted fixed on the car and what I wanted left alone so the price of parts/labor would not exceed my budget. Scott kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent me updates along the way. When I picked up my car up he had it all ready to go for me. The inside was even vacuumed!!!! It was totally spotless. I should have initially taken my car to Fix Auto but I learned my lesson the hard way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Ive used quite a few other auto shops in Portland over the years, and was never too impressed by any of them. I found Fix Auto on Yahoo, and saw their reviews and decided to give it a try on my toy (a 2009 Lexus that I bought since new). I was quite pleased by the service Scott provided and the work they did. I am now convinced that unlike other body shops who are only give lip services, Scott actually cares about his customers. I will not hesitate to recommend all my friends to Fix Auto in the future.

Had my 2019 Rav 4 done at Fix Auto order taken by Scott Baker. Right front done and tire rim .the crew did a awsome job. And what impressed me they did my 2014 Toyota Camary drivers side and passenger side. Driver side pedestrian rolled over my hood and the passenger side shopping cart hit it. Fix Auto Gladstone is one of those businesses that I was unaware of( A great find not far from my house) They fixed my Dodge Ram very professionally. Like new. They returned my vehicle on time, friendly office atmosphere and answered all my questions and concerns.

Scott and his team at Fix are great! Worked with my daughter and me around out crazy schedule. Always in constant contact, when parts where ordered and when repair would be complete. Even gave me a ride to the car rental company a block and a half away, so I wouldnt have to cross a busy road in the rain! Payment was easy. They also gave a life time warranty on the work. I doubt I will have to use it the work they did on the car was great. Not mention vacuuming out and washing the car was a great plus. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Fix.

This auto body shop lived up to the on-line reviews which led me to shop in the first place. The slight drawback is that they are booked out several weeks in advance, but this actually worked better for my schedule. The estimate for sure one part of the work was higher than another shop, but lower for another part of the work. They give a lifetime warranty for their work.

I was very pleased with the quality service repair. My front bumper is so new, that it looks better looking than the rest of my car. I definitely plan to see them again for future repairs and highly recommend friends and family to look for them for auto body repairs. They also saved me money versus going to the dealership.

Came to this body shop through a state farm claim and they have great customer service. Its a small personable shop that takes pride in their work. I will keep them in mind for future work and refer to friends.

This place takes their Honda certification seriously. My insurance wanted to change my wheel to a lesser quality wheel. But Fix auto challenged them to get new stock wheels from Honda. Scott makes customer satisfaction his priority, and my vehicle looks better than before my accident. (except some spacious gaps in between panels of the bumper and under the doors). Paint matches and is smooth. I think they detailed the interior a bit, I havent had my car in while so I forgot what the previous condition was. I had mild damage on my car, repairs were done in 18 days, but may vary depending on your damage. Overall, I will make this my go-to place for repairs, and I will recommend to my friends and family.

Brought my caddy by the shop to have them take a look at the front bumper that the corner got pulled off when I back up, not realizing I park over a curb too. Just went in to get a quote on the repair. Gerber Collision said I need a whole new front bumper at over $1500.00. I told them I just want the bumper re-attached. They said they couldnt do that for warranty reasons. What? There was no other damage other than I got pulled back a bit. The body man at Fix Auto grabbed a few tools and took care of it right in the parking lot. Maybe spent 5 minutes on it. Look great thats all I wanted done that Gerber wouldnt do. Asked the tech what I owe and he said no charge. Just remember us when you really need us. Now thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive never written a online review ever, but this inspired me to let people know. I hope I never need to use a body shop again but if I do, Ill definitely be returning to Fix Auto Gladstone.

Not satisfied with their paint work they only painted parts of one side and they paint the used it’s 30% different and for what they charged I expected a better job if they fix that issue I would recommend them with friends but if not I wouldn’t be comfortable recommending them again!

I had a great experience with Scott and the crew at Fix Auto Gladstone. Everything went smoothly and they really tried to make my experience pleasant. Someone even dropped me off at the rental car location in their personal vehicle. I was also able to pick up my repaired car after hours and leave the rental with them. Having body work done and getting estimates, etc. can be such hell, but not here. My difficult repair turned out great and the fancy paint that came on my new GMC was matched perfectly. My truck was even detailed inside and out!

I just had my 2011 Volkswagen GTI Worked on by Fix Auto, let me tell you they let me know what was going on every step of the way, Even had the electronic issues that came up that I didnt know for a few days and They said bring it in right away; also stayed open late just to fix it for me. Fix Auto did a great job fixing my car after an auto accident. I went back to the shop with two issues, both of which they responded to without any skepticism or trepidation. In fact they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their explanations and repairs. One of the issues was rather serious, and potentially very expensive. Rather than try to weasel their way out of the situation they took my vehicle back, completely and thoroughly checked it, and when they couldnt seem to find an issue, took it to the dealer. The dealer discovered a factory recall, and replaced my entire throttle body. This was completely unrelated to my accident or to the repairs they performed. They never once gave me any attitude.

Ripped my mom off on her car went their they shoved her out of the office said her keys were in the car when they werent stole the extra battery off our military grade tahoe stole amror plating blast plates off the bottom of our Tahoe seems like they were using out Tahoe to race and blew the head gasket because after we picked the car up from them their was water in the oil and the tahoe had problems accelerating and keeping speed and steering wouldnt go back to this place for anything
