I recently bought a pair of rims from Sound on Wheels and was honestly thrilled with the service. The owner and employees were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I normally dont write these reviews, but when I got rims for this good of a deal I had to. Definitely coming back when I need to upgrade my sound system.

I took my 2013 Kia Rio here to have them install a remote start, alarm and kill switch. When I went to pick up my car my check engine light was on and my blinkers would not work. The man working on my car was beyond rude to me! He kept telling me that he didn’t know what to tell me! When I originally brought my car there I had absolutely no problem with my car. They obviously had no idea what they were doing! If I could give zero stars I would. However, the owner was nice. He did issue me a refund and indicated that he would have the problems fixed tomorrow. I don’t even know if I trust them to fix the problem without making things worse.

I been coming to them for the last two years for my intoxalock calibration they have been professional and nice and they do things really quickly, today was my last day with the intoxalock in my car they removed it without any issue and I would recommend people coming to here

I usually don’t do this, but I would feel bad if someone else experienced the service, lack of skill, and customer service I did. I won’t expose them but warn you.. So until further notice, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR AUDIO INSTALLS. Your car and wallet will thank me later.

It was great. They were on time with my appointment time and got in in and out in no time. The installer even took the time to help me set up my pair my Bluetooth decides and gave me a run down on the radio that I purchased. Great and friendly customer service. I will be back to get my automatic starter put in.. cant wait..

Had to get the intoxilock installed and decided to use their services. Im glad I did because they always got me in and out of there and I never had to wait a long time. Intoxilock was an annoyance but they made the process bearable.

Got subs installed in May, and no issues, they sound fantastic! Guys were super nice, and careful with my old stuff. Even offered me pizza when they had lunch, haha. Thanks for getting my 20yr old speakers to work in my new car!

Didnt have the set of 20s that was promised over charged for the set of 18 inches rims originally for the 20 and radio installed by the way I had my own radio amp and wiring 1750 the new total was 1600 manage to settle for 1550 didnt put my tweeters in never again thank but no thanks.

I would be careful , at this shop. I had a remote starter put in. I have a 2002 Nissan Exterra. The mechanic rig up the remote starter. At first, I could remote start my SUV, but, then when I got in my SUV I had to step on brake and then restart my SUV. Not, the way a remote starter is supposed to work. You are just supposed to press remote starter to start my SUV, then when you get in SUV you just, put your key in, two clicks to start position and your vehicle is ready to drive. I had to go to another auto shop to have the work done correctly. Another $60.00. Apparently, on my SUV you need to have a relay switch too. The owner of Sound On Wheels did give me the $60.00 I had to pay the other auto shop. But, no discount on the price I paid them. Disappointed, did a lot of back and forth, to get the job done right. Apparently, the owner said, they dont do relay switches. Should of told me at first. Not try to pawn off only half of the job I paid them to do. Which was $ 250.00. 😎

Brought in two cars to install remote starts. Job was well done and service was good, very reasonable and friendly. Would recommend

Sound on Wheels is great. I go to them for Intoxalock calibrations. Everyone there is nice and friendly. They have very fast service.

Recently had full audio system installed in my 99 Ford Taurus. Not only were they professional, and answered any questions I may have had, but the squeezed me in the very next day. System is lovely, the did quality workmanship, at a reasonable rate. I will be taking my other cars to them in the future and would highly reccomend them to friends and family. These guys have done business on the south side for quite a long time, so they are obviously doing something right!

If I could give them zero stars I would, terrible wiring job, never left me access to Apple car play, left the Bluetooth speaker wire hanging on my floor, sold me a steering wheel controller that wasn’t compatible with my vehicle, overcharged me for an older model KENWOOD that is discontinued on their website, my factory sub was never connected... over 7 bills and I had to take my truck to Best Buy to have it wired properly pssst... save your money time and vehicle from these hacks and have get a professional installation from a reputable company... simply put Sounds on Wheels SUCKS... and to think I tipped the installer twice to make sure he took care of me... smh, never eva eva...

I came to Sound on Wheels because their prices were the best in the area. I had an alarm remote start with the pager AutoPage C3RS-730 unit installed in my 2012 Ford Expedition along with a Pioneer Double Din DVD radio and Pioneer 6x8 speakers in all 4 doors and I love the work they did. The employees here are amazing and they knew the products very well. I have recommended this shop to all of my friends looking for auto accessories and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I came here to get my audio installed and man they hooked it up good. Them guys was quick they got my tweets hooked up everything was great. They did nothin but good work Id highly recommend people go there

I unfortunately got a dui last year & had to have an intoxaloc installed. These guys took really great care of me & made the best of an uncomfortable situation. They never made me feel shameful about it & were always patient. I would highly recommend!!!!

If u want to tint your car windows, do not go to this place. They charged me $140 and they sent me to a different body shop. And the other shop charged their customers only $120. Why would you pay $20 more for a same service? Ive learned my lesson

This place is horrible! If there was an option to give zero stars I definitely would! First of all they don’t even have a garage to work on your car! I mean what if you had an appointment and it was raining out. I guess you would have to reschedule! They worked on my car in a shared parking lot next to the store! Really!! Then when I got my car back the interior of the door was falling apart! They literally tore my car up! The speakers weren’t even wired correctly and within a week my speakers didn’t even wore cuz the wires got lose! I can go on and on... Very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to go there! I don’t even know how they are still in business!!

Great shop i got work done there on three different vehicles one of the cars had a probken they took care of it right away. In my 300 and dodge it been over 5 years and the cars still sound good and the tvs in the back are still good one of the best in like mikwaukee.

This place did great work on installing a remote start in my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and they gave me an estimated time and it was done quicker than what they said. The only thing I could say is wrong is that they really dont have a customer waiting area. They have a small love seat thats seen better days and an old tube tv with basic local channels. The place could use a little modernizing. New couch new tv.. But i definitely will recommend this place to family and friends

They just like to squeeze all the money out of you possible, and if you dont know what youre buying, then the more they will get away with.
