I took my SUV to get cleaned only to get to my next destination and see that the soap and wipers didnt even touch the back of my truck! My back window was just as dirty as it was when I pulled in there as was the hatch! I called right away and NEVER received a call back. I used to go there all of the time, I definitely will not return.

Must of been purchased by a different company because they got rid of what made this place better than a gas station car wash. I didnt get a spray down like in the past. No under body wash, even on the most expensive plan? Get out of here... The setup seems horrible now. They made it look nicer inside but its literally half the wash you used to get. I have salt streaks still along the side of the car and the drying time is terribly inefficient. Wont be back.

The usual drive thru car wash. Not as good as a hand wash but okay when you know its going to rain or snow the next day. So why pay extra for a hand wash. In spring and summer I definitely hand wash. Bottom line: This car wash is okay if you want to get the salt off that has accumulated.

Was not aware this changed hands as it has been a long time since I visited the old Good Hope car wash, not the same as it used to be. No more inside wipe down, vacuuming, cleaning of the mats, dash and door sills. They handed me a towelette to wipe down my dash, really! No hand drying at the end of the wash. For the $18.00 not any different than the one at Kwik Trip for $10.00. Went specifically to get the inside done, guess they dont do that anymore, oh well.

This place is the best drive thru car wash in Milwaukee right now. There prices are the best to none and there customer service matches. They take care of there customers first and I had to give them a shout out for one time 🙏

They have good customer service very cordial and helpful however they dont put enough soap on the vehicle as they did when I first started coming here. The soap comes out very very minimal. I feel like Im being cheated by the owners. Give me what I pay for and I will give you 5 stars.

I had just finished an entire 15 hour paint correction and polish on my truck the week before. I was just about to trade it in and it had some road grime and dust on it. So I stopped in for a quick wash. The guy up front with the sprayer violently dragged the spray hose all over my hood and snagged it on my mirror. The scope was weak and watered down. The rinse was short and the wash left tons of micro scratches in my clear coat. The hose put a nice scuff in my hood. I would never EVER reccomend bringing any vehicle of value through here. Major lack of care or respect from the workers. I spent 10 minutes drying my truck in the alley way next to the wash afterwards and took my truck home to attempt to buff out the scuffs which was too deep to correct. So unhappy with this place.

High quality car washes. The owner is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend one of their monthly unlimited packages. Drive up, automatically reads IRD tag in window, and drive in....very convenient.

Brushless reasonable rate but thought wash could have been better

I have a monthly membership here for unlimited car washing. $5 is very reasonable for a wash and I rarely have to wait when Im here. The quality of the wash is good, but the drying portion leaves a little bit to be desired. The vacuums they have are pretty weak and I usually go home to do that. For $5 I think its a pretty good value.

I’m not sure what goes on here but the $5 car wash is the same as the more expensive options. I’ve done both and there is no difference in which machines come on during the wash. I knew this prior to going yesterday, but I thought I’d give them another try. I paid the $2 for the tire and wheel cleaning and my wheels are still full of brake dust. When I called to complain today, of course there was no manager available to speak with me. This place is a joke and neither my family nor I will be returning!

I came here on a whim. I had never been here before. My truck was filthy. I usually go to Scrub a Dub, but let me tell you... I really didnt expect much, but to my surprise...wowzers! I ABSOLUTELY loved the results of the wash. This will be my new place to go.

I appreciate that you can buy a monthly pass for unlimited car washes, however, I didnt appreciate the fact that they didnt inform you that they would automatically withdraw from your account every month without authorization. Now Im trying to reach them by phone and they dont even answer!Well now I have to say I was just blown away by the great customer service I received from Dave, Manager/Owner (I didnt ask) called me after seeing my previous review. He actually saw my review and credited my account because of the misunderstanding that this was like a membership and not something I chose to redo each month on my own which hadnt been explained clearly to me. I love the car wash I get from there & more so the free vacuum service. I would highly recommend their car wash, & even the monthly membership if thats what youre looking for as its very reasonable. Thanks Dave for the call & handling it like a true professional.

As far as I know this wash is the most reasonable for the top line wash and the monthly package is great for keeping your vehicle looking like new.

Pay for the monthly package deal, it pays its off with 3 washes.5th star is when the dryer dries majority of my truck. Most times its like I never got it dried.Editted 4/17/19: Now I love yall, but the right side dryers do not work. Entire right side of my truck is sopping wet AFTER going thru the dryers. Please fix this. I pay 37 bucks a month.

My first time thru was full of miscommunication and I did not leave a good review. Within 12 hrs of posting my review the owner, Davinder, was not only getting in touch with me thru the review here, but he also reached out to me on Facebook! He was very concerned with my experience and wanted to fix the issue. He reversed the charges and gave me a free car wash (which I used today & it would not work but as soon as I told the guys what was going on, they got me in) THANK YOU SO MUCH! My car and I both appreciate it!

The free vacuums are nice.The wash doesnt get your car exceptionally clean, but it gets the salt off in the winter

My antenna shark Finn broke in the wash and we looked for the part and could not find it so they had me call the insurance company but they won’t replace it so I have exposed parts showing and have to come out of pocket to fix it, I don’t recommend this car wash to no one because if something break they will not fix it, but they will give you a refund if u have the unlimited wash.

They need better employees because some of the employees are very unprofessional
