Let’s just say, a vehicle that experienced an infant through toddler, twice, was in dire need of interior detail… throw a yellow Labrador in the mix, and you have a job only a professional can handle. I stopped in here awhile back, to ask them about getting a car washed. There’s was an older gentleman that was extremely rude and unprofessional for a customer just walking in for the first time. I asked them how they did the car wash by hand? He responded to me “ we use water and soap to wash the cars than we dry them”. I was pretty much shocked, this is a normal question for anyone to ask that cares about there car and would want to know and bring there car to a detail shop. It’s nice to know if shop uses a two bucket system or three bucket system, if they use microfiber towels to dry the car and use clean water and clean soap every time. If you care about your car and just want them to use “soap and water” bring it here I guess, but If you are a car enthusiast Id probably skip this place. I don’t need to give my money to someone being a smart***.

On 8/26/19 I had my 2013 Ford escape detailed inside and out. When I came back to the car to pick it up, it was like oh my God thats not the same vehicle. It looked better then brand new. Heard that they did nice work. And I will be back. If anyone is on the fence. They do fantastic work. And very reasonably priced for the amount of detail they put in to the work. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Upon calling Sir Waxer to book my appointment the man asked me what kind of car I drove (year, make and model) as well as what kind of seats I had (cloth or leather)..I was originally told for an SUV with leather seats that my price for just an interior detail job would be $137.. they were very flexible with appointments and able to get me in relatively quickly. However, when I got there for my appointment, they already had my car in the shop when the man at the counter told me that an SUV with leather seats would be $180. There wasnt even an option that would have been $137..closest thing is a car with cloth interior for $139. The man I talked to at the counter had no clue what I was referring to and refused to budge on any pricing.Dont get me wrong, my car looks great...but to be misquoted by $40 AND on a price that doesnt even exist.....sounds like someone at the front desk doesnt entirely know what theyre doing.

Great shop with some even better people!Ed helped me book an appointment over the phone and answered my questions about what service I needed.When I arrived, I was a bit early but they got me in since they werent busy the time. Lucky me! While they washed my car Ed and I had some excellent conversation -- talk about customer service.My car looked as good as new, and Ill be a repeat customer soon!

Amazingly knowledgeable!!! It smelled like something died in my van! Brian took a whiff, and immediately recognized it as milk. He cleaned it thoroughly with a delicious smelling citrus cleaner. The death smell never returned!!!

Fast, friendly,and great price and service. I had my headlights restoration done here, the tech said the right one was so bad I could expect 75-80% renewal, but it turns out to look like 100%. It was quick and very inexpensive compared to having the headlight replaced, only $52.50 with tax. Everyone was prompt, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to have my van detailed soon.I would recommend this Sir Waxer to anyone.

This place did an OUTSTANDING job on my cars interior!!! I had literally tons of dog hair all over my back seat and floor.....they said they couldnt get all the hair, but they would do the best that they could. Let me tell you......I challenge anyone to find one dog hair in my back seat OR anywhere in my car for that matter, after they were finished with it!! I took in a car that needed extensive detailing and the staff did an amazing job on a car that I didn’t think would be normal again. Tan cloth interior can be difficult to clean but they did it. Highly recommend them

After reading the reviews, I decided to try Sir Waxer and I was very happy with the quality of their work. The service I bought was the wash, wax, and clean the interior of my vehicle for about $65. Everything was clean on the inside and the wash/wax were done to perfection. The owner and his employees were all very personable too! Highly recommend.

After a soda explosion, an unscheduled trip to Sir Waxer was needed. Everywhere except the headliner was cleaned perfectly. We were told their steam cleaners would remove both the stains and glue holding the liner in place. Ergo the headliner was left untreated. This left to my wife spending hours with the spot remover spray, something we didnt think wed have to do ourselves after the $170 service. Many other non-intensive trips have been met with 100% satisfaction and smiles - family owned quality service that I would definitely recommend, but telling the cautionary tale of what to expect with a soda-explosion-from-hell.

Quality, quality, quality. I loved the 3 coat wax and interior clean job done on my car. I appreciate making an appointment and not having to crap shoot when Id be helped, or just how long it would take. They delivered exactly as they established expectations. The waiting room is clean and the wifi was FAST so I could really get work done while waiting. Ive referred 3 people there the past month and will continue to do so!

If you would like to tip the employees that worked on your car, make sure to ask to tip them directly, PUT THE MONEY DIRECTLY IN THEIR HANDS. If you hand the tip to Brian brown, the owners son, he will pocket it and the money will never make its way to the people who deserve it. Personally I would recommend not having work done on your car at a business that does not respect their employees.

I got the service to clean the inside of my car, so my review is based on that service alone, dont know about them cleaning the outside car. They are a little expensive however they did a good job, clean the entire inside of my car, there was one spot I was disappointed that did not get clean, its not a obvious spot, its underneath my truck pull handle. There where some leafs that were in there, but they were still there when I picked up my car :(. But every other spot the car was completely clean, vacuum, and they put on the dust protector solution (which does add to the price) however I would recommend it, it kept my car free of dust for about 4-5 months after that, and even after that time it still was looking good. (Keep in mind Im usually the only person in my car and I keep it fairly clean, so that time might vary) They did clean my mats and the floor under the mats. Overall I was impress by the work done, like I mention before, the one spot, isnt something easy to get to, and I didnt tell them about it, just to see if they would clean it or not. Otherwise everything here is great, and I will be going back to them soon and might try to get them to wax the outside of my car as well next time.

I am a new Uber driver and wanted to find a car wash business that would thoroughly clean the interior of my car for a reasonable price. I was attracted to Sir Waxer because of the modest prices and perfect reviews. They did not disappoint! I passed on the hand wash for now and tried the interior cleaning service. Sir Waxer cleaned the inside of the windows/winshield, dusted, and vacuumed. This light cleaning looks nearly like they detailed the car! The price is VERY reasonable (check website for current price) and both father and son in this family business are extremely courteous. In fact, dad will charm your socks off! Just one important note: CALL AHEAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Even though this location is a bit out of the way for me, the drive is definitely worth it. Ill be back for repeat service...

Good car wash experience for a manual car wash. Was looking for a place to handwash my car, but was not finding it. Stumbled upon this place and I would recommend this place. They have many other services as well, which Ive not used. The prices are reasonable and the job is completed in a reasonable time

I took my car here to get detailed because of the good reviews on Google Maps, and i can personally attest to the fact that they do a great job! Im very happy with the results, my car looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Had them do 2 coats of wax which theres more swirls in the paint then ever , you can literally see there hand motion, dud you use a s.o.s pad to wash and wax my truck? The shampoo job they did on my interior, very little detail still really dirty , wont let me upload photos of interior after it dried, or of the paint will try again later ....

This is a good detail shop. I found the owner Ed to be a friendly and helpful. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a clean car at a reasonable price.

I love this place!! I came here on a referral from a friend. I called the office and was able to get in the same day. Upon arriving, I was greeted in a friendly and timely fashion. I had loaned out my Jeep for about 6 months to my brother, and when it was returned, it had a horrible stench of cigarettes and motor oil (hes a mechanic.) I refused to drive it again until I took it in for detailing, hoping that they would be able to remove the mess and the smell. Brian (youre amazing by the way!) spent almost three hours cleaning it. The hatch on my Jeep doesnt open but he somehow climbed back there to clean it. He also noticed that my fade button on my dash was cracked, and he took the time to super glue it back together for me, and even cleaned my floor mats which were just as filthy as the rest of the interior. When I arrived I was nearly speechless. The car looked brand new. Ive owned it for over four years and never once did I have it detailed. There were stains that have been there for years which he was able to remove and the smell was finally gone. This place, as well as Brian, are awesome. They know customer service and they do it right. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending their services to family and friends.

Everyone was super friendly. But, noticeable circular streaks on my hood is a little visually upsetting. Hopefully thats not something permanent in the paint itself.

Multiple spots when I received my vehicle well not Be going back

I had mice get into my car so I spent alot of money having them do the max job. Did nothing!!! If u get mice dont bother having it steam extracted or anything, waste of money. I went back to complain, also because they missed 3 big crunchy spots where food had spilled, but ed, the owner would do nothing. No, I would never go back there. I can detail my own car alot better. I bought a steam extractor for $100 on amazon, similar to an old one we had, n it took out the spots. Im also going to use it for my other car. I took the car to an automotive place n they cleaned the vents n the odor was gone. My son talked me into sir waxer because alot of these kids just dont want to put the work into it. We had cleaned the car repeatedly n washed it but mice odor would not leave, thought an expert detailer could do it but I guess not. If this happens to u dont take it n have it cleaned, go to an automotive guy n have your vents checked. What did I loose?? Was the full job over $200? I cant remember. Im over 60 n I still screw up!!!!!

Cleaner than when I bought it!

Place does really good work. Took my Silverado in for a wash and got the Durashield wax package. Truck looked like it was off the showroom floor when done. Owner takes you out to inspect vehicle before you pay (great customer service). I am OCD when it comes to my truck and they met my expectations. Highly recommend this place.

I actually spoke to the owner about the review from kyle haley. He confused Sir Waxer with another car wash business up the road. Everything at Sir Waxer is done by hand and there is no way to run anything through an automated car wash, because one doesnt exist at Sir Waxer.

They also answered general questions with honest and real good detailing tips you can do yourself to save you money. They were also very efficient and prompt in servicing the three SUVs! We will be bringing them back next year!
