Came here to get my car windows tinted. They did solid and efficient work. It was also very good that they could schedule appointments same day as the next closest competitor was scheduling a few weeks out. Keep up the good work!

Legitimately said holy s--t outloud when I opened my door and saw how clean my truck was. Literally night and day. Im sold and will absolutely come back with all my detail needs.

I am genuinely disgusted with the service I received.My fiancé brought in our car at 11am for a full interior detailing and exterior detailing. He was told it would be done BY 5pm, which is perfectly fine. But it wasn’t done until 7:30pm, which we only found out by calling the place. No one let us know we wouldn’t have our car back until over 2 hours after the expected time prior to us calling.I could overlook this, but when we got the car back the seats were in worse shape than when we brought them in. While we paid to have the interior cleaned including the seats, our seats are filthy. Other than the seats they did a sub par job as well, it was the quality you expect from cleaning it yourself in a rush.This was an incredible waste of money! I don’t trust this business to handle my vehicle ever again, and now I need to figure out how to fix my seats.

Purchased a complete detailing package for a Ford Explorer from Evren at Milwaukee Auto Spa, and boy did they deliver! Not only did they pick-up & drop-off the car right from my apartment, but as you can see from the pictures,it came out looking brand new. Totally worth the $200. Dont expect deeply set stains to be removed, but all of the surface grime will be gone. Definitely plan on going back next year.

I dropped the car off at 12:30pm picked up later that night. We had and oil change, full detailing and wash.The car was immaculate, the service was great; Murat kept me up to date on when the car would be done and progress through out the day. I cant speak enough about the customer service, just fantastic. The detailing was on my wifes car and she stated its like she was in a brand new car. Ill definitely be coming back.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Upon discussing pricing, it was not consistent with their website, that could use more detail. The price was however what we agreed on when the job was done. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by a worker who stopped what he was doing to talk to me. 4-5 hours was estimated on a complete detail (interior, exterior, and engine bay). The job took exactly that. When it was finished the owner asked if I needed picked up. Transaction was cash only. I was very pleased with the interior, wheels, and engine. The interior of my car looked brand new (4 year old car). I thought the exterior work could have been better. Overall the work they did was worth what I paid and I would use their service again. The website could be updated to include what work is done with each package as well as accurate pricing. That way expectations are inline with services received.

MKE Auto Spa saved the day! My kids placed a McDonalds chocolate milk jug upside down in the back passenger pocket w/out my knowledge. It wasnt until it was TOO LATE - a STANK SMELL that I found the bottle which had dripped a good amount soaked into the bottom of the passenger chair. I tried myself to clean it for two days w/o any progress, then I called my dealership with whom I purchased an interior cleaning package when I bought my brand new minivan and they were booked two weeks out (and do not do interior cleaning on Fridays and only book one a day?). I couldnt wait so I decided to GOOGLE and came across MKE Auto Spa. They took me in right away and worked on my car for 4 hours (its a minivan)! I was deeply impressed and a bit embarrassed to bring in a vehicle that was stinky and probably really dirty (I have 5 kids). Thank you to everyone at MKE Auto Spa, you saved me and my car! Its been one day and the smell has not come back. Highly recommend. I took these photos under a tree so the lighting is kind of bad.

Great work on my 2015 M3. It had terrible water stains and they did a fantastic job with a ceramic coat and detail.

I have had two cars detailed by Milwaukee Auto Spa and was very impressed both times. I also had a Ceramic Pro application done on my current vehicle and it turned out beautifully. They did a phenomenal job on getting everything cleaned up, prepped, and applied. Great care was taken to keep the car indoors and in optimal conditions for the ceramic to properly cure. Very honest and knowledgeable people, straightforward communication, and genuine care for the work they do. I will definitely be back.

If you dont pull in there driving a Maserati like the owner they will not give you the time of day. After spending $230 on a full detailing service, 8 hours later in this shop and we come back to the trunk completely untouched, (the spare tire was out in the trunk because that was agreed upon to be cleaned prior, also untouched.) I requested that spots on the car that were missed were touched up (vents werent cleaned, the trim had been stained all over with some kind of grease) and when I returned to pick up my vehicle the owner greeted me by saying go check it out, theres nothing else we can do. The trim was fixed, except for the trunk which i will take care of myself to avoid ever returning to this place. Additionally they didnt vacuum in any of the cracks between the seat, so looks like thats my job too! Thanks guys! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Easily the worst detailing I’ve ever had done to my vehicle - priced at 150 on website - take it in they tell me 200 end of everything it was 240. Damaged the paint on my rigged industry lights - interior was fine beside everything being soaking wet. Took it in at 10 am promise to have it done by 5 pm wasn’t out until 6:45. Hardly anything done to exterior. The location at theMobil is fine and would recommend but the new location off of 6th street had some horrible customer service and very low quality work. A lot of dirt still on tires and rear of vehicle - water inside of electronic outlets,

There was salt stuck to the carpets from our long winter, they were able to not only completely clean my carpets but my mats as well.Additionally I was very impressed with the detailing of the engine.Will definitely be back!

I recently had an oil change here which was extremely quick and great service. At that time I asked about an exterior wax and returned the next day to have that done. I was so happy with that service that I came back about a week later for an interior detail. My car looks great, service was provided with a smile and focus on my satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Extremely friendly owner and employees. I had an appointment which I made the day before. They did a great job detailing my car inside and out. Took about 2.5 hours. They got some black marks off my seats for me. Impressed with the service. Nice area. Little confusing to find, just pull into the gas station parking lot and look for the Mobil 1. Detailing is the garage entrance on the left. Pull up to it and wait for someone to come talk to you.

I called Milwaukee Auto Spa at 11:30am on a Saturday and asked if I could drop my car off for detailing that day. The owner was the one who answered and he told me they could absolutely get my car done the same day and to bring it by whenever. I dropped my car off around noon and it was done by 3pm. They did an amazing job and literally cleaned every single inch of my car. It looks and feels brand new. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning to them. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

Complete detail, same day appointment. The owner drove me to a coffee shop while I waited. Pleasure to work with and an outstanding job.They do not use slippery detail products and the interior looks like new again. No courtesy air freshener required.

I got my oil changed here on a Monday around 5 PM and they were so fast and professional. I highly recommend this place! It’s also very convenient to get in and out of.

If I could give NEGATIVE FIVE stars I would do that. I wanted a complete detailing which should be $150 as it is on the website, they told me that the price is for two door car, four door car is $180. I said ok, considering all the good google reviews. I dropped the car and it was ready in about 2.5 hours.Engine - Never touched, maybe with a dry cloth and no more than that. Exterior - Only hand washed, I didnt notice that there was any polishing done.Interior - All the stains remain the same, I saw attempt on one seat but it didnt work at all, all the other seats were dry, no attempts to clean anything. The car was vacuumed and plastic surfaces were cleaned.I just wanted to mention that I was sent to the Milwaukee Auto Spa 2 Location (Close to Fiserv Forum).My advice, stay away from this place if you dont want to waste your money.

Went here last week for an oil change and was impressed with how fast things went. I was in and out in 15-20 min max. I decided to go back there to get my car detailed today and could not be happier. I had a stain on the back seat that I have tried to get out multiple times at other places and they were able to get it out! Not only that, they found my spare care key that went missing over two years ago. It was buried deep in the back seat. Clearly, when they detail a car, they are doing a DEEP cleaning. I just wish I had before and after photos of the stain on the back seat.

They must be super humans. Theres no other way they could get a car so clean. Finding leftover particles was my biggest fear, but after the AMAZING job they did, I think this is going to be an annual treat for myself.I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but this place has absolutely nothing for you to worry about. I even asked the owner over the phone if I needed to be concerned, and he said that if anything happened he would make it right for me.AND BOY DID HE EVER. I picked that baby up (on time) and drove it away, absolutely incredulous. It wasnt just clean. It was NEW. I dont think the inside shined like that when I got it from the dealership. And not a single crumb or particle in sight. They must have a lazer beam that obliterates those bad boys because heck if I can find even one sliver of crud anywhere in that Cruze.I dont know how you guys do it, but its incredible, and you owe yourselves a margarita tonight. I really dont have the money to spend on this kind of thing, but its CERTAINLY worth paying someone to do it who has the experience, the tools, the polishes, and the expertise to do it at least 15 times better than I ever could. The gentlemen at Milwaukee Auto Spa did an incredible job with cleaning our truck. It would be an understatement to say that this job before them was very difficult (hence why we brought it in). They put in a full days work, not missing an inch of interior or exterior that needed some extra TLC, and charged an affordable rate for the work they put in. When we came to collect the truck, it looked as though wed just purchased it and drove it off the lot! We couldnt be happier and more appreciate of the arduous and great work these gentlemen put in to our tough cookie! Thanks again! We will be back (dont be scared, the car wont ever be in as bad of condition as it was before you worked your magic on it!!)

5 Stars dosent do these guys justice. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew my car was in the hands of professionals who truly take pride in their work. When my car was done not only did it look incredible, the guys pointed out body damage that the dealership I bought the vehicle from was trying to hide, this allowed me to go after he dealership and try to get the damage fixed correctly. I could tell how much you care about your customers because of this, you wanted my car to look great. You went above and beyond without charging me an above and beyond price. You created a customer for life, and I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

By far the worst $150 I ever spent on detailing. Looks like they spent 10 minutes on only cleaning mats. I still have salt in my carpet and some white residue all over upholstery.

Very responsive and friendly service. Had my sedan for three years, never gotten one detail. There were stains on the seats, rock salt engrained into the floor and mat. There was even a sludge type compound on the hood from dried up Train track oil - they cleaned the **** out of my car. It looks brand spanking new.It looks like they installed a new interior, that’s how clean it is. And the exterior hasn’t shined this bright since i pulled it out of the dealership lot!Highly recommended and will be back for more!

They did an excellent job detailing the interior of my car! They had their work cut out for them since I have a teen who plays soccer and the floors were like a muddy field. Looks new now. I will be returning.

Never come here !!! Horrible customer service, owner is rude and they are not ethical. I dropped my suv at 9am and told me i could pick it up at 1pm.... 1pm they called me and said no one has worked in your car.... we dont do that here....why did you check my car in the first place?? Not recommended.... their employees are great....its just the owner who doesnt fit

Customer service is horrible. They lack attention to detail. There shampooing carpets with no means to dry them. My carpet is still wet my seats. They cleaned engine bay but failed to clean the hood of car. They did not clean my panaromic roof. They didn’t even clean the cracks of the seats or in between seats. I found trash in my car after they supposedly detailed it. Worses detail ever. They pay there employees $75 a day to work a 10 hour shift. There is not one certified detailed in this place which explains why work is not getting done correct. Do not go to this place this is just a hand car wash there not really fully detailing cars

I took my van to Milwaukee Auto Spa last Friday. They charged me $250 dollars to detail it. When i got there to pick it up i had to go back inside twice! Once to find out where my floor mats were and a second time to complain about my trunk not working! They did nothing about my trunk & had to look around for where my floor mats may be. I made the mistake of tipping them before seeing my vehicle because i trusted it was done right based off of good google reviews! Once home for a couple of days my van started to smell musty, like a wet dog and despite leaving my windows open my carpets stayed wet. I noticed that my glove box and DVD console still had crumbs etc in them that had not been cleaned. I brought my van in to have it detailed because i wanted to trade it in! I was reassured by a man named Evran that they would make my van look like it came out of a showroom. This did not happen. The scratch that i had on the side, and was told it would be buffed out, didnt even look like anyone tried to make that happen! Im now unable to close my trunk with out pushing it to the left because it rubs on my right bumper. When i picked it up one of the employees said It took me a half hr to get that trunk to close! WHY!! Ive never had a problem with it before i took it to the auto spa! I called to complain and i said i wanted my money back and Evran told me that they do not do refunds because they pay their employees the same day! What does that have to do with refunding me? Do not patronize this business!

They mentioned that it will get completed it in 2hr, i called to get status they said its ready for pick up, once reached they were still cleaning and without drying it out they handed over to me stating you need to keep your window open to get it dried. Stains still in the car seats, not cleaned just did a base wash. Not Happy with the service at all.
