I had been searching for a specific LC500 for a bit and located one at Lexus of Milwaukee, since I was not from around the MKE area i needed to fit the trip in with another appointment so I stopped in last minute to view and test drive the car I was interested in. I was greeted by Charlie Potter upon entering the showroom and I can tell you Charlie was a polite and helpful salesperson which is a nice change from some dealerships. Best to steer clear of this dealership. I leased a vehicle, 2021 ES hybrid in May. As of todays date, I have yet to receive my plates or proof of title. I have called the dealership over a dozen times and have had maybe 3 call-backs with excuses and runaround. WI State law states that title work must be processed within 7 business days. Not only have they broken the law, there is no record with DMV of this transaction. I just filed a complaint with WI Attorney Generals Office. Beyond frustrated with level of dishonesty and incompetence.

The title lady PAT can not figure out to save her life that that is what I need. I STILL dont have a free and clear tirle for this vehicle and sadly I had to call up an attorney anf nothing still has been resolved. I give them 2 stars because my sales person was super nice and picked me up from my hotel to drive me to the dealership. Vlad is awesome the rest of the experience not so much.

Bought a used car at the end of June, 2021. Got pulled over by the police a few weeks back and was advised that my plates are not registered. Called the dealership, they stated it was the DMVs fault and they are behind. Called the DMV, they stated there is no request for a plate transfer. Called the dealership back, now I was told that there is a spelling issue on the title with the previous owner/bank and it cannot be transferred into my name. Ive owned the car for a couple of months and Im just finding out about a title issue. Ive been working with the dealership, however, the dealership is clueless as to how to fix the issue. Meanwhile, Im left without a car to drive to take kids to and from school, to go to work, etc.

I had such an awesome experience with Lexus last week Thursday. I traded in my Ford Escape, which was in awful driving condition. I drove around a 2021 atomic silver NX 300 and fell in love! This SUV is extremely safe, drives smoothly, and has such cool tech features. I had immediate support from Austin D. with paperwork and the financing part, Ben K. for showing me around and cruising the town for test-drive, and Frank M. to assist with final signatures and transfers. I had a really great experience at the dealership getting my car. They got me a great rate and I got to leave with the perfect vehicle for me.Unfortunately, after that my experience was lackluster. I spent months trying to get a service I paid for and after speaking with the dealership & emailing 2 members of management, I never got a response.Eventually, I had to write a letter to the dealership threatening to take them to small claims court if I didnt get a refund. This apparently got their attention. They sent a refund check out within a week of getting that letter. I got my refund in December and I bought the car & service I didnt receive back in May.Im glad they ultimately made it right with the refund but it was absurd that I had to go to such lengths to get my money back and to this day, none of my emails have been answered. Any sort of communication or apology or aknowledgement of the issue would have gone a long way for me to mend things. I found it to be very disappointing customer service that I couldnt get help sooner and had to resort to threats in order to get assistance. Thats simply not right.To sum this up: the experience you get before you buy the car is pretty good. The experience and assistance after you buy is terrible and could use some real improvements.

With Vlads help we were able to locate a vehicle checking 9 of the 10 boxes in options we wanted!! (Our 10th box really could have been checked as well, had we wanted to wait a bit to build our vehicle and wait for the 2022 model year. We elected not to wait, and Vlad found us the best vehicle!) Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone considering a Lexus or used vehicle from this dealership, to request Vlad as your salesman. You will not be disappointed. The service is amazing! I would recommend Lexus of Milwaukee to all my friends and family. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and his communication was excellent. I felt I was very well taken care of. The technician did a great job. I will be returning.

Worst customer service, you dont even feel you are calling a lexus dealership! Not helpful and trained staff. I purchased a brand new lexus which they told me I have lifetime free carwash on this car. Now I am calling to schedule a carwash and they say we are understaffed and we dont do carwash anymore!Look for a better lexus dealer especially if you wanna buy a new car. I would go to Chicago lexus dealerships next time.

Tyler, Sarah, and Dan (both) were so professional and helpful as we decided to purchase our first Lexus! We had so many questions and Tyler answered all of them. It was obvious that he was researching cars for us while we werent even there. His thoughtfulness in understanding what we were looking for was obvious as he actually listened to create a profile of our needs. The whole staff was welcoming and patient! It was definitely our best car buying experience ever!
