OK... I dont think I have ever been more impressed with body work and painting on a vehicle in over the 20 vehicles Ive owned in my entire life. This companys work in my opinion is as close to factory than factory itself... I would definitely recommend and I NSC a 5 STAR rating!

Over the years, I have used North Shore Collision for post-accident repairs on a number of vehicles owned by members of my family. No matter how extensive the job was, they always complete the work on time, on estimate, and they exceed my expectations every time! This place is phenomenal. From the time I called to the time I picked up my cars they were on it! My wife and I were involved in a car accident Memorial Day weekend and we took our car here. They put us in a rental and told us they would handle everything else. They were so good, I dropped off my minivan a month later to fix the trunk and mirror. By the time I pulled up at home, I was getting a call that my car was ready. Never in my life have I seen service so good I swear!

Late in January 2021 I bought a 2014 Buick Lacrosse, This was my first brand new car ever, I was so excited! 2 weeks and 1 day after I bought it I was on my way home from work on a snowy road (164 North headed back to Colgate WI) When low and behold wild animals decide to run out in front of my new Buick (2 big deer actually) The first one made it across and the second one I had no choice but to hit head on, I was freaked to say the least and my front end was utterly destroyed on my car, I was shaking and devastated that this happened! I have insurance through Am Fam and my agent is terrific and told me she knew a place that does incredible work and not to worry, She was right about the guys at NSC! Max & Dave were just awesome, kind, understanding and honest! Within a 24 hour span my car was in their shop and they put me in a 2017 Buick Regal Sport so I would have something comparable to drive while they worked on my car, They stayed in close contact with me on every development, They got my car done in a timely fashion and I did NOT pester them, I knew I was in good hands, When I got my car back from NSC I was elated! They fixed everything! Blended the paint like nothing ever even happened, They did a thorough job inside and out, I was astonished at their craftsmanship and how seriously they take their art to the next level, They treated me like family and my car was important to them too, They washed it and did the inside too and it was like buying it all over again ( Shiny & New) Max & Dave and the employees here are just awesome! An employee told me it cost an estimate of 7k for a rust repair on ONE panel, that’s 14k for two sides. In addition, he also mentioned it would cost up to 15k for a paint job. Those numbers are unreasonable & knowing that my car needs little repair to perfection, it should not have cost that much. Deeply disappointed.

I reached out to Max at NSC about fixing a job another shop couldnt complete. He replied to my message right away and went over all the options I had for my Truck. About a month ago my car was hit at a gas station and I was debating taking my car here vs taking it to another shop. I had a speaker wire replaced today and was very impressed with the service. I easily got an appointment and the staff was very friendly. I needed the right rear door of my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced and was referred to North Shore Collision by a work colleague. They fixed the car beautifully and went way above what was expected. They returned the car 3 days faster than expected; also did a full interior and exterior detailing job which on a good day would cost hundreds of dollars which they did for free! After husband broke off passenger side mirror pulling into garage, I called North Shore Collision because my daughter used them last year. I was told to order the mirror replacement myself and they would put it on for free as we were repeat customers. The whole process took less than a week and 20 minutes to install. Since this has happened before, I know I saved about $200.00. Very happy.

My car was totaled in a hit-and-run a few months back. I didn’t know it would be totaled at the time, and my tow truck driver recommended this place to me. I was really nervous because it sounded too good to be true. “Who was this stranger willing to let me borrow a rental while my car waited for inspection in his lot?” Well, that’s exactly what Max Jones did, and he even let me borrow it for a few days extra. Unfortunately I cannot speak on the actual body shop work, since my car was not worked on, but Max and the woman working the front desk were both so kind and understanding.
