This shop is very affordable and quick to provide service. They do not try to sell me things I do not need.

I am very satisfied with this shop. Prices are fair. The customer service is excellent. They have serviced the car 4 or 5 times. The car is running much better since the tune up. We have had snow tires taken on/off. They repaired a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir. It is convenient. We are a one car household and I can drop off the car and walk home.

I had my car stolen. The entire engine was ruined. And my insurance company was trying everything they could to get out of paying for anything. Sonu dealt with them perfectly and ultimately got an entirely new engine (3 years newer than the car itself actually) and the car is better than it was before. I even took it back to have some minor body work done. I practically have a new car! This shop is great to work with. High quality work and great value for money. Cant recommend them enough. I hope I dont need their services anytime in the near future but if I do, I know where Im going!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The level of care start to finish is second to none in the Milwaukee area. I especially appreciated how clearly my vehicles problem was explained to me and estimated on the front end. Clear coordination of a drop-off time that worked with my schedule. Then, the staff followed up and contacted me personally 4 days after the repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great value for the work that was done... and even better service.

I have been coming here for over 7 years through different vehicles for me and my wife. They have always been extremely fair, fast, and have never had any issues with their work. In fact, they tell it like it is and dont oversell things you dont need and are very realistic. Very much recommend Toor Auto!

My local mechanic was charging ridiculous prices just for a tire change, so I came to Toor at the suggestion of a friend. Not only were the prices good but they were efficient and extremely kind. My alternator went last week and I happened to be right up the street from Toor went it broke down(after hours). I came the next morning, they had my car done by that afternoon.... again, with a very affordable price.

Sonus communication was fantastic! I unfortunately had my sunroof stolen from my car so I needed the entire assemble. He was fast and affordable. I really appreciated his communication with me and his promptness. Any time I have ever needed work on my car.. they are not only incredibly fast about getting me in.. they do an amazing job and treat you like family versus other places that just treat u like a basic customer.. they even text me to check on the car and see if I need anything done..(oil changes, etc).. aside from the great service they provide.. they are WAY cheaper than other auto shops.. I needed a water pump on my Chrysler 300 and couldnt find a shop that was willing to fix it without charging me a arm & a leg. So a friend referred me to Toor Auto Service. I’ve been using Toor for years now. Their work and service is professional and top notch! There’s been multiple occasions with my work truck where they easily could’ve raked me over the coals pricewise but found ways to do it more economically for me and have always been extremely honest and upfront with trying to save as much money as possible while still addressing the vehicles issues safely and professionally. I always am greeted with a smile. Very nice and comfortable place. I feel like I can trust these gentleman and they are not going to rip me off. I was in a desperate position on a Saturday, my brakes started making a terrible noise and it was 10:30…I called, they were able to get me in, …called me …gave me the diagnosis by 12:00 and all 4 brakes and roters estimate was less than I had anticipated.. they completed the job by 3:00and I was only without a car for a short time. Amazing weekend service. I couldn’t have been more pleased. 🙌

I was directed to Toor Auto Services by a friend in the summer of 2020 when I was in need of a new head gasket. Toor saved me $1000 on this repair! Think about that. On top of incredibly fair prices, Sonu is fantastic and I feel like Im not just a customer but an ACTUAL friend. I have had additional work done since the head gasket replacement, and every time I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the work to say nothing of the UNBELIEVABLY LOW prices. Great service at a reasonable cost. The technician wont ask you to change a part unless its absolutely necessary. Unlike the named service centers, these guys will advice you on your car condition without ripping your wallet.

My SUV’s engine needed to be replaced. The original place I went to in Hartford (it’s where it broke down) wanted to charge me when all said is done $10,000 to replace my engine. Toors replaced it for $4,000 and were extremely fast! I was quoted a 2 week job, and I got the Saturday before that time frame! Never had any issues with this place, neither have any of my friends who have done business with them!

Quick and trustworthy diagnostic and repair at a good price.

Took car in to have 2 tires fixed for rim leaks, said they tightened valves and sent the person I was with down the road. Wont be going back as I had already known that it was a rim leak and not valves. Went elsewhere and made sure they pulled tires off of the rims to clean up corrosion and what do you know, rim leaks fixed and no more flat tires.

Had a belt replaced. Done in a timely manner and pricing was exactly what I expected.

I have been taking my vehicles to Toors for several years now, ever since I moved back to Milwaukee. It was difficult to find an Auto repair facility that I could trust, but it turned out that these people are the most HONEST, reliable and knowledgeable group of technicians that you will find anywhere. They do not try to squeeze you as most other auto repair places do, they give you an affordable price in addition to honesty. There is almost nothing they can not repair, I am in awe at their experience and candidness.They also do auto body work and complete paint jobs, again at affordable prices. Look at the photo of my truck they painted, this was no easy task along with all the dents and dings they eliminated.They do not try and make you feel that you are a complete idiot, they treat you with great respect. You will not be disappointed if you decide to do business with them. On a scale of one through ten, I give them a twenty.Way to go Ace.Ron Kurszewski

I was blown away by the service here. Just stopped in to have them take a look at my exhaust, 20 minutes later and only 85$ I was pulling out with my car silent. You cant beat that in my opinion. Thanks guys.

Have taken my car here several times. New faces now and REALLY horrible service. Zero trust and will never go back. Was charged $203 for a $50 part and charged $173 for labor. When I picked up my car after turning into a gas station a few blocks away I heard a loose piece in the steering column. I called to tell them and was told it would go back into place on its own. I then went through the car wash and while drying my car I discovered a scratch on my drivers door and drove right back to show them. Was told they would try to get touch up paint and would call me. Never heard from them, Yesterday, while backing out ot my church parking lot I heard the loose piece again it caused the horn to blow and was suck on for quite some time. When I took it back today they shouted and swore at me and told me I was a trouble maker. They overcharged me, scratched my door and are trying to tell me that the loose piece in my steering column is not from their work. BEWARE

My experiences with Toor have been great. I took my car there because of a squeaky steering wheel. They told me to fix it it would be $400, but recommended not doing it because it really didnt need to be fixed- thats honesty. I have taken my car back and have always been happy with the results.

They are liars and thieves. Took my car there to fix my suspension. They charged me a little over 600.00 because they said they bought a new kit from the dealer (John Pauls) . A couple months later I took my car to another shop that told me the air suspension kit in my car was the original one not a new one. I wanted to be sure and I called the dealer where they said they bought my kit. Dealer confirmed Toor never order a new kit from them. Never take your car here!!!

Rude and unprofessional staff. They forgot to put antifreeze when they supposedly fixed my radiator, car got overheated... I came back, and they said with dumb smiles, Ohh we are sorry, we forgot to put antifreeze but your car should be fine.Car is not driveable now... They did not even apologized. I would not recommend this car shop to anyone.

Stopped in to have them check my squeeky steering wheel. They told me it was my lower ball joint and quoted me $400 - $430!! That quote was DOUBLE what the dealership would have charged!! Found another place thats gonna do it for $160.... HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE! And very unprofessional too.

Nothing like being told they would service your car and then they dont even bother to have the decency to call and let you know they cant do it.Not getting my business. That is for sure.
