DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is a scam, Cal is a smooth talking scam artist. The engine light was cleared from my car but popped up 2 days after purchase.. He knew there was mechanical problems with a car that I purchased but did not disclose that information with me before the sale took place. He pulls every excuse out of the book to not help you once the purchase is complete. Lawsuit is in place for this horrible business.

Saw a vehicle online. Very professional experience. Test drove and enjoyed vehicle. Kal was very straight forward. Could not recommend higher.

Have had both small jobs such as tire repair and big jobs including overhaul of entire exhaust system. Ive found them to be quite fair and responsive, and seem to take pride in their work. I felt they made sure I was involved in the decision-making process, and worked to make sure I was satisfied. Not sure how their prices compare to other places, but I believe they are in line with others for the area. I will continue to use their services.

I absolutely love this place! They are always attentive to my needs and are always very nice to me when I come in for service. They are also very accommodating and are willing to change appointment times and dates around that best fit the customer. I always have a great conversation with the gentlemen who work here. I would recommend this place to anyone. They definitely do right by customers.

One of the men working here is honestly the rudest person I have interacted with in a long time. I see he likes to comment reap what you sow but I did not do anything that would garner that kind of disrespect. I even apologized to him for not knowing how his check in process worked and he continued to act like a jerk. No thanks.

Good prices. Reasonable service. However you need to make sure you set up an appointment before you go. It is difficult for them to get you services in a short notice.

I usually do not do stuff like this but I felt that it’s in very important for me to tell the next customer or employee That enters this establishment that these people are the most rude , uncaring , On a professional staff or owner I have ever met. Giving them a one star and a review is not good enough . I came for an emissions test and one of the staff told me to get off my phone I see no disrespect by that but I didn’t understand if you’re working on my car why do I have to get off my phone but long story short I got another phone call I politely ignored it and sent my wife that was calling me A message stating that I call her back . The staff completely lost it and told me that if I get on my phone again in front of him that he would end it text . I was completely shocked that my phone was more important to him at the time then him actually doing the omissions test on my vehicle . I asked him a couple of questions after words regarding the test and he replied I can answer any of your questions read the papers. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life . Their attitudes when I first got there to the end already gave me the impression that I shouldn’t of been there . A lot of people that have went there told me not to go but I like to give people chances an experience things on my own .After today I will never Go to this establishment ever again and I highly recommend anyone that wants work done on their vehicle or even an emission test to go somewhere else . Great place and wonderful people. No crazy overcharge and they explain things well.

This is only a review of their WI emmissions and vehicle license plate renewal process. I was in the door, tested, and finished, including paying my plate fee and getting the new tag, in under 10 minutes. No appointment required. By far the best experience Ive ever had with the process. I will no longer go to the quick oil change places I had been using. They have earned my business for future DMV renewals. Ill probably try them for the next mechanic work I need done based on this visit.

After trying several times to stop at big name shops (Fast Track, Monroe) to get my emissions done and not being able to because computers were down or employees hadnt shown up, I decided to stop at Lisbon Sales and Service on my way into work. Friendly and quick service had me in and out in no time. Ill be stopping back there the next time I need something for my car.

I stopped by for a quick job with hopes they could help me.. got me right in and fixed the issue had me back up and running in no time very friendly and helpful I think I just found my new mechanic

This by far one of the worst experience that I EVER had with a employee. One of the employees is very very RUDE. He would try to challenge what I was saying and not letting me speak at all when trying to have a normal conversation. I Advice everyone not to come here unless you guys like to be treated poorly and be disrespected.

Ive had three different Infiniti SUVs. The man knows everything about cars. Hes always been fair and I have never not been satisfied with his work.

When I came in to Lisbon Sales and Service with my car concerns, Lou and Kevin started with the minor areas of concern first. From the start they told me that they always look at the minor areas first to see if it fixes the problem before moving on to potential more expensive fixes. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were straight forward with all possible problems/solutions. It is often hard going into a new to you shop (even harder as a woman) and wondering if they are going to give you the run around or tell you that your car needs thousands of dollars in repairs that may not actually be needed. In this case I can say I was very lucky to have ran into this shop where I received very honest and respectful service. Lou and Kevin worked very closely with me and did everything in their power to get my car in tip top shape. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me and my car. Heres to another 80,000 miles Kevin and Lou!! Thank you for everything!

A family member and I both walked to the shop. The family member went to the shop for testing, note the family member contacted one of the shops staff prior to the testing. The staff member said, Hey come on in! Our equipment is ready and up to par. Get here in a short amount of time and my equipment would be up and running. When we got there, not only was the staff member rude but also disorganized, with equipment not properly setup, and disrespectful to us. Rude and disrespectful staff! Unprofessional and dimwitty! The shop didnt have such a welcoming atmosphere. If I could give this place zero stars, I WOULD!!! P.S. to the owner/s, as I said, my family member was going for the testing... NOT ME!!! Just a customer expressing their experience within your institution.

Kevin was very inconvenienced that I brought my vehicle to get an emissions test at 4:16. Apparently there is an unwritten rule that he has to stop testing at 4:15 so he can leave right at 5 nightly. Nowhere is this posted at the shop.He let me know how much of an inconvenience it was to him a few times.I suppose my two vehicles, and all of my network are too much of an inconvenience for your business to handle. If I were the owner, I would find a way to get him some customer service training for the future.

Went for vehicular inspection. Fast and efficient, was in and out in less than 15minutes

The Car repair guy was very strange when it came to my emissions test and it seemed almost military like, also the guy took a picture of me...which I thought was weird..told me to smile for the DMV👎🏽
