Brett gave me excellent service and at a affordable price. Other mechanics stated I needed brakes and rotors, but Brett said No only pads. They rotated my tires and explained why that was important. I left so Happy. This is my to go to mechanics from here on out

Ive only gone here twice, but both times the service was great. The communication top notch, and the quality of work was second to none. They recently patched a tire, put the spare and all the tools back in my trunk which they didnt need to do. Its the little things!

I went in as a walk in on an obviously busy day and they were able to squeeze me in about an hour. I was very impressed at how well oiled the staffed seemed to be and how they kept things moving. The owner, Brett, was buzzing around going above and beyond in costumer service keeping up with checking people in/ out, taking calls and conversating with customers. At the end of my experience I was happy with the quality and price of the service I received and will be back again.

We have been using these guys for years staring at the old gordys location. They have worked on three or 4 different cars for us and each time they are very upfront about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. Prices are very fair as well. We once had them put a new transmission in a car and it failed very quickly. They were happy to replace it right away free of charge and the replacement is going strong 4 years later. It is wonderful to have a great honest mechanic right in the neighborhood

I found myself at Bretts after getting a sudden flat on my way to work. The customer service I received was fantastic! Ultimately, I had a new set of tires and a new battery (per my request) installed the day after getting the flat. All costs were communicated to me upfront and everything was priced fairly.

Former mechanics from the Gordy Spalding Citgo station (lease ended) have moved East on Bluemound Rd. and it is fantastic news that theyre back in business. Brett, Mike and the crew are as good and honest mechanics as you will find anywhere in the city. Ive been going to them for 20 years now and havent had a single cause for complaint. I took my car here to find out what was wrong with it, Brett fixed without my say so for $500.00 and when I went in to complain. That Brett didnt call me on my cell or at my place of employment of where I answer the phone, he then yelled at me clapping his hands in my face and threatened to impound my car.
