I dropped off my car at 9 am for an oil change and tire bead leak repair. Havingbeen to this location 3-4 times before with no service issues, I was expecting the same service. I must say when I booked the appointment on line, they said it had a two hour completion time. I told them I would go across the street for breakfast and consider me waiting for the oil change to be done. I went back to the facility a 9:50 and stood outside watching the technicians work on four different vehicles.Having been a Quick Lube Manager for two years, a Service Consultant at three dealerships for 15 yrs, and now working in Customer Service for the past 5yrs., I tend to know good workers and great customer service.A couple of the technicians worked hard and were focused in what they were doing, but the other three were smoking and joking (literally) with one another, with no work ethic or care that a customer was waiting. By 10:20, they finished the vehicle and I paid for the services.I then requested to speak to the Service Manager, who politley welcomed me into his office. Within 30 seconds of me explaining the above, he turned his gaze from me and went back to working on his computer, ignoring me completely. I do not remember ever having a manager dismiss a customers complaint as blatantly as he did.For that reason, I am giving this location a (1) star and will never go back.

Juan was so very pleasant, kind, patient and so very helpful. He quickly assessed the issue of a staple in my tire and within 5 minutes he had my keys working on my car! I highly recommend this Good Year Tire location over any of them. The service is amazing and its cut straight to the chase, no fluff! I will be telling everyone about Juan and this location on 27th and Morgan. Called them twice before even bringing my car in, they suggested I bring my car in to look at the time that kept going low in pressure. I said okay, he said let’s schedule an appointment, we can check it out and I’ll let you know what’s wrong with it and we can go from there. I get there 10 minutes before my scheduled time today, Kasey Jones store manager already has an attitude from the moment I walked in. He asked what I was here for, and for what tire.. didn’t even ask me what was wrong with it. Asked for my keys and walks away. Comes back and tells me to come up to the counter to sign an authorization form to charge me for a service they haven’t even performed yet, nor have they even looked at the tire to see what was wrong with it yet. I asked him why, he said I’m not touching your car until you sign. I told him this was never mentioned to me over the phone both times I called, and that you guy suggested I bring it in and get it checked out. He still repeats him nor his guys are touching my car before I sign an authorization to be charged for a service I don’t even know I need yet because they haven’t even looked at the car. Asked to speak to the manager, he noted he was the manager, so I asked for his managers name and he told me he was not authorized to give that information, after asking again and again he finally gave me the name and email. Would not recommend this place as they have a nasty attitude and try to skimp you out of your money before even looking at your tires to see if there is anything wrong with them.

Had a flat tire, called Goodyear and they said they were very busy that my vehicle would be ready until the next day. Didnt have to pay for the tire thanks to the warranty I bought for the tires I purchased at the same place. Went to pick up the vehicle and found a mess inside it. They left the steering wheel sooo dirty! Ive included a picture of the lysol wipes I used to clean the steering wheel. Also they forgot or just didnt bother to remove a large sheet of paper they used to protect the floor, and the plastic they put on the driver seat! They were both so dirty!! They really need to step up their game when it comes to cleaning after themselves when they finish working on the vehicles! I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Juan and the guys at Goodyear have been taking good care of our cars and protecting our safety for more then 20 years. Trust them! Relie on them .

We were traveling through Milwaukee on the way to a wedding and picked up a nail in our tire on the interstate. This Goodyear happened to be the closest tire shop and we were able to make it there. These guys were great, able to work us in and get us back on the road in just under 2 hours and did not even charge to patch the tire up. They even fixed an issue with the TPMS that another shop wanted $70+ to replace the sensor, again for free. We drove 5 more hours on the patched tire and it held just fine. I was thoroughly impressed with these guys. Thanks again!

Needs to re-evaluate how staff act with customers. If it wasnt for Jose we wouldnt go back. He is an amazing mechanic with excellent customer service. He made sure we were comfortable leaving our vehicle. Jose deserves 5 stars. However, other staff members deserve 1 star. That is why I gave it 3 stars.

Woke up to a flat tire and Juan was wonderful to work with. Although I couldn’t get it fixed on the spot at 7am due to staff not in until 8am, Juan promised he would have it done by the time I was off work and it was. I have gone to this location many times and always excellent service! I highly recommend this Good Year and Juan!

The customer service seemed nice but they tried to upsell me so hard that my estimate was over $2,000. They assured me that my car wouldnt drive properly unless I got at least most of the work done that they suggested. I went for a second opinion for the front end work and found out they could do it at Miller Auto for a fraction of the cost and told me I really only needed a few things to get my car up to code. Yes its an old car and it could use more work but Goodyear was straight up misleading. Miller Auto did the couple things I actually did need and only charged $450. Jason, the mechanic at Miller is awesome. Would not recommend Goodyear.

My experience at this Goodyear store was a good one. They even saved me some money. The store manager told me that one of the sensers was not working properly and would be a slow leak and would need replacing. In a little while the guy working on my car came and told me that with some fiddling around they fixed the senser so the tire valve would not leak air. With winter coming on its good to have new tires.

Arrived at opening time on Sat. Hoping for a first come first serve spot....not realizing it was by appoint only.....however the guys scheduled me for 11 am....for an oil change fuel filter change and rotation.....being told it would be a couple hrs....it turned out to be around 3hrs with no updates....as I sat there for the last hour.....after paying and walking read over receipt and realized the fuel filter was neglected 😑.....however I would be willing to return if I was a resident

I had called today not to long ago to get an estimate on 4 tires for my Nissan, the man on the phone sounded annoyed and asked a question regarding the type of vehicle. I had apologized and asked if he could hold on just one second so I could grab the information and he litterally hung up right away.

Friendly service, but a very LONG wait! My car was suppose to be done in 2-2 1/2 hrs and it took 5 hrs to complete! Wasnt happy at all with that! They did a great job though!

At first I thought it was taking too long as I had an appointment and every walk in finished before me. I was going to complain, but the technician explained they found something wrong, and took care of it at no charge! Sufficed to say I left happy and my car is working way better than before. Sorry I doubted you guys for a moment, and Ill definitely be back for future tires/repairs.

I regularly go here for oil changes and miscellaneous problems with my older car. Occasionally if its busy and something major is getting fixed Ill have a 1-2 hour wait, and occasionally they need to order parts from Minneapolis and Ill need to come back a day or two later. Overall its always its been a quick and pleasant experience.

Saved me over $70+ compared to the next door neighbour (Firestone rip-off shop). They were asking $96 for a $20 tire change. Guy at the front desk could feel that I was new to the area (country) and tried to jack up the prices...Overall wait time was also reasonable and didnt leave with any complaints.

They got my friend and I back on the road as quickly as possible after he had a tire get blown out by hitting a curb.

I had a poor experience there today. I took my car in for a free alignment check because I was having a lot of shaking from the front right side of my car. I also had them do a general inspection which was also free.I dropped it off while I went to run a few errands and got a call from the Manager, Tom. He said I had tread separation on my right front tire which was most likely the cause of the shaking issue. They quoted me $163 for the single tire. He said the issue was also possibly two tie rods, but I should start with the tire and should consider getting my other two tires replaced as well (I have one newer tire on already). Bottom line on the estimate was just shy of a grand!My gut told me it wasnt the tire, and I took it to Toor Auto to get a second opinion. They were able to diagnose the issue as a specific tie rod and had me out the door with the problem fixed in a couple hours for $116. My car no longer shakes, and i saved almost $900. ALSO, Toor Auto said they couldnt find evidence of tread separation.Even if I give Goodyear the benefit of the doubt that they werent trying their damnedest to bend me over the counter... Even if they were being totally honest... Their mechanics did not correctly diagnose the issue. I will never be back. Period.One star for the fact that they identified my right brake light was out.

I took my car here towards the end of 2016 for a clunk when applying/releasing the brakes. It also had an occasional knocking noise. My experience as a long time driver told me this could be rods or ball joints.I left it there for the inspection and they called 3 hours later to tell me nothing was wrong. When I picked up my car, the mechanic wanted me to drive around with him to point out the noises. I agreed but as soon as I pulled away with this disrespectful loud mouth in my car, I knew I had made a mistake. This was not a ride to get an understanding of what I was hearing. This was a ride to get me alone and humiliate and demean every description I was giving about the noises.I was told that the words I was using to describe the noises were cute and silly. I was being a silly woman because I didnt understand that cars make noises. Every word I used, for instance, clunk, was pointed out as a funny and silly word (childish and feminine was implied) and he couldnt wait to get back to tell the guys. I couldnt hear the noises to point them out over his blabbering about how good he is at his job and I was wrong about the noises. I almost had to tell him to shut up and listen but after the condescending bs I was already dealing with, I figured any further conversation with him might lead me to dumping this trash out curbside.When I finally returned him back to his cave, I drove off hoping a tire would fall off, which he also laughed at that being a concern of mine. Its just a silly concern that women have but it wont happen.Now its April 2017. The noises are no longer random. The clunk is frequent when braking. Theres a new rattling noise to go along with the knock.I leave work early and go to the place next door.They had it inspected in half an hour.The clunk was a rusted bolt area. It was the weight of my car moving this bolt that had been loosened by the rust. It was no longer doing its job. My ball joints were no good. Both control arms needed to be replaced. My tires were loose with play.I didnt have an arrogant mechanic TELL me I was wrong. I had a respectful mechanic SHOW me what was wrong.Maybe I brought my car in at the beginning stages of failure. Maybe the mechanic that tricked me in to taking him for a spin while he was on the clock wasnt skilled enough to detect it.But I bring my car in at the beginning stage. I dont like a minor issue to lead to major ones so when I hear a knock, I expect a mechanic to be qualified enough to diagnose it.If I can, surely they can.In order to go back here I would have to drastically lower my expectations.Although they werent able to diagnose the issue, they did go on to try and sell me everything from wiper blades to cabin filters to transmission flushes to some specialty crap that I didnt need.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Avoid going to THIS location at all cost. Inconsiderate, lazy, and unorganized are just a FEW adjectives for this establishment. Opens at 7am, but no workers until 8am? Why not just open at 8. The manager was there. However, he advised me that he does NOT work. I stopped in for an emergency tire repair at 7:05am. No other customers were on the premises. Still too LAZY to DO ANY WORK. This is the last straw with this establishment. Corporate or the franchise owner should really hire all NEW staff. Including Tom, whose favoritism reeks once u enter the building. GO NEXT DOOR TO FIRESTONE!!! U have been informed....

I took my BMW 335is there because of a screw in front tire. Juan checked me in and I left my car there for the afternoon. 3 hours later, he called me and said that my car cant be lifted because equipment cant go under car. I know there is ramp that any car can be driven up to lift. I have taken my BMW to many service centers and this is a first time that anyone cant get car lifted. My car has stock suspension; its not even an M3. How about a jack Juan? Wast of my time there. . Sorry, but they dont want to fix my flat tire but they advertising FREE FLAT TIRE REPAIR. I will not trust them, stay away.

Took a set of tires there to have them turned around on the rims (put the white lettering on the inside) and have them rebalanced. They put the wrong wheel weights on ( used weights for aluminum rims, not for steel rims ), cracked the chrome cover on the wheel, and not one day after having them on, a wheel weight came off. My family was leaving for vacation the day after I had the tires installed, in this vehicle, so when I came back 10 days later I had put over 4000 miles on the truck. When I called to complain, I was told that was a common problem for my rims, and if I wanted to bring it in they could see what they could do. No apologies, no guarantees. Never going back here again.

Tires are expensive and you to pay for every service to do on your car. The associates are very courteous and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment with Tom via phone for an oil change and free tire rotation that was included with the purchase of my tires. My appointment was at 9 AM. It took 1 hr 30 min before I got a call to pick up my car. I never had an oil change that took 1hr 30 min but hey I get it, it gets busy. I paid for the invoice and walked out to my car to noticed that my car didnt get a tire rotation as requested. I went to talk to Myrtell and apparently it wasnt noted in the appointment that I requested for a tire rotation. Now I have to wait and additional 30 mins which is unfortunate and disappointing.I came here twice before. Theyre pretty good about getting new tires on your car and getting you out in no time but the wait time today was terrible. A note to Tom, maybe include all the requests of the appointment to avoid this situation in the future. I do have to note that Myrtell had a nice attitude so thank you.
