The only thing is while leaving the business, I hit my brake pedal and it went to the floor. Both the floor guys jumped into action right away.They found the brake system to need more bleeding and a mechanic put it on the rack right away and re bled the brake system.I left and still driving the car but it really needs more bleeding as I have a mushy pedal still. I plan to swing by and see if they have a mechanic free to check this issue out.Otherwise I am satisfied that they caught an oil leak issue, informed me and fixed it. Improving the cars operation and performance. I think that was money well spent.I am happy for the most part. I also feel as if I made new friends today. Everyone was very professional and openly communicable and friendly.Their customer service is amazingly refreshing as most businesses today have a low threshold of customer service or none at all.I look forward to doing business w this company again

Even though my BMW is old, as a one owner car that’s been good to me it still gets treated well. I’m particular about who gives me advice. The O’Reilly people out front and the technicians in the back are like do all they can reliable trustable family to me. They keep me and my old car on the road safe and sound. My car always acts and looks so much better when I get it back!Spending that money makes me smile with no lasting worries.

Great place! Went to get my Mini Cooper looked at since the check engine light had come on. They were extremely helpful, professional, and really detailed about all the issues. I had previously gone to another shop specializing in European cars; O’Reilly was much more reasonably priced and an overall better experience. Super friendly staff too! Will definitely be going back for any future needs.

My engine light came up and I came here for check. They quickly ran a test and identified the problem. It turned out to be faulty gas cap. I was not charged. Very nice and helpful staff. I definitely would come back if I have any problems.

The driver who drove me was Anthony (?) and he was very nice, and so was the rest of the staff who helped me. Pricing was reasonable. They also washed my car! I’ve been with them for over ten years and they have been able to keep my husband and I on the road with our European cars for many many years, and over some complicated repairs. We really feel as though we are in trusted hands, they are great communicators, and they are able to show you and explain to you what they are doing. Estimates are accurate. And, they wash my car and sanitize it after they work on it. We highly recommend them!

I needed custom rims installed that were purchased online. Many auto/tire places won’t do this unless you buy through them. O’Reilly Motor was great. They stored the wheels until I could get them installed, got me an appointment in a very timely manner, chauffeured me home and picked me up so I didn’t have to wait. They have an extremely clean facility and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I brought in my Saab for an engine light and really a few problems I became aware of. The service team was completely transparent and willing to go above and beyond what others have not. I believe I walked away with a new car but would trust OReilly whole heartedly with my car in the future.

Friendly and professional staff, easy check-in process (even with COVID-19) and loaner cars available. (I would previously use the comfortable waiting area.) They are great about explaining any findings during inspection and make reasonable recommendations on what needs to be addressed and what may be able to wait until next time - keeping safety first and still being realistic. Very accommodating. New e-mail/text updates, estimates, and invoicing are great!

Ive used OReilly four times to do repair work. I wont take my car anywhere else for service. These guys have phenomenal customer service, work quickly and just get the job done right. Theyre incredibly nice people that do a great job explaining whats wrong and how they fixed it. They have a new automated service feature that texts/emails you all the service opportunities for your car and lets you select what you would like for them to do...making it quick and easy to process everything. It was also quick, easy and free to get a loaner car from them while ours was in the shop. Ive had bad experiences at other repair shops in the area and simply regret not going to OReilly sooner. Great experience! Went here after having continuous problems with my Mercedes. These guys are on the more on the pricey side but you get what you pay for! No furthur issues with what they have repaired.

I did a 4 year service yesterday in O Reilly Motor cars. They gave me a loan car, they finish all the work oil change and check for 3 hours , $90 charge is a reasonable charge. Also give me suggestion about job need to be done next time. Great place , nice facility especially the bathroom. Professional service, I saw a lot of different brand car inside their garage that means they have the skills!

I cant say enough great things about these guys. Theyre incredibly thorough, always give a detailed list of recommendations, but understand that sometimes you can only afford to fix the bare minimum to get the car back on the road. Theyve automated their billing so that you can approve work and pay via a text link. Great loaner cars are available and my car is always returned freshly cleaned. Its the only shop in town to take a Mini- trust me, learn from my mistakes. Oh, and theyre nice! So many mechanics look annoyed to have you show up for your scheduled repairs, but these guys are ready and welcoming.

Tyler and the crew have been more than generous, understanding and patient. My car is now going in 8 weeks in their shop because of my extended warranty. They worked with them and me to get my camshaft and timing chain tensioners replaced and I have so much trust with them now that I refuse to go to anyone else to get professional and exceptional work done on my 13 RRS. Ive been taking my 2008 Saab here since 2017 and have always received top-notch automotive service and incredible customer care. Their prices are reasonable and always up-front. They are also great at keeping you apprised of the work being done and the timing. This is one clean and well-run shop! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

2006 RR HSE An out of towner drove my personal car across country to stay in MKE for a few months and needed an oil service once here - OReilly scheduled me for an oil service within a few days, the nearest dealer could not schedule me for over a month. The shop was a visual delight, very clean, spacious, relevant automobile memorobilia, and the service area incorporated into the shop floor with several very friendly people working there when I arrived to drop off. I asked for a few extras not part of my scheduled appt and they were extremely accommodating. Things such as tire rotation and some abnormal noises, and knowledgeably and happily answered the quick questions. Service was done on time, I received a text with a link to the service details, and other notes and recommendations I could accept or decline without pressure. Pre-Paid online prior to arriving as well, so pick up only took a minute. My truck was returned clean, serviced, and with a quick rinse down. If I lived here I would be a regular customer with my current car.

Excellent service on my car by highly qualified technicians who are extremely familiar with my unique type of volvo vehicle.

My son had an accident & of course he panicked and was sad to see the damage to his vehicle. Thank God no one got hurt! He was able to drive home, but the next day his tire went flat, he was scheduled to go in to get his window repaired with the flat tire he had to reschedule & now focus on getting a new tire. O’Reillys was near by, so he and his friends changed the tire using the small doughnut tire, which made me nervous. He called O’Reillys they really treated my son as great as I’ve ever seen a business could. They felt his pain & needs, they scheduled him in as soon as they could plus offered him another vehicle if he needed, Shawn the employee that works at O’Reillys helped my Son with lots of professionalism, respect and like a friend, I got involved by calling Shawn to get a good idea on any & all damage done to his vehicle. Plus to help pay for any other damage done on his vehicle. Once his vehicle got to O’Reillys they checked all his tires, one of the four was related to the accident & covered by my sons tire insurance, the other three tires had internal ware & needed replacement, so Shawn talked to my son on what was needed to be done, so I called Shawn after he sent my son & I the tire report. Very good detailed report, & no hidden agendas, just the facts. I gave my son & Shawn the go ahead to replace the other 3 tires.Again for me not living in Milwaukee and trying to help my son as much as possible, makes it very difficult to help. But for me & my son, our life line was O’Reillys. If I lived in Milwaukee I would definitely take my vehicle to O’Reillys & make them my family Doctor for my vehicles.In such a short time It was great for my son & I to know and meet someone like Shawn and to have a place of business like O’Reillys near by especially when you have an accident and when your not from Milwaukee. O’Reillys made us feel like we were part of their family.Again with all that’s going on in the world with the virus & to have an accident. The best thing for us was going to O’Reillys.Thank you Shawn for all your help you gave us and thanks to O’Reillys for all their professionalism and how you and your business treated us as kind as you did!!!

Ive used OReilly Motor Cars for over 25 years for the many cars ive owned - foreign and domestic. ive found the service to be transparent, honest and courteous over that time frame.

I share my experiences as a warning to whomever may make the mistake of walking through their doors. We had our BMW serviced here for a noise. We were told the vehicle needed a belt and a tensioner. We then were told our car needed various other repairs to be in good working order. Knowing my partner drives very long distances at a time I reluctantly agreed. The vehicle was repaired and we had to return multiple times for re-occuring issues. Each interaction their warranty was being touted and we were promised that everything was covered. Yet the ironic part is each and every time it turned out to be a new issue which just so happened to not be covered under warranty. Enough was enough when a vehicle that was recently repaired resulted in a $200 tow in the northern part of wisconsin to a BMW dealership. I can understand and forgive all of these things but what really irritates me is the predatory and demeaning behavior exhibited to my partner by a gentlemen by the name of Nate?. My partner is a nonconfrontational person and usually lets things go but this is something I cannot let go of. If professionals working on your vehicle that wont talk down as if youre a child to you I may suggest going somewhere else

Being newer to the area, when my car died I had no idea where to go. My dad was able to find OReillys and work with their wonderful customer service guys to have my car towed, as well as fixed. Although very busy, they were able to get my car back to me in one day, freshly washed and running perfectly! I appreciated all their help and flexibility in the past few days to get this problem fixed! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee area! Found the place to go in the future with my car troubles.

I had my vehicle towed there due to some break trouble. The customer service is excellent. Everyone was very friendly and informative, which I think is very important.Their turn around time was reasonable and they threw in a free car wash. I dont know how their pricing compares to other mechanic shops. I always think if you have the chance to shop around then do it. But I hope they quote me the best price in the future, because again, their customer service was very good.

This place does not want to take responsibility for what they did wrong, will cover up instead. I know my car showing check engine light with P0111 code, went back so that I can get it fixed but come at me with two other different codes and never mention about the P0111 code. While my car in service, all my dome light inop. The washer does not spray anymore after the repaired.
