Had an 8am appointment. Took my car in at 8:01am. Nobody ever looked it. 4pm rolls around. Still nothing. Nobody looked at it or anything. Literally sat up there for 8 hours when I had an appointment. No explanation as to why my car sat there for no reason. So unprofessional.

He was rude as ever and denied me service for no reason after telling me to come to bring my car I will never go there in life and strongly recommend for you guys to not go we work hard for our money and deserve respectful Service

I just moved here and my other car has been sitting at my old mechanic 2 weeks now waiting for them to look at it... This will definitely be my new spot! Also the woman at the desk is so sweet! This place is great! Greg (the owner) is very accommodating, and always has my car done fast- usually same day. The prices are also unbeatable- Ive shopped around and gotten quotes for work I needed done, and Greg always comes in MUCH cheaper than his competition.

Had three full brake lines repaired April 30,2020. Yesterday me and 4 of my children was on the expressway and my brakes went out and brake light comes on.i pop the hood and see it leaking from the fitting.called 30 minutes ago to be told I didnt get my car fixed there he cheched may and June and didnt see my info...my car was fixed April 30th...police report and civil action in the morning...$470 spent and 2 months later I have to spend another 150-200.

Great place to have your car worked on. Thanks to Greg for replacing a rear end on a Lincoln navigator that I knew would be a nightmare but he charged 400 less than what other shops quoted and was done the same day the part arrived. He even went as far as taking my double din radio out just to ensure no one messed with it! This place has been around forever with the same ownership so that should tell you something

Be cautious when purchasing used cars from B&G!!!!!B&G auto sold me a 09 Camry back in October. I was told from Greg, that they would “stand behind the car” when I bought it. They did not. When I started noticing problems with the car, they told me I had to pay to fix the problems and accused me of going elsewhere to get work done on the car. Saying I had tires put on the car that were in bad shape but they weren’t the ones they had put on the car. Why would I go somewhere else and have bald tires put on my car? This was all alarming so I took the car to get two more opinions. Both said there were thousands of dollars in repairs and when one of the mechanics ran codes, they found the car had no airbags. B&G auto checked on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that the airbags and restraining devices were working. It is illegal to mark something on the WI Buyers Guide as working when it is not. I was driving around a car that was unsafe after Greg assured me back in October it was. He took it back and I lost half my money.In my opinion you can’t trust ANYTHING they say here. Take your car elsewhere and have someone you trust work on it. They accuse and point the finger at you. Go somewhere reliable - theyre trying to make a quick buck.

Had my front brakes done on a 02 Nissan Xterra, they were able to do it same day and $100 cheaper than elsewhere I had searched. Friendly and knowledgeable, also gave me a tip for my vehicle based on personal experience. Will definitely go back with more work. Highly recommended!

Greg the owner ive known for 9 years.He is a wonderful man. One winter when me and my wife became disabled, we had no transportation.Our truck went out.Greg barely knew us.He gave us a toyota solara, this was in 2016 we paid payments to him on when we can dont worrie about it terms.greg is honest and understanding.My auto shop for life. The owner is almost always onsite which I like. You can pull in, explain your issue and theyll tell you what to do. Sometimes they take you right away, sometimes theyre extremely busy but will give you a time to come back or have you leve your car. Mechanics are knowledgeable and you never feel like youre being ripped off. Towing services available, and autos for sale in lot. Great neighborhood shop

Owner was very rude. As I was pulling into his place of business not know this was the owner he gave me a very nasty look. But I didnt pay that any mind, then I parked and walked into the shop which is very small and cramped no one said Hello How May I Help until 2 mins after. I polity turned around and left. Pretty sad because I picked this place based off the reviews. First impressions are everything.

I called very concerned about my vehicle the girl who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional. Sixty dollars to diagnose my car..... hmmmm thats a bit much when Im sure theres other places that would look at for less than that!

Horrible place to take your car. What I took my car in for wasnt what was wrong with it and they said they fixed something on my car that should have never been touched. They cut parts off of my car that they shouldnt have. I would never take my car there or recommend this place ever.

They are awful ! They’ve had my car for almost 3 weeks and haven’t even started working on it , finally I just went up to the lot only to find out they took my car to a different company. That company in which informed me that B&G didn’t let them know anything about the car. At this point I am very upset and will never come here again wouldn’t recommend it either!

I only came in for a vehicle inspection (in deciding to purchase the car from a local dealer). Everyone seemed honest, friendly and gave me advice as to whether I should purchase the car or not, as well as a fair purchase price. Their inspection results gave me bargaining chips for the dealer.

Called they gave me a quote between 350-450 said I could get it towed for $49 would call his boss I called back to ask him ask him to make sure Unger everything was correct he hung up on my husband called back he had and attitude and very very rude and disrespectful will NOT get my money nor business said he couldnt give quotes over the phone but did 30 mins before
