More then three hours wait although four hours later my daughter came out with a 2021 Honda Accord worth the wait nice sales representatives

I came in contact with Diana Mergarejo who helped me look for the specific car I wanted. Diana drove to where I work and showed me the car and completed my application there. At the end of the day thanks to Diana I went to the dealer to sign and drive. Diana went beyond my expectations. Took the time to answer all my questions made it very easy and comfortable. Very professional and knowledgeable with the products.

Service here is great and efficient. I dont feel like they are trying to take the rug from out under you.

More expensive than medicine in the US. They earn more in the services than in the sale of the cars and in the liz. Very kind before burying you. Greetings I am glad that it goes too.

If they ask for the pick-up service for your car, which is sometimes included, do not think that they will return it at the time they are told. The first 2 times they came to get the car to service it, they delivered it in less than 3 hours. This last time they took it away at 10 AM, they sent a message saying they would return it at 1:45 PM. I had to call Honda Services to find out that they were going to deliver it later because they dont send updated messages. I missed an appointment that I had. A total lack of professionalism. Before doing a lease with them, check other dealerships. If you are that informal with a simple delivery time, imagine yourself with more serious things.
