After being a customer for many years I am completely disappointed with their service today. I called in the morning and the owner told me they had my tires on site. I had a trip planned so I decided to pass by before my trip to be able to do it with new tires. When I arrived, he found they didnt have them. He offered me a set of four more expensive tires and promissed they would arrive in just 40 minutes. Im still here, 4 hours later and still no tires.

I’m always a little weary of of dealing with anything mechanical. So very glad to have been directed to Romero’s. They are knowledgeable and fairly priced. I know where my go to place for anything car related will be from now on. Thanks again Yosvany

If you want good mechanics and great pricing for parts and labor this is the place to bring your car. Everyone is professional but its a fast paced shop so with a lot of repeat customer but worth the wait if you happen to show up as a walk in! Im also a mechanic but sometimes I really dont want to do oil changes myself or rotate tires so I bring my cars here. From high end German cars to toyota beaters if it needs repairs they got your back. And as a mech myself I hate people working on my rides but that just proves my point. Dont waste you money at the dealer buy the parts online and bring them here you will literally cut your maintenance or repair cost in half.

My car had a nail in a tire and and after reading many reviews of stores around I choose Romero Tires. Mr Yovanny greeted me and even though they were serving some other clients and it was Saturday 1:15pm, 45 min before closing, in a few minutes the team fixed the tire with a patch for a very fair price and gave me advice about tire rotation and wheel alignment. Here you will find excellent customer service and honest people. I will recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars.

I spoke with three mechanics about my breaks and they not only gave the most reasonable price for labor but they also fully explained and indicated what was wrong on my car. I will be returning to Romero Tire. Wouldnt suggest stopping by when its raining; waiting area is outside.

You know what? Bad comments always seem shady but I’m telling you from having experienced this place 3-4 times now they are nice people. But believe me when I tell you there is no integrity Here. They will talk to you like family and then cheat you in typical Miami fashion. Trust me you are better off somewhere else or better yet just get new tires my friend. I still gave them 2 stars because I actually like the people.

We were driving from Orlando to Miami and we had a car issue on the drive over, we were panicked and weren’t sure where we were going to go take the car since we’re not local, however, the next morning we looked online to see where we could find a great place with good prices to get a new tire and balance the rest of the tires we had issues with on our car and we found Romeros Tires, It was super quick service they started working on the car as soon as we got there, in short words they were great!!! Great service.

I bought new tires elsewhere but had Romero do the balancing. $10 each and they did it in 15 minutes. Shop was very busy and the people seemed genuine and offered good advice.

Very fast service. Reasonable price. Honest people. Although, I asked them to put 4 new tires, they insisted to leave front tires, which are still good. That means they do not intend to rip off every penny from a customer. they made wheel alignment and now my car runs really smooth. The only thing is they didnt check my tire pressures on all four tires, even though I asked them to do. At home I double checked tire pressures, front and back tires did not have the same pressure.Think it is not a big problem. Definitely, I will be coming in the future.

Fast, friendly and efficient service! Dont bother going anywhere else. Took my daughter to get a used tire for a spare. Got there half hour before closing time and they took a look at the spare tire and determined that she did not need another one. Rotated the tires and checked the pressure. Also ran a computer diagnostic on a check engine light and reassured her that she could wait and do a tune up in the future. Reset the light as well. Also checked all fluids. All this in 30 minutes. Very honest people. Highly recommend for ALL your car care needs---not just tires. A+++++++

I’m new to Miami and was concerned if I could find a place that I trusted.Upon reading the reviews, I called Romero Tires and the gentlemen answered the phone in spanish. My heart sunk bc I’m from the Midwest and only speak English. I asked if he spoke English and I was immediately embraced by the best customer service I have ever experienced. Giovanni was the utmost professional. I drove over that afternoon and he replaced the tires on the spot. Great quality, excellent value, and fantastic service. Incredible Mechanic shop, very responsible, super efficient, very honest you can trust your vehicle with them, they will not rip you off or lie to you. Also they guarantee their services. I have taken both my vehicles a Mercedes Benz and my BMW Z3 for oil changes, brake replacement, recently my BMW was overheating and they replaced the Cooling pump. I highly recommend this place

I have had two great experiences with this tire shop. The first was to patch a tire with a nail in it. Quick and easy. Next, I had a flat spare. I went to the shop asking to purchase a used tire to replace it. Instead, they were able to take the tire and seal it. It was a fraction of the price that a replacement tire would have cost. I highly recommend!

I was calling around to find quality used tires after I recently purchased a vehicle that had three worn tires and was shaking at high speeds. The price they quoted was lower for three tires than I was quoted for one at other shops, and the price even included mounting and balancing. The Mechanic took a ride in my car and we discussed what the problems with the tires could be and he was genuinely concerned. Twenty minutes later I had four good looking tires on my car for a great price. The shaking was gone and my car was perfect.Thank you very much!!!

Coolant was leaking from what I determined was either the upper or lower hose. I took it to them and although it was a busy day but they took care of me promptly. It did turn out to be the hoses which they replaced and even cleaned up the gunky, residue build up at the connection. The mechanics explained to me in detail what they were doing and charged me a fair price for parts and labor. Honest work with no scamming.

They were quick and professional. Price was reasonable. I will definitely return for all my repairs or replacement.

Get a quote from Jovani. Jovani is the most professional and trustworthy mechanic I have met in MIAMI. I drove from south beach to Romero Tires because the prices are lower and the customer service is less pushy and family like. I came at 3pm for 2 new tires . They said one of the tires was in fair/ok condition and moved it to the back for me. That is the type of fair and honesty I want and expect when it comes to auto work on my car. Another place would have tossed the tire and told me to buy a new one for the back eventually. They checked my alignment and let me know if it was or wasnt necessary for a 2 or 4 wheel alignment. It wont have the fancy bells and whistle of a corporate tire place but it will have hardworking, fast and reliable service. I was out in less than an hour. I will be back.

Just had tired installed. They quoted me under over the phone, they didnt know the rims were after market (required additional labor to install tires), but they honored the price they gave me over the phone. Service took approximately 30 minutes from the moment I arrived. Looking forward to doing business with them again!

Romero Tire is The Best in Miami!! This family owned and run business is one of the few HONEST shops left in Miami. Thank you Luis and Yovanny. Now a days everyone try to out smart you and take advantage of you when you need a car repair. I actually went there to change the brakes on my Lexus IS200. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I called a head of time and asked about the price for only changing the brake pads. I was given a very reasonable price. I tried before at other shops like meineke and others and i was given a much higher price. meineke wanted more that $200 for only the brake pads without the labor (claiming they are special and expensive!) nope got them for $29 at Auto retail store (and a v. good quality too). However, back to Romero Tire, I highly recommend for your auto service. Give them a call ahead and find out if they can help you. You will not regret it.
