Have been taking my companys vans and personal car to this place for sometime now and their service is fair. I would give service, prices and timely work a 5 star rating, however when you leave my spotless interior car with grease marks, well thats just disappointing. Please train your employees to take the time to either wash their hands or wear gloves.

I have been twice at Beacon. In July 2018, they did some work on my Toyota Land Cruiser 1989, and I was able to drive to Alaska. When I returned from Alaska in December 2018, they revised everything again in my Land Cruiser and fixed what ever needed to be done. Now, March 2019, I am in Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost city in South America, and the car is running perfect. With this, I would like to thank Beacon for all the great work they have done in my car.

So dissapointed. I took my car in for new tires and alignment but the alignment wasnt done right. The steering wheel is clearly not straight (its tilted to the left) the car still swerves to the right and after taking it 2 more times they tell me its because the car isnt new and now it needs 2 new pieces to be able to drive straight Funny, because when it wasnt aligned it didnt drive this bad. Now I have to pay 126 dollars more. Not content at all. Definitely not going back ever.

I work for a company who uses this place for repairing their vehicles. I have 4 vehicles with the company that I am in charge of. They insist on repeatedly using this place even though their work has been returned on everything that they have touched. This place does not know how to repair any brake or AC problems. Every time they have, I had to return the vehicle to them for the same purpose. They do know how to replace suspension parts and thats the only credit I give them.

I have been a customer for more than 13 years and they have repaired complex mechanical problems to both of my vehicles. Shop owner is one of most knowledgeable mechanic that I know, from parts modification and repair to performance tuning.

They will take good care of your car, but you can feel some nickel & diming.

Stole my rims I had crome ones changed for light charcoal is about 400 dollars

Horrible experience literally went to get an oil change and my tire patched up. Less than 2 mins of driving I get a flat tire on the one they literally patched up. Never coming to this place again.

La atención es muy buena. Pero quice hacer una reparación. Me dieron una hoja con un presupuesto y al final resultó otro precio. Creo que no había actualizado sus precios. Y me salieron que el carro tenía otra cosa. En fin yo mismo termine haciendo la reparación y me di cuenta que era una tontería. Que lo que le salió al carro según ellos era totalmente mentira.
