I went to MAC because of the positive reviews I read on Google. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by David. He provided 100% attention to my concerns. Prices are reasonable with great warranty. Im recommending MAC to my friends and family. They did great brake service to my car. On my first visit they left grease stains on my carpet, 1 week later on my 2nd visit without me even mentioning the stains, upon pick up of my car the carpet had been completely deep cleaned. Thats going above and beyond for your customers.

Took my truck for repair Because it would not start David called me and told me it was fixed but when I came to pick it up it was the same as when I dropped it off come to find out the truck was out of gas so claim he change a sensor the truck was out of gas when I took it to them I paid 1300.00 for nothing bunch of rip off don’t let him fool you with the jokes acting all nice he’s a liar

I started losing air in my tire on the Turnpike and got off in an unfamiliar area looking for a gas station to fill my tire with air until I could get where I was going. Every gas station I visited had air machines that were out of service. After calling roadside assistance and paying $86 to wait 2 hours for a tow truck I noticed this gem of a business next door. I walked up and met David who was friendly and told me he could help me. I cancelled the roadside assistance and had him and Pablo take a look. I had just bought 4 brand new tires at Tires Plus and had managed to get a hole in one of them. Not only were they able to fix my tire but they checked my car for the shaking I noticed after getting my new tires. They determined that my tires had not been balanced by Tires Plus even though I had paid for it. Even explaining how you could tell the tires were never balanced. They then patched up my tire and recommended balancing and alignment at way less then the quote I received through Tires Plus. After the wonderful service I received here I will never again trust Tires Plus. Thank you David and Pablo. See you soon!

I have a 2003 nissan pathfinder and coming from NJ with snow and salt did a lot of wear and tear to the bottom of my truck. I had a noise coming from the passenger side of my truck for about two months thats just starting to bother me. After looking around and checking reviews I decided to go to MAC AUTO Repairs & Tires. I got there spoke to David told him about the noise he explain that he will have someone look at it. Within 15 minutes of getting there my truck was being look at. The mechanic guy (sorry I dont remember his name) explain to me what he think it might be. Then Pablo came and he place it on the lift and boy oh boy the bottom of my truck was a whole other story which I had an idea about but had never seen it. Well cutting to the chase they are working on my truck and being the only owner my truck start to feel and sound like when I just bought it. Thanks David, Pablo and your crew you got a CUSTOMER for life. PLUS they are so busy it make your head spin!!!

I stumbled upon this shop by accident. My vehicle kept shutting off and nearly got me into a bunch of accidents. I looked around for the nearest shop and happened to see this one. I met up with the mechanic “Pablo” he was nice and courteous and offered his assistance. They did a diagnosis on the car and explained to me what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I left my vehicle there, took an uber home and within a few hours they called me and told me my car was ready. I would totally recommend this place. They are a life saver.

I got a ford excursion 02 my water pump went out on my truck. I took it to Mac auto repair and no lie. The price is right and the labor was sweet. I found my new auto shop so bring the rest of my cars to, they need some TLC. And they do delivery that service it worth it. Dont believe me just go there and see for yourself. Thank you

Service here is horrible. The manager is your classic scum bag “sleazy” mechanic using old gimmicks and tricks to up sale customer. I went in for a simple oil change but the manager Pablo, is trying to convince me that my car needs a synthetic oil and not regular. I declined his suggestions and told him that I’ve gotten my car serviced here before and always used regular He pull my history up seeing that my car have gotten regular oil then he simply said ok. When the service was done to my car Pablo, came back and have the nerve to tell me that this is the last time they’ll put regular oil in my car. He later proceeded to say that he did it out of courtesy! I’m confused is what I told him and asked him why? Couldn’t get a straight answer he just keep saying this was the last time and I should except it. Needless to say I paid for the oil service but did not purchase the tire there like I wanted to. I went a few miles up the street and got my tire somewhere else. I had a terrible experience at MAC auto repair. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE!!!!

Just rip me off to replace my idle pulley, took too long to replace it, my car still make the squealing sound, they always on the phone never paying much attention to the customers. I will soon need a refund for something they promise they’ll get rid of and it was never solved. I’m highly disappointed! $400?!! Really?!? SMH never again

Too expensive, they quoted me $1100 for sealing the small leak on evaporator, and said “its a day and half work”. Thats almost $100/hour, who is working on my car? A brain surgeon? UPDATE : got it fixed somewhere else for $580.00 almost half.

Horrible new manager jose is just money hungry! The old manager was better . I spent 800 there to get a couple things fixed and spent the last 3-4 weeks going back because something was wrong or went bad after they supposedly fixed it.
