Was not quite happy with the wait for service but was ok after the second person told me that someone would be with me soon and not even a minute later Junior Medor came to me. Very attentive person, and let me know exactly what need to be done. I got one of the three important things done.Next month I will take care of the other two.

I have always gotten very good service. My representative Orlando was on vacation. This time there was a shortage of staff and had to waited 3 1/2 hours. Thank God the representative realized that I had knee surgery and could not wait any longer and was able to get someone to fit me in.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. They advised me that one wasnt necessary that I came in too early but my car did have a recall which they took the liberty to fix so it wouldnt be a wasted trip. Im very impressed with the professionalism at Lehman Hyundai.

2020 Palisade SEL 28,174 miles6/19/21 7:45AMWent in for Oil & Filter change, tire rotation (included with my lease) and also a humming noise coming from the rear. Immediately told me that I was do for the 30k miles service. I asked what service? Service advisor said coolant & transmission flush he replied. I checked my owners manual and the coolant flush is not due until 120,000 miles or 10 years and the transmission is due at 60,000 miles. How much is it and how long does it take I asked him, he told me for this vehicle is $599.99 and I have to leave it all day. Told him for now just the what I came for because I needed the car by noon. I left the car and went home. Around 11am dealer calls me and tells me that the car is ready and the humming noise is coming from the 2 rear tires that are now in the front. According to the tech that they are shredded and need to be replaced. I asked him how much for the 2 tires, again he said for this car is $649.99 for the 2 tires, mounting and alignment. I told him no, I can get them later. Went to the dealer and found my car parked to the side of the service dept. Walked over to take a look at the Shredded tires. I checked all the tires and found nothing wrong with them other than normal wear and I took pictures of ALL the tires. Went inside to get my paperwork and spoke with the service advisor and told him that my tires are not shredded. He said that they are worn and needed to be replaced. I told him I am not paying $650 for 2 tires. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the service advisor told me that he knew I was in a hurry and that he will email me my invoice. He confirmed my email and I took off. It is now 7/5/21 and I still havent received my invoice by email. I am very disappointed with this dealer, I have 1 year left on my lease and I will not be back to this dealer until my lease is up. I dont know what happened to this dealer since the time i got my car in July 2019, but the customer service has gone down big time. Guess is time to change dealer.

The service manager, Mike, was very professional, polite, and accommodating.He took the time to listen to me, and took care of certain issues that came up when my car was there for service. The problem was due to a past employee (who was fired) who didnt do right by me last year re my last battery. Mike listened and understood the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right bc of the actions caused by the former employee. He was very helpful and made sure that I was satisfied with the end result. Thanks to him, I will continue to use the dealership for any future repairs.

My good rating comes from Orlando Mancinas customer service. I am serious when I say that I came in angry and bothered by having a scheduled appointment in the AM and being told they were so backed up they would need to keep my car over night. Orlando not only handled the situation and made sure I got my car by end of day, but calmed me down and befriended me. Apart from that, his follow up and communication were above and beyond what any customer wants at any business. When I had to come back a second time for another issue I immediately asked for him. In all sincerity, if Orlando was not there I probably would have more negative things to say about the experience. That said, both problems I had were fixed and as long as Orlando is there - I am happy.

The problem with the AC was solved, and I can tell that the mechanics trouble shoot the system to deliver a job well done.However when called to find out the status on my vehicle, my call were drop several times and there was a time when I was put on hold and then no one will come back. I believe that I was single out. I believe all calls are recorded, if stepped my boundaries, which I believe I didnt I apologize. The call center can not take Customers complains personal.

Communication from service advisor was poor and lacking; had to keep calling main number to get updates about my car and when it would be ready. Car ended up needing more time due to a faulty part being ordered and had to then be reordered (information relayed after the fact) I was charged for the courtesy car provided was told it would be free. When I received the call that my car was ready I had to wait an additional hour and a half because the invoice from the service provider was not in the system. Then I was being overcharged compared to what was discussed and price agreed to prior to my car being done. Had to go through 3 different employees to get the invoice fixed to the price that was told to me days before. Get my car— I get a headache from the fumes of the coolant flush (car wasn’t aired out), I have electric glitches with my dashboard console now and because of a suggestion (by the same service advisor) to get my tires rotated the tires get rotated but not balanced and now car rattles if driving past 50 mph. And there is still more I can add (being ignored by employees when I came to pick up my car; excuses as to why I wasn’t called when there was a delay; not leaving a voicemail or text message to follow up with information pertaining my car; manager saying they will do something for/with me then walk off like they are on a phone call to not be bothered with me and hand me off to the same advisor that I have been having issues with!!! I still don’t know if they did the oil change… the one thing that I mainly came to get done)Worst experience ever with this visit (previous experiences from last year were great) and still nothing done to rectify the time wasted and money lost (including missing time & money from work).

The service was performed in a timely manner. Even though I didnt have an appointment I was taken in with very little waiting time. The oil change , changing of the filters, and filling up of all of the fluids was done and I was out within an hour and half.

I also took the Forester in for a recall of a loose bolt, but it turned out to be okay and no work was necessary. To avoid my waiting there 3-4 hours, they sent me home with Lyft and later back.

My cool seats wasnt cooling and I took it in and it took over a month ,they said the put in new parts but I feel no difference.When I test drove this model and test out the cool seats I was impressed with the cool seats ,but now my cool seats feel nothing like when Itest drove the same model, and I had on a jeansPlus when I got back my car it had scoff marks on the wing mirrorand they couldntget it out.And thus is not the first time I took in the car for this problem, the first time they keptitfor abouttwo weeks untilI ask them back for my car,until the received the parts

I made an appointment for 1:30pm & was told that Id have to wait 2 hours for my services so when I attempted to lessen the service I was told it would still take 2 hours.. however because I stayed on them I was able to get my car serviced for 2 instead of 3 services & received my car back w/n the hour...

This dealership is within walking distance to my home however I will NEVER allow them to service my car again. I have given them three opportunities to service my car and each encounter has been unsatisfactory. During the first encounter, I paid cash for an oil change and tire rotation but my tires were never rotated. In addition the service advisor took the cash and informed me that the cashier had already left for the day. As a result, he was unable to give me change. During the second visit, my Hyundai emblem was missing after the service. When I inquired about it, the advisor who signed me in was gone but he claimed it was already missing although there was no documentation of such. I am very observant, I had just left church and I know without a doubt that it was there when I left church. My church is about 5 miles away. They replaced it after my getting a manager involved but I was given the runaround for over a week. Once they finally had the part, it was installed quickly. My last an final experience was this past weekend. The initial advisor was very pleasant although she seems untrustworthy because she didnt make good on her promise to credit my bill for the portion of the service I didnt receive. Of course she was gone when I arrived to pick up my car. The advisor who took over was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He should NOT be in the customer service industry. I guess none of these situations should come as a surprise after hearing that they regularly lose customers keys, are rude and they even played a role in a customers car being stolen out of the service department. While, I will neither return for service nor recommend this dealership again, I feel its my responsibility to share my experiences. I gave them three tries but they failed me each time.

Long waiting time and the managers seated watch as the cars pile up. And then when they take the car to the service they return it to you up to 4 hours later. Incredibly useless. After this car I will never buy a Hyundai here again
